I wish I had read reviews before coming to this mail salon. I ended up here after my usual salon was closed. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience with a nail salon I’ve had in a long time. The SNS dipping powder was almost 1 inch thick and they weren’t filed well AT all. My daughter and I came for pedicures and manicures and left paying $169. The quality is horrible on both of our nails so needless to say we won’t be back. I’ve been up into the night trying to cut and re-file my nails after paying way too much for this poor job. They clearly are not professionals in their field. The customer revive was poor as well. We arrived with pictures of the nails we wanted. They rallied around my daughter talking (and laughing) about how to do super simple designs. So sad! So better people!

Never again. I don’t know why I listened to my mother and came here. They did not want to do a manicure because a cuticle was chipped on my hand. They told me that when they were half way into my pedicure. Now I have to go somewhere else to do a manicure and it’s almost closing time. I have a trip tomorrow and wanted the same color on my hands and feet and now they won’t be. These ladies also talk about people (in an obvious way) and laugh. Yuck! I can’t wait to get out. I will never come here again.

Vicky is the absolute best at what she does!! She was kind, patient and her work is the BEST I ever had!!! I’ve been trying to find a good person for my lashes for the longest time and I’m beyond blessed to have found Vicky!! She’s AMAZING!!!

I don’t know how this place has a high rating. We came here today for pedicures. The lady struggled to get my gel polish off, she filed with a drill and a nail filer for so long it started to burn so I asked her to soak it off (like your supposed to) and she caught a attitude! After that the pedicure went downhill from there, barely scrubbed my feet and no massage at all. The paint job is terrible, all around irrigated with my visit. Save your money.

I am extremely picky about my fingernails. TOM totally gets it and does my nails perfectly. I must add I had a pedicure this time and it was heavenly. Sorry I dont know her name but she was careful just as requested.I must add Sophia is the woman that does a wonderful job on my feet and this time Kathy did my nails perfectly in Toms absence.

My mom went like a week ago and the lady she normally gets her nails done with was really busy so she had to get them done with another lady. This lady cut my mom several times and I kid you not she said sorry and laughed in her face like she didn’t care. Worst place ever !!! She was being so aggressive and once she cut her my mom told her it hurt and she had the audacity to say “you don’t like how I do my job” obviously not if she cut her and proceeded to laugh like she didn’t care. She would say “i love you” and then make fun of my mom. She cut her so bad that she couldn’t even sleep at night. I wasn’t there with her but if I was, I would’ve raised hell. Please do not come to this place ever !!!!

I came here after work around 6 pm and was taken in almost immediately despite it being busy! My nail tech, Jenny, made sure I was comfortable and not in pain (which is new to me). It was a quiet environment and there’s entertaining shows which I like. I already plan on coming back :)

The staff was very polite and professional, however they could all use a refresher course on nails. My fingers have never been so sore. They had my daughters cuticle bleeding. I also wasnt to pleased with how my nails turned out. Thanks but I think Ill take my business elsewhere

The woman who did my nails was very friendly and very sweet but I was so upset with the way my nails came out I walked in and showed them a picture and told them thats exactly what I wanted and they said they could do it when the nails were done they were so thick misshapen different lengths, and part of the design I want it on one of my nails she waited until the end of doing my nails to tell me they didnt even have the decal I wanted I paid $65 + $5 in tip and I am so upset with how my nails turned out this is what I wanted and this is what I got😡😡😡 the only reason Im even giving it to stars is because the woman who did my nails was so absolutely sweet she was just the sweetest little lady and she seems so proud of herself when she got through with my nail she even took a picture of them I just couldnt take that away from her but I am so so upset this is what my nails look like now and I will be removing them

I had ombré Acrylics done and a pedicure.. the staff is very professional, quality is amazing and they are very clean and sanitize everything! They asked before doing anything what I exactly wanted and also showed me a sample before doing it. I highly recommend this place.

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS IF I COULDPLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO ANOTHER PLACE!!!the lady doing my nails was extremely extremelyyyyy aggressive & cut me MULTIPLE TIMES! she was literally rushing for no reason there were literally no people waiting & she kept getting up & doing other things. i left w bleeding fingertips & i kid you not my fingernails hurt soooo bad i couldn’t take the pain. she left much filth, acrylic, dust, glue, under my nails & didnt bother to fix any of the mistakes she made. please do not come here!! its not worth your time or your money.

I understand up selling but I was asked 5 different times to upgrade to gel polish I caved for my daughter because children are more active they seem as though they were annoyed that I didn’t want to change my nails to gel I was like damn no wonder it was so empty... I’m coming back to edit my review I know for sure I will not be returning why is my child’s gel polish peeling off like that play kid polish you buy are they using fake gel... these are some clowns I hope nobody goes here and they close down why did I pay all that money for it to just peel off... y’all please don’t go here they are unethical

This place is horrible Dont go please save your money. The nail technicians are sloppy and slow. They mess up you nails horribly and keep adding money to you. Couldnt even give a refund after the nails started falling off within the first 5 minutes. PLEASE DONT GO!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Their instruments are filthy as well...

