Melanie did a great job with my hair

I sent a picture of what I wanted done to the hair stylist and asked her how much it would cost. Her text response back said, Itll be about $100 to re highlight and color! This hair stylist only takes cash so I only withdrew $120 so that I had enough to give her a tip and pay the estimate she gave me. When I went to check out, she told me a NEW cost of $130 - without explanation. She said, Sorry for telling you a different estimate earlier. This put me in an awkward situation where I had to borrow cash from a friend.
