Doe is very talented! After maybe 10+ years only wearing (and doing) my own nails I decided to get acrylics for our daughter’s wedding. They turned out better than I expected. I’ll probably start making this a regular thing again! Thanks Doe and staff!

This was my first time here and I had a great experience. Walked in on a Friday afternoon and I was quickly greeted and seated! I definitely recommend you book an appointment though - I was just lucky that I came in right before it got busy! The salon was clean and following COVID guidelines. My nail tech was Monica and she was very professional and talented. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted that I had seen on Instagram and she recreated them beautifully. She also did my pedicure as well. She did a great job with both! Very happy I found this nail salon - will definitely be returning!

I’ll Admit The Nail Technicians Were Friendly Upon My First Two Visits And I Was Willing To Look Past The 2 Hour Wait and The Fact That When I Got My Eyelashes Done Here They Fell Off A Few Days After. After Visiting On 8/14 I Will Not Be Going Back The Nail Technician Berated Me In Front of Customers Because I Did Not Know The Difference Between A Full Set and An Actual Manicure, I Don’t Get My Nails Done Enough To Know But The Ignorance She Displayed Was Enough To Keep Me Away. I Would Not Recommend

The experience from this place was amazing… in the moment. Definitely pricey but the workers were friendly and tried talking to us instead of making it feel as if they were talking about us to their coworkers. Two days after my sister had gotten gel manicure, her nail polish started peeling so we went back and they fixed it for free. A week later, all 10 of her gel polished fingers started to peel even though gel nails should last longer than that. Also, they talked us into getting extra length and design on our nails not notifying us that it would cost extra. Overall it was a good experience, but it costs a little more than it’s actually worth given the fact that the gel manicure lasted only a week.

I generally enjoy coming here I haven’t had a bad experience yet. My tech does an excellent job on my nails I love the shape, longevity, quality and cleanliness of the shop. However, he does a lot of multitasking. Answering calls, scheduling appointments, checking ppl out etc etc. I think it’s time for a receptionist!

I just relocated to the area so I was looking for a nail salon that would be close. This is now my second time going to this location and it’s been great. I appreciate the time they take when they do the pedicures. Today I went to Kim and she took her time with my pedicure and I really appreciated it. One thing I cannot stand is a rushed appointment. They squeezed me in same day which was very nice of them. Will definitely be going back and referring to friends! Also if your a fan on plastic wrapped pedicure bowls, you’ve found the place! SANITATION IS KEY!

Here’s my assessment of boutique nail and spa, I went there yesterday to get a manicure and a pedicure, it was a little bit crowded when I got there so I waited about 25 to 30 minutes before being seen which was OK. When you first walk in you will see that the place is very clean and it has a nice ambience. A young lady named Meliah did my full set and pedicure and she did a good job. My only complaint is when you first walk into the salon they ask you if you have an appointment that could be a little bit turned off because they literally asked every single person this question while I was there. They don’t really address you there more just talking ask you I think it’s because they’re busy but nonetheless that’s something they probably could improve on. I saw at least three people leave after coming in and was only greeted with do you have an appointment. I will definitely go back to this young lady that did my nails but I will be sure to make an appointment.

I went here twice before and had a good experience. But the third time was not the charm. My fingers literally hurt as I’m typing bc of how hard the lady was filing. She was very impatient with me when I had requests and raised her voice several times. She also took several breaks & I ended up being there for 3 hours. My nails are cute but the customer service was so bad. I will not be going back here.

I wanted to feel excited and pampered since I was coming here before my wedding that is in 2 days.The environment does not feel warm or welcoming. The nail tech barely looked or spoke to me. After saying multiple time I wanted my hands and nails to be the same color (my wedding colors) my hands came out a COMPLETELY different color. I alerted her when i first saw it and she just kept going saying she would just paint over it… (why not just stop and fix it…). The 2nd try was still not the same color (I literally pulled my foot up to show her the color again).My mom and I told her this wasn’t exactly how we wanted my nails and she looked annoyed we were saying anything at all.Due to lack of time (Again this is 2 days before my wedding so super busy) we just paid and left. No apology for the mishap, no discount offered, no have a great day, nothing.This was literally my worst experience at a nail salon. I have never felt so unwanted at an establishment that Im paying for. Not really a good start to my wedding weekend… disappointing

I’ve been going to Doe for many many years now. He is very professional...on time and his new establishment is very beautiful! Ask for Doe when you get there. You will not be disappointed. I get a gel 💅🏻 manicure every 2 wks and a pedicure once a month.

My favorite part of this experience was being able to schedule an appointment the same day I needed service we also had clean friendly service. On top of that we were not treated as if they were in a rush to get to the next person each individual cater to each individual need period I would definitely go back. My services were over $125 and it was worth every penny.

