I got a pedicure and refill done by one old guy there. Not only did he mess up my the natural shape of my nails, he then tried to lie about the price not knowing I’ve been there before. I will never go back.
Always nice the salon if owned and operated by family members and 2 friends. Tina, Vo,Seven and Helen. Very nice, professional, and courteous.
Very bad customer service and they will lie to you and switch up the prices. The gentleman that is there is the only decent person. I will no longer be returning.
As soon as I went in I asked the price of a pedicure. The lady at the first desk acted like she didnt want to answer my question. She gave me pricing for a manicure and then the price she gave me for a pedicure was different than what was posted. I live right down the street and tried to support a local business but I guess they dont need it!!!
At first the let me wait when one of their customer arrives after me so they tell me to wait and take her. After that I show them a picture for the design that I want after she put the gel she said she can’t do it choose something else. I will never going back again they are horrible
This establishment does not lead with empathy.I purchased a gift certificate for my moms 77th birthday, October of 2019. My mom does not go out often, so it always takes her some time before she uses her gift cards and certificates.Covid started being reported late February, early March. Naturally, mom did not visit the salon, and then Governor Hogan issued an order to temporarily close salons, as the number of Covid cases increased.Post reopening, doesn’t mean 100% safe.January 2021, Mom tried to schedule her appointment with her gift certificate only to be told it was too old, and that someone other than an employee had written in the dollar amount of the gift amount. I drove to the salon and presented my proof of payment, and explained to the owner, Tina, that I had written in the dollar amount when I purchased the gift certificate, along with “To Mom.... From .....Tina explained that the dollar amount should be written in by the technicians. Okay, I don’t work there, my apologies, but here is my proof of payment. Tina acknowledged my proof and said she would only grant me the dollar amount of the cheapest pedicure.Where is the trust? We trust them to be honest, to perform services using quality products. I see Tina does not offer the same trust and honor for her customers. And where was the empathy? My mom is elderly, it took all of her courage to leave the house and attempt to get a service. I’m disappointed in Tina, she has shown her commitment is only to the dollar and not fostering continued hospitality.
My typical nail shop is closed on Sunday and I was looking for a close by shop to do my nails and my daughters nails. We waited about 15-20 minutes but it was worth it. They did a great job and paid attention to detail. I didnt get the massage I am used to but I think that may be COVID related 🤔 Will definitely visit again.
Not social distancing with customers. Nails by Rose crooked and slightly uneven
First time going here as I just moved to Laurel and it’s on my street. Had a relaxing mani-pedi and the technician was friendly and professional. My nails look great!! Reasonably priced. My only complaint would be that the building space itself is a bit dilapidated but it was very clean and that may be the landlords responsibility. I will definitely go again!
Had an appointment which I booked by speaking to someone over the phone. Came on time for my appointment and the door was locked and there was nobody in the salon. I called multiple times and no one answered. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the customers time.
Great Service