Got sns on my natural nail and so far the middle nail broke off not completely but to the size of a regular nail. Mine were coffin shaped and 100% my natural nail dipped in sns had it done 3 days ago they have never fallen off and I spent 53 dollars and it broke 3 days into the sns

I am completely disappointed that I tried this new salon, paid their expensive fees yet received sub par service. My nails began to chip and break the very next day. I returned to give them the opportunity to fix it and after waiting almost 40 minutes, the tech took less than 2 minutes to repair the nail and I was out the door. The next day, with no surprise, it happened again...more chipping and breaking. What was supposed to be a relaxing treat to a manicure and pedicure turned into a complete waste of time and money.(neither of which I have to waste)The layout and equipment of the salon are nice but I cannot say the same for all of the staff and their services. Simply try to treat your customers well; as if you would like them to return. Otherwise whats the point in providing a service?

Got my eyebrows done here yesterday and the lady was super rough!! She used tweezers and ended up breaking a lot of skin and now I have a whole bunch of marks around my eyebrows. She was literally pulling my skin with the tweezers. I will never go back!! All the scratches and marks in the pictures are from her!!!!

Walked in for the first time. I was treated like a queen!! They gave me water, a massage while getting the best pedi ever and I’m in love with the work of my acrylics. Definitely come back!

My 5th place I’ve tried since moving to Georgia & today was my third time going & I’ve loved my nails and visits all 3 times. My girl knows exactly how I like my nails & they know the color I like. They are always so sweet and have very friendly personalities which I absolutely love. I have my own business, so I am super big in customer service & they are the same each time I go. I’ve been going here for over 5 years and even after I moved to Marietta I still drive over an hour to go here and see Van. Van is the best nail tech you’ll ever go to. Very polite, extremely good at what she does and very meticulous. If you go here ask for Van and tell her Frank sent you! I”d give her 10 stars if they let me!

Poor work. I asked for a simple dip set. Nails are lumpy due to the man steadily touching the wet acrylic, after a week the top layer is peeling, the shape is terrible. On top of this I told him that there were many mistakes and he blamed me... would not recommend.

New look and new owner. Took a minute to improve the setting and service but its surely improving. Make sure to keep up to date with the current style of nails. Play some relaxing music and keep off the football and news channel. People come to relax not be stressed out about everyday BS on TV. Tailor TV time to guests not the employee.

I used to go here all the time but stopped over a year ago due to poor service. When my new salon couldn’t fit me in, I was forced to go back here. I AM SO GLAD I DID. Turns out that they have new owners, all new staff and they have also completely remodeled. This is my 2nd time back since then and I could not be happier! Kevin is amazing and his attention to detail has definitely earned him a customer for life.***The pics that I posted here are after FIVE DAYS! They look like I just left the salon. And even after 3 weeks, I am STILL getting compliments! True professionals, the best service and the best products.

I had been going to this place for a while. After difficult beginnings, I am very happy and pleased with services provided.

What i thought was supposed to be a nice experience for me and my daughter, they overchraged me and they put way too much polish on my nails, even after 2 hours i could not do anything with the nails and messed up 3 of them because it was stilllll wet. I will never go back. Worst salon ever. The ladies were nice but they dont know what they are doing.

I really like this place and have no complaints. The employees are friendly, professional, and every time I visit: I receive great customer service. I have been to many salons and this is the first place that Ive received consistently beautiful results. I usually leave a salon disappointed and in search of somewhere else to go. I drive about an hour out of my way to come here. My mom and sister frequent this salon and wont go anywhere else.

I go here because its close to home. I only let Bill do my nails and I never have a problem. But dont go here if u want Instagram style nails. You have to go to Decatur for that.

My mom and I have been going to this nail salon since 2005.The service used to be amazing, it used to be clean, peaceful and well priced. The owner used to be there every day.Now I go way less frequently because it has changed over the years but today will be my absolute last time. They way over charged me today and then expected a tip. I didnt say anything, but have finally made the decision to not return.The salon is dirty and the technicians do not listen to what you actually want. Very disappointed in how this business has gone downhill.

The stuff were very unprofessional. I told the guy a few of my nails were not the same length and he got upset. three day after my nails start peeling of. The lady next to me had the same problem, another lady ask for a second coat and they didnt want to do it at first and they end up telling her it will be to heavy on her nails and cost extra. Not recommend it.

My friend just got her nails done here yesterday and they look like a 5 year old did her nails they are normally great but the gentleman work yesterday did a horrible job and charged her for it as well. This is wrong and should be corrected.