Doe is GREAT! He tells me, the same way you go to a hair stylist to keep your hair healthy, he wants that for his customers when it comes to their nails. He keeps my nails healthy & beautiful. Since Ive been in Maryland, Ive not found a nail stylist that I enjoy going to after my second visit, but Doe & the other employee at Boutique Nails make it easy!I also love the cleanliness of the place!

I called ahead on Friday and made an appointment for 3pm Sunday with Doe. I came ten minutes early reported to him that I was his 3pm and sat for eight minutes before he looked up and said, ‘yeah gonna take me thirty more minutes.’ No remorse or regard for the waste of my non refundable life minutes. Grossly unprofessional and clearly enough business at this place for it to be okay to treat people with such carelessness. Small businesses are hurting, my advise is take your hard earned money where both it, your time, and your business can be appreciated.

This was my first and LAST time at this salon. The salon was very nice and neat and the nail tech did an amazing job, however, my appointment was scheduled for 5p, I didnt get in the chair until 6:20p and didnt leave the salon until 8pm for a fill-in, 3 hours for a fill-in is unacceptable and she charged me $10 per nail for a few Rhinestones, I was also scheduled for a pedicure, but I was irritated and ready to go, so the pedicure didnt happen... and that is why I wont be returning.

I have gone to this location twice with my mom. The nail techs are good. I really liked was Meliah. I got my nails done last week and 7 days later the polished chipped on two fingers. I walked in to see if I can get a repair and the male tech at the front was really dismissive. I completely understand that they were busy. I wasnt expecting someone to stop taking care of who they were with. But to be just dismissed “we are too busy” without trying to work with me was a bit off putting. I know I’m not a known regular just yet, but if you can’t even try to work with me (even after I said today is the only day I can come), then why continue to spend over $100 a visit. It’s disappointing and I am debating on even coming back. His customer service needs work.

Started going here when I move to the Laurel area Feb 2020. Never miss on whoever do my pedicure. Theyll always ask if you have an appt but theyll take walk-ins with an avg 15 min wait.

I recently moved to Maryland and wanted to discover a new nail spot.I read the reviews for this location and wanted to check it out. Im always nervous trying new locations but I thought to myself lets do it!I went in on a Sunday and was greeted by Doe.He was very sweet and helpful.He was also the one that did my nails exactly the length, shape, and color I wanted.He suggest a design and i thought why not he did a great job and i told him surprise me.I love the design!Ive seen what hes done to others nails and hes goodDefinitely glad I have a new favorite spot ❤

The reviews here are mainly due to the salon appearance and cleanliness. BUT the work...Not good at all. I spent 100.00 on my nails and feet 2 weeks ago, already my polish has chipped, cracked, and nails broken. The job was not even mediocre. The pic below is how my nails were done, no changes except poor quality. My nails are uneven, shaped weirdly, and lumpy. Will NOT be going back.P.S. My services were SNS(Dip) and Gel Pedicure.

It was first time here & let me tell you it was worth every penny! I did not have an appointment & just walked in. I was greeted & taken care of right away. While I was waiting for a nail tech, I chose my color & was put in the spa chair for my pedi. It was about a 15-20 minute wait. My nail tech was Ya Ya & she took her time with my gel mani & gel pedi. She perfected every nail. The nail salon is clean & tidy. I am definitely coming back & making an appointment.

This is my second time in this spa but my first pedicure. I was very pleased with the service at the time. I let the technician know that I was diabetic. She did a superb job on my feet. I went home and nothing seemed wrong. I went out for dinner and when I got home and took off my socks, one had blood at the top. I looked over my foot and there is clearly a gash in my cuticle on my middle toe. It has not heeled over after a couple of days and it hurts bad. I’m not sure if I will use this service again because I am particular about my feet and my diabetes.🤦🏽‍♀️I hope I don’t need to go to the doctor. SMH

1. Had a 430 reservation (4/17) and waited til 530 to be worked on. I was with a friend who had her entire pedicure before mine even started. I was referred here and traveled a half hour to even get here. Huge mistake.2. I was cut pretty bad on my big toe and thought no big until today where its now red and swollen. I am going to have to go to urgent care now to get antibiotics

Hands down one of the best nail salons I’ve been to in MD, and believe me, I’m very picky! I had such a great experience here from start to finish and was so pleased with how my nails turned out. Ya Ya did such an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure. She took her time, made sure every nail was perfect, and made sure I loved my nails. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

I can in at 12 pm with my mom and sister, we wasn’t getting anything too extravagant just a gel manicure and pedicure, my mom a overlay and pedicure. I decided not to get anything done after an hour and a half wait just to be seen. My mom went back first after about 15 minutes my sister went back then 15 minutes later they told me to go back I sat at the station for 20 minutes but no came to get me started by soaking my nails or anything. I will not be coming back here they do good work but I refuse to deal with poor customer service don’t waste your time.

