Went in to get my acrylics removed. She proceeded to pop off my acrylics with a plastic nail, absolutely destroying my nail bed. Then, she filed it roughly. Didnt even cut the nails to the same length. Sloppy, sloppy work. She even got up in the middle of my basic manicure to do someones eyebrows. Im very disappointed. Im sticking with my usual place.

I asked for the Picture with the butterfly on it and I walked out with the one with the cherry so do not come here they don’t know how to do their job the lady could’ve told me she couldn’t do it I would’ve left instead of waisting my time here and money DO NOT COME HERE .

Kim always does a great job with my nails . I have come to her for over a year now . Best days are Tuesday and Wednesday they aren’t super busy . I would suggest find who you like make a appointment with them . Or you will be waiting forever . Kim is very skilled and always has my nails looking flawless. The owner does my eyebrows and they always look great .

Friendly staff, quick service and relaxing massage during pedicure...BUT the actual painting of my toe and fingernails is horrible. I could have done a better job myself. Sloppy mess, not painted to cuticle, I have paint on the skin around my nails and the paint isnt even. She did not use sanitized tools, they were pulled from her drawer. She also filed my nails AFTER gel was dry to get excess gel off the sides, which resulted in her filing my skin and causing me to bleed. I was really hoping to find a new nail salon closer to me, but I will not be returning.

I have been going here for many years. There are 2 techs I go to and I allow them to be creative...all I do is pick my colors 😆.

I love their renovation to the shop. Top 3 techs are Kim, Christine, and Steelers (idk her real name, but she loves the Steelers lol).

Needed a pedi & medicure both jobs was beautifully done and it didnt cost a foty fortune.

I love Kim. She my absolute favorite 😊

Nails did not even last a week. My toes didnt even last 4 days!!! And, they all are stuck up snobs and never speak when spoken to. I would not be going back!!!!!!

Messed my fingernails up on Saturday June 22, 2019 with a basic manicure no polish or buffing. Developed fungus or something and my long fingernails have not grown back since being filed down to the nubs and they have not been the same since. Thanks for literally nothing, Tam!

I picked out a burgundy color for my nails. Very pretty. I notice the nail tech went and got a different nail bottle. She painted my nails with the color I got then the second coat with the one she got. My nail where brown. I was so disappointed. You can see the Burgundy around the egdes. Im not the kind of person to make a seen . I would never go there ever again.

Great place, great people. I brought my mother in law for her nails and I ended up having a manicure and pedicure as well. Happy I did it. Very professional and clean. She loved it too.

Tam and Kristine are pretty good manicurists. I wouldn’t recommend the older lady to do your nails. She’s not too friendly and most importantly her work isn’t good. Had a pedicure done by her the first time, and a fill in the 2nd time because the other ladies were busy, I will never have her to work on me again. My nails weren’t filed even and they were bumpy!!!

They falsely advertised to get you inside then took the price up. It says 19.99 for a fullest but I was charged $25.00. A man started on my nails then a older female continue. She often interrupted my work to go do other things and talk to others. She also put my nail top on crooked.

They dont have as many lavish polish options. The owner is sweet and works to make sure everyone is okay.The team is nice as well.

This place us unprofessional. I came here at 9:10 two other people were getting pedicures. Im thinking Ill get in and get out. While I was getting my pedicure Kim told me she couldnt do my nails because she has appointments today. I said fine because there were 3 other techs. Im getting my toes dried but noticed that the other 3 techs all had appointments. No one said they had any appointments so Im watching everybody else get taken care of. I asked why didnt they say they had appointments since no one could give me a time when they would be finished. The manager actually ignored me and kept working. I spoke louder asking to cash out since they cant do business then she rushed over apologizing. This place has bad communication skills and lack of professionalism. I know what an appointment is and I get it. However, if you know you have appointments coming in back to back just say you need an appointment

When I have time to drive the distance, Tam is worth it every time. Best Pedi and Mani Ive ever had without all those ridiculous scrub upgrades and choices.

They just remodeled and the place looks beautiful!

My go to place for pedicures. Went there recently (6/16) and by (6/20) my polish was chipped and stained my nails so bad that Im unable to remove the residue to date (6/25). Truly disappointed. I have been going to this place for years, this is why I changed my rating.

Had a full set of gel nails put on and taken off today. I say gel Because Ive never had powder used during a gel manicure. I asked for a specific look on my nails, didnt happen or wasnt even attempted to be fixed after telling them I was unhappy repeatedly, the tech didnt ask how long Id like my nails, didnt measure to make sure each finger was approximate to the others on the opposite hand, there was nothing natural about these nails, yes I understand they arent natural however most ppl choose gel bc they are the most natural looking of artificial nails. Bottom line they were awful, the only solution I was offered was to take them off and I jumped at that. I didnt get so much as a fake apology, even though I as a paying customer apologized repeatedly from the time I walked in for any inconvenience (bc I am so particular), and repeatedly asked if they would be able to accommodate which they agreed to. This isnt my 1st time here however the other times I only had pedicures, which were fine, but today was the LAST time Ill step foot in this shop.

It was a good experience ever since the first time i went, its my go to salon. They dont be that busy so the wait is little to none.

Nails done poorly, not painted to the edges and the nail polish cracked on my nails in two days. Will not be returning.