This is not a Spa like setting. No serene music. TVs on CNN.(not very relaxing)(used to be HGTV)I had been coming here to get a basic mani/pedi a few times each summer for the past 10 years. I came in today to find it is under new management. I was not impressed with my experience. The quality of the basic pedi was acceptable, but the mani was not. Also, an employee was just laid out sleeping in the middle of the store. The store looks run down and dirty. The techs were gossiping the whole time. Quality and professionalism have suffered with the change.

I walked in & no one greeted me . 2 more people walked in after me and they were greeted and sat down within 5 minutes . i continued to wait for about 20 more minutes without getting any eye contact & i walked toward the door and no one even bothered to say anything to me . after walking out i decided that i will never be coming again after many previous visits in the past . the customer service was horrible .

Two weeks ago! 3 hours on Sunday I spend doing my nails, 3 hours! !! After driving 30 min home and using the restroom, and washing my hands, whipping my hands the nail polish just came off. This calls GEL NAILS. Ive done GEL nails before at different places, and NEVER Ever this has happend. I derived back but unfortunately they wore closed. Came the next day with frustration and explained them I would like my refund but they wore real rude people and tried to bluff me, by cutting my nails and send me home. I was recording all the conversation and told them that if they are cutting my nails and not pay back the $40 I would have to call the police. They gone mad and start calling them self. There was costumers seeing and hearing how they threat people, this people that work there they only want your money... Special big THANK YOU to the one customer that stand up for me! After She told the owner if thats how you treat your customers I will never come back and you know I always been coming here the guy put the phone down and refund me the money, but funny thing in the beginning he told me that the owner is not in, when himself he is the owner and couldnt open the register to give me money, and for me to come again the next day at 3pm! THIS PLACE FOOL OF LIERS, MONEY SUCKING, MAD WORKERS, AND BAD NAIL JOB!

I continue to go because its close yo home and never too busy... But beware most nail techs dont know what they are doing... I never get what i want and i always leave UNHAPPY but i pay and TIP... Alao had to file my nails even... FML. Im going back to SANDY Nails.

Got gel nails for the first time and the following week i went on my vacation, i noctice that my nails start to come of easly without breaking not even one week past by and it did that. That man did a bad job and i still gave him tip !! 😡 Not coming back here at all and plus he cut my finger as well

I came in today to get a simple acrylic fill in. I had broken one of my nails about a week ago but I knew I needed a fill soon so I just waited to get the tip put on until today. First off, I have been getting my nails done since I was 13 years old. Yes some products have changed over time but all in all they are pretty much still the same as they were years ago. When I walked in I knew exactly what I wanted yet the lady who greeted me AND my nail tech tried to pressure me into getting gel nails. I politely declined and said no Im just looking for a plain black polish. (It is halloween and I wanted to do a spiderweb design) So I sit down with my nail tech and he starts doing my nails. He instantly assumed what I wanted just because of how they were. He never asked if I wanted them shorter or anything. I had to TELL him yes I want them shorter. Fast forward to him painting my nails. I showed him a simple design all of the nails black except for the left and right ring finger was an off white/ eggshell color with a black spiderweb. I asked him can you do that he nodded. first he pulls this super light and thin white-ish color out and we both agreed that it was too light. so then he grabs a bright white like completely opposite of what I wanted. I said no I dont really want white, can you do the eggshell color in the picture . he completely ignores me and says its ok its ok. another guy came up behind him watching and jokingly said he knows what he is doing haha. Like im supposed to laugh?? I was livid. Fast forward to me paying, I said how much? The guy at the front desk asked my nail tech and he said $25. I said how is it $25 if I only got an an acrylic fill in which is $15 and a design for $5? the guy said its $3 to fix a broken nail. I said okay thats fine but that adds up to $23 not $25. Long story short my nail tech tried to tell the front desk guy to charge me for cutting my nails down. Im sorry but that is supposed to be INCLUDED in a fillin. First he was rude and now hes not even doing what I want. Then tried to over charge me and almost got away with it. NOPE. I will NEVER return and sad to say this nail tech didnt get a tip from me.

Once again disappointed. I said I would stop going but my new found shop was so packed on the days I was available. Took another chance with these ppl.First of all...do NOT rush my service. I was one of five patrons why are you rushing?Secondly, you get an attitude when I say no massage. You ask why...I answer I was in a car accident and have a torn tendon in my shoulder...you scoulf at me! Almost lost my religion on him but remained calmThird, the nail tech did a terrible job on my manicure. I shouldve opted out! After a couple days it looked like my nails were in a meat grinderFourth, they do not give prices per their sign. The sign says $28 for mani/pedi and she ran my card for $30. I didnt get anything extra. When I questioned why, this lady caught amnesia and acted liked English was never spoken by her. Looking at the sign like she didnt understand.I would like to think I wasnt discriminated against but I wouldnt put it past them. Either discrimination or false advertisement.I know some ppl make look at it as just a $2 difference but its principle and MY $2!WILL NEVER RETURN.
