I went early morning and there were only two customers. Very soothing atmosphere but the massage chairs here were the absolutel best Ive ever experienced. She did a great job on my toes and nails. Pedi/ Mani with relaxing massage.

Im so proud of how theyre keeping their shop so clean. Theyve made so many editions. You sign a waiver, they take your temperature, they have barriers up at the pedicure and nail stations, they line the tub with a bag so no ones feet ever touches where someone elses were. They spray and wipe down every surface that your body has touched. Good job Modern Nails Laurel, good job. I felt safe.

Not enough ladies working here apparently. The last two times Ive gone, Ive had to wait half an hour or more - and thats because I called first to see if it was a good time for me to go. My feet soaked for what seemed like forever while they seem to have been deciding who would take me - more of a not it game seemed to me. Not going back. Love the location and occasional good job but not worth the wait or feeling unappreciated.

The customer service is amazing! However they dont take no for an answer and upcharge the heck out of you. The work isnt that great but its nice for a quick stop in and the best bang for your buck

Linda is my go to person and I LOVE her work. Takes her time, is always available for me... everyone there is nice. I dont mind drinking far as long as I get my $$ worth!!!

The owner of the salon did my nails and OMG she took her time and perfected everything, I got a full set and it looks amazing. I recommend coming during the week because You get extra pampered but COME AND GET UR NAILS DONE HERE!

Very disappointed! Ms Daisy travelled and suddenly the price of the same thing I’ve been doing for years suddenly changed! I almost lost it I paid $95 for a basic manicure and pedicure full set! Like since when did the price change! My 6 friends and I experienced the same things! And the ladies there don’t hide the backbiting anymore they talk and laugh in ur face! So sorry Ms Daisy u were the best but we are not coming back!

Very disappointed about the service I received here. I asked to have tips put on and then have the pink and white manicure done over top. For some reason the technician told me she couldn’t do that but what she was going to do was the same thing but a different process. I have gotten this combination before so I was confused as to why she couldn’t do what I requested. I got my nails done on a Saturday and four days later I had half of my thumb nail chip right off. Whatever she used on my nails was already coming off and my nails looked like I hadn’t had them filled in for over three weeks. Not to mention she didn’t do a precise job in keeping the lengths all the same and forgot about my cuticles altogether. I thought I’d give this place a chance since the reviews were pretty good but I am sad to say I won’t be coming back.

Went there to make my first appointment. I walked in and everyone was busy with a client. I went up to the desk and waited. Nobody greeted me, they all just looked at me. I said, Id like to make an appointment for tomorrow. They looked and I waited. I read the menu cover to cover while waiting. Again, I looked at them, made eye contact and said, Id like to make an appointment for tomorrow, in case they missed it the first time. They look and I waited. Five minutes later I left - with no appointment. I think Ill go elsewhere. Too many other places would like to have my business.