I found this nail salon shortly after moving to the area and they are so kind and professional. I went today and had a full set by Doe. I can be indecisive sometimes and he was patient and worked with me. He works fast but still maintains quality which is rare. You can clearly tell that he knows what he’s doing. The shop is much bigger than it looks and it’s really nice inside! I’ve seen some of the nail work from other in the shop via Instagram and they all do great work! This is a great salon I definitely recommend.

Very disappointed! I was referred to go and it was truly disappointing. I had an appointment at 11 and did not get out until 2:15. Doe was doing Everything else (answering phones, checking people out, writing, leaving to help others) but to be tentative to his client (me). Totally unprofessional to do that!On top of that it is Very over priced! I was charged $117 for Just a regular pedicure and a gel overlay fill in!!! Lastly, for that price the gel came off a week later!

I went here for the first time today and I will be coming back. My pedicure was relaxing and my acrylics came out exactly as I asked. They were extremely busy when I arrived (made an appointment) and did have to wait a little but they were so sweet and apologetic. I didn’t mind! I was nervous with covid but the salon was tidy and clean. They didn’t seem to have any issues giving things and extra once over or wipe down if you requested. I also never felt pressured to upgrade the services I came in for. Very happy!

My daughter and I get our nails done together every month ( it’s our thing to do together) today we tried Boutique Nail and spa.When we walked in we were surprised how big it was also very nice and clean.They greeted us as soon as we entered which was nice.We liked that they had all the equipment sterilized.The girls who did our pedicure (Wen and Yaya ) were very professional and did one of the best jobs that I’ve had as a pedicure. This will be our new place to go for a pedicures and manicures!

Very busy place. I called ahead to make an appointment. I still had to wait at least 30 minutes before my manicure begun. Also heard others complaining of the wait time,even with appointments. Appears they need more help, or you must be the first appointment of the day. I was there for 1.5 hours for just a Gel manicure. The actual nail service was above average, I give it a B rating-but I am very particular. May give it a second chance with an early am appointment.

Omg! Just one of the best experiences! I thought Id have to go to a podiatrist about one of my toe nails but Win took her time and made this nail white and healthy again! Incredible! She is so sweet too! I got a French pedicure with a sea salt scrub and hot stone massage, a regular manicure, and eyebrow wax which came to $95.

Doe, who did my nails was extremely professional and showed that he genuinely cared about fixing nails. He took his time and talked me through all of what he was doing and made sure I liked it! I will definitely come back and probably make this place my new spot for everything... nails, pedicures, waxing.. all of it! I’ve already told 2 of my girlfriends they need to come with me next time! I went to remove a bad job was done to my nails by another nail salon (acrylic with gel on top ). I was assisted by a guy named Doe. He had removed acrylic out my natural nails and had done a phenomenal manicure to my natural nails at the point my natural nails look like they have gel on top.I will highly recommend this place and I will definitely return for other services.

The place is nice and clean, but it hasn’t even been two weeks yet and my nails are popping off like press-ons. Four of my nails have came off. Not just the tips the whole arylic nail!! I am not happy about this at all. I payed over $100 for my nails!!

Nice, clean place, but it took 90 minutes just for a basic pedicure start to finish. I appreciate the attention to detail but my tech was very slow. It just should not take that long on someone who doesn’t need much work done and not getting designs.Another guy did my eyebrows and I didn’t realize until I got into the sunlight how poorly done one of my eyebrows is. Pretty disappointing because I came here because of the glowing reviews. Beautiful facility and my pedicure looks nice but I won’t be back.

I have to be honest. These reviews are misleading. I spent THREE HOURS here just to get a simple set and I had a different nail tech every hour. I felt like I was just getting pawned off to whoever had a free moment and it was very annoying. Then there were seemingly two appointments for the same tech at the same time - I knew this would be bad, because I was also in his seat! Now I feel like I’m being rushed because of poor time management. All in all, I won’t be going back.

The salon itself was very clean with cute, well kept furniture. My nail tech took her time and made sure I had no leftover polish anywhere, whole nail had polish (Ive been places where you can see the difference between first and second coat but the second doesnt cover the whole nail).She was great!!This was my first time getting a mani/pedi anywhere around here since I recently moved but I will definitely be back and recommend others too!Also, a group of 3 walked in about 30 min prior to closing and all wanted mani/pedi. From what I could tell, the techs didnt make their services feel rushed even though they were closing.

I went there today and I got a new girl. I asked for designs and they were just dots!!!! And my French manicure looks so bad she put a clear pink coat that over powered my French !! The only two good ones are the owner and her son. Next time I’ll have to just schedule an appointment with one of them!! It was a waste of $65 dollars today! I do a better job myself!!

My family ( sister, niece, daughter)and I love going to the boutique. The soothing atmosphere, coupled with highly skilled technicians, makes for a fantastic experience.Our hands, feet and lashes always look wonderful!
