Back in 2016 we were making a move back from Hawaii and needed to find a place to rent before arriving in Wausau and needed to sign the lease site unseen, rather than through pictures. With the help of our kids and Tom at Holster Management, they were able to find us a very nice duplex to rent that not only excepted pets, but 3 small dogs. These dogs are rescues that we have had since they were puppies. The neighborhood was very nice as well. We rented for 3 years from Holster with no problems at all. They were always attentive to our needs and if we called with a situation or concern, they contacted us within the hour. We recently needed to find a place to rent and once again contacted Tom at Holster was very fast to start helping us find a place, unfortunately, at this time Holster does not have any properties that meet our requirements as to location and size. Terrible managementTake before and after pics of your apartment thats all Im going to say! Problems always took forever to get fixed! N we were good clean tenants who always paid rent on time!!

Had everything setup and ready to sign a lease and move in but they never showed up for the appointment or answered their business line or responded to my emails so I left a mildly rude message stating I was no longer interested. Tried getting ahold of me after I left because they were over a half hour late and told me they had been expecting me to meet at a completely different location than the previous meet, and that the person I was meeting wasn’t actually there at the time anyways, and the location of which I was never informed of in the first place.Although I WAS informed they don’t appreciate the rudeness at least.

I put in an application for my step son days ago and never received any kind of response.

If youre a responsible individual who wants someone whos willing to work with you to sort out a living situation these are the guys to go to. They respond to all inquiries in a timely money and any maintenance issues receive a response asap. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Incredibly slow response time to things that need to be fixed. Weve been living in a house with a moldy unstable garage since September and now it has reached the inside of the house. Still no response from anyone after many time trying to contact.

Why should a renters worry if the grass is going to get mowed, why should they have to call or text them to ask. We should not have to do these things. It’s included in the rent.

Have been living in a home where the roof leaks through the ceiling light dangerous for children the mold has reached the walls and is climbing the air went out and was told that we never had air and are evicting us because we refuse to pay rent in this unstable house.

Lived in one of their units for two years and have had water damage and water pouring into my closet, my apartment broken into because of a lack of security, refusal to fix the front door as it wont lock, harrassment from the landlord, threats from the landlord, and even hobos sleeping in the stairwell.
