I am so upset with my nails! I paid for a white gel polish, the lady did so many coats that here I am a few days later and every single nail is now chipped and peeling. I went Saturday 8/28/21 and it’s only Wednesday 9/2/21 not even a week later!! And these photos I took two days ago so they were already chipping and peeling within 3 days of service. The polish was so clumped and super thick. I’m so disappointed I paid for this service. The ladies were very nice and kind, but this is a shame, they know this is wrong. People are coming to get service done expecting their GEL nails to last and mine didn’t even last a week. I even tipped nicely, wasted more money! I am so disappointed and unfortunately I live close by, but I will not come back here and waste any more money.

It’s my always go to place when I’m in town, Kelly and Tiffany did great job, love to come back for their Deluxe Pedicure, you guys should try it too.

Kelly did such a wonderful job on my pedicure today. I have an infected nail and she worked hard to clean and fix the nail. The nail has never looked so healthy. Also the foot and leg massage was amazing!!!! I didnt feel rushed and felt very pampered. Thank you Kelly for such an enjoyable pedicure!!! Will be back for sure.

We had set an appointment for 5 people. They said to come right away bc theyre available. When we set for 5, it means that we would like to start all at the same time. When we arrived, there were only 4 employees there and 2 were busy. All of us got started on different times. I didnt appreciate:1) not starting all of us at the same time when you accepted our appointments.2) rushing through my daughter so that you can start on someone that came after us versus working on one of us even though we were on a time crunch.3) working on someone that came after us without an appt.4) paid extra for the sugar scrub pedicure, but yet, my massage was more like a smoothing the lotion on motion versus massage.5) my daughters toes, that youve rushed through, did not look good at all.6) did not massaged us as long as the other customers

Ive been a customer of City Nails since 2007 and have been very pleased with the services received. These ladies are very polite and eager to ensure the customer is satisfied, happy and returns. I think Kelly and team are outstanding and wouldnt let just anyone touch my nails. The salon is clean and up to date. Give them a try, Im confident you would be pleased as well.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Sunday, March 31 My aunt and I went there to get our nails done, of course. The lady that did my nails did a terrible job, she got my leggings wet, she ripped a chunk of my skin in my big toe and apparently saying it’s an “ingrown toenail with skin that’s been surrounding it” and she made me bleed so much! And she put this weird blue liquid in my toe and she was gonna put nail glue in my toe! And I told her not to, and pretty sure she got mad. But doesn’t matter. I told her to not paint my nails because it was going to burn my toe and probably get infected. She still charged me 24$ even though she made me bleed. So now, it’s wednesday, and my toe is infected thanks to her. I will be going to the doctors tomorrow! I’m trying to figure out how to post a picture of my toe, but I’m not sure if it’s allowed. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!

I came here for the first time today to treat myself to a set of solars and was glad I did. The ladies here are friendly and dont push conversation to much (which is perfectly fine by me). They chat with each other while they work and they work quickly and gently. I did intend to get an accent nail done, but unfortunately, they could not paint an Autumn leaf like I wanted, thus 4 starts instead of 5. I do appreciate, however, that they told me they couldnt do it well instead of trying and leaving me with a poor job. I wish I could give half a star back for that. I plan to return.

If you want a sugar scrub with your pedicure (which i think most customers would consider a basic facet of a pedicure), you’ll have to pay a $5 upcharge. If you have gel polish to be removed, you’ll have to pay a $5 upcharge for a technician to hack at your nail beds with a cuticle trimmer to remove the polish. I sprung for the callus remover ($3 upcharge) and got a wimpy pass over my heels with a pumice stone. Lastly, you might pay the upcharge for gel polish with your pedicure and receive regular polish instead (as seen on the friend that brought me to this establishment). When you come here, you pay more and receive less. I simply do not know how this place stays in business.

So just FYI...when you are removing gel, do not attempt to tear it off and remove my nail in the process. I’m good. There are too many nail salons around...👋🏾

I will NEVER go here again!!!Rude rude rude. They dont even deserve the one star! I found out after I left the owner called my kids rude when I was in the restroom. I wished my kids would have told me this happened when I was there because I would have definitely said something. What business tells kids they are rude when the parent walks away. The sad part is, they slept the whole time they got their nails done. How can that be rude!!!!!!!

Horrible tanning totally wasted $50 on the tanning... Im very fair skinned and NOTHING AFTER 3 trips.. I even did a double time in the stand up booth on 2 visits and nothing. Dont waste your time or money. What a joke!

Im giving this rating 2 stars instead the 1 that it deserves because I had two people working on my mani-pedi yesterday. The young girl who did my pedi did a great job and had great customer service. The other woman that was doing my mani however did a really bad job. The paint was uneven, she got polish along the outside of the nail and she shaped my middle finger crooked. When I told her this she argued with me saying its because my finger was already crooked. Smh Ive had manis done before and I know that if you shape it right then it doesnt matter if the nail is crooked. I wont be going in there again especially not to see that same lady. Worst experience ever!
