First time and the worst ever.. Got my natural nails done which are pretty long. I wanted to try dipped powder had to soak the acrylic off ok cool.. In the mist of that The guy broke 2 nails which resulted in placing Tips on top. Brung my own design... long story short spent $115 for me having to come back 2 times for Repair and the same guy ask what I do to my nails... No what You didnt do to my Nails! I dont have this problem with my regular nail tech at all.. Not to add that 2 more stones are off yet again and its only been a week!!!!! Never again.. Dont spend your money here! 0stars

The owner drills your natural nails so much that it almost leaves u in tears. I’ve tried several times to give her a chance to do better each time I went but I always end up leaving with cut and bloody cuticles. The last time I was there a year ago she cut my cuticle so bad and before I could say anything she had the nerve to put nail glue on it to stop the bleeding instead of treating and sanitizing it. I was so angry with her she started apologizing looking scared. Just say the lord was with her that day.

My experience was great, Helen did my nails and my two daughters and we all are very happy with her work

This place prices is too high and its not a high end nail salon. You dont get service with wine, ok.

Went in to get a basic manicure and get my eyebrows together and Hellen the technician was AMAZING. It’s clean, quiet, and they work good with timing. Definitely going again.

Ive been going to this salon since 2010 when I lived in the apartments across the street. Sandra the owner is a very nice lady. David Id one of the nail technicians hes my fave and he is amazing, and so polite, he does great work on my hands and after working 3-4 12hr shifts per week my feet very much appreciates his hands. Helen is awesome on my eyebrows

Ive been here twice and both times Ive been dissatisfied. First was for a manicure and the man repeatedly cut me. My cuticles were in horrible shape by the end and my fingers were bleeding. Second time my nails look horrible. They are thick and lumpy. Not worth the price. As I will have to go to a different shop to redo them.

First time visit today and Helen did such an amazing job on my nails. She was well deserving of a tip. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and as a walk-in was seen right away. It wasnt crowded but that could be because I went a few minutes after opening. This is now my permanent 💅 spot.

I’m not use to paying this much for nail services because I recently moved back to the area. But especially for the price, I think the quality was mediocre at best. They put their product into containers to give the impression that it’s something that it’s not. My gel manicure doesn’t look terrible now, but I wouldn’t be surprised that within a week it’s peeling. The technician kept fixing mistakes she was making by filing more and more nail down throughout the service. But stuff hit the fan when I got my eyebrows threaded. I have full eyebrows and prefer a clean up as opposed to a thin look. The older lady that does it said she would just do a clean up. These things came out looking like a pencil line on top of my eyes. I told her I didn’t like them. There was nothing anyone can do. I didn’t want to pay for them. She was nice the whole time until I said that. I’m sure she cursed me out in her language but I didn’t care. She then treated me very rude and continued to make excuses. I stopped her too much, I was too sensitive, I did my job, no one else could have done it better. It was messed up and I’m NEVER going back again despite the fact it’s walking distance from me.

I took my mother to get her nails done - a manicure and pedicure!Two days later, her nail polish was wearing off, chipping off at the tips (this is without being in water or dirt) The polish simply was not put on well AT ALL!I took her back and showed them her nails!We were given nothing but excuses as to why the polish came off and with a hateful, mean spirited, sarcastic, rolling the eyes, pooping the head belittling attitude!!!!!!WE WILL NEVER EVER RETURN!!!!I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

Affordable nails with (decorations if you request them), brows, and pedicures. Friendly service. Not sure if theyre 100% sanitary with every procedure, so if you have sensitive skin do your due diligence. Overall, good spot for a girl on a dime.

Nail looked good wen I left as soon as i got home to open the fridge the nail just flew off. I was pissed because the event I did them for was the following day. I got some glue n glued it back on. Woke up the following day another nail came off.

I usually fo there for my eyebrows because they are the only ones whom do them right until about a month ago the lady messed up my eyebrow not to bad. I decided to try them doing my nails. The one guy charged me an extra $16 just because I got gel polish not gel nails just the polish. The next time another guy told me it wasnt extra when he did them which is how I found out. The male nail techs dont listen. They do what they think is best and charge you for it. I asked for square round and got just square. Then the sides of my nails didnt have the polish all the way. On top of that they over book themselves as far as the lashes and eyebrows. I was there first and waited for them to finish a women nails only to have a customer who came in after me get hers done first because she was getting lashes which was more money than my eyebrows. But i had got a full set as well so they actually were the same price. Never again! I use to love them now I have to find somewhere else to go!
