Thee WORST POSSIBLE NAIL EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! On top of it being awful it hurt because the lady was attempting to use a drill on my raw nails so she was drilling down to my actual skin….for no reason because it’s my raw nail. Then she used her dirty *** fingernail to correct her polish and cut me…and!!! they look like balls and I just left.

I like was this place because they working well, but now they want you to do everything and they take you out running and thats why they do a VERY BAD WORK.😡I paid $ 110.0 to have paint missing on one nail. disappointing...

It’s honestly a hit or miss at this place. Sometimes they do a decent job and other times I wanna get up and walk out. I feel like they are very outdated when it come to new nail designs. This place is more so for a quick gel manicure because if you looking for those bomb sets you see on Instagram this place definitely isn’t it

Kim is my girl!!!! Coming from licensed cosmetologist she is so good. I love her to peices. My MIL comes to her as well as some of my clients. She rocks... def recommend her!!!

My sister who is in a wheel chair following a car accident was taken here for a much needed spa day. Upon entering she was greeted with a rude staff member and told they cannot provide services for “people like her”. Discrimination at its finest and totally illegal! I would not recommend supporting this business as they are so disrespectful and lack basic compassion.

Cherry did an awesome job on my nails. I’m a very picky person but she was amazing! All I did was show her of a picture and she did an even better job than the picture that I showed her😊

I love this place they treat you like family Ive known them for 30yrs Ive watch their kids grow up. I live 2 hours away and still come there to get my nails done they are awesome owners

Henry did my nails really nice. Not perfect but really good. However, the lady who did my eyebrows was rude. When I was explaining to Kevin, about how I felt, she started arguing about how she wasn’t rude. She tried to say I said I wanted my eyebrows thick which I never said. She caught an attitude when I asked her to take more off my eyebrows because they were to thick and not how I requested them.The lady who did my eyebrows name is Sherry. Her attitude took away from the whole experience.

Cherry is the best! They opened today since being closed due to Covid-19 and they made sure to reach out to me to get my appointment in. I was surprised by how prepared they were for clients. Each nail tech had COVID certificates as well as glass protectors at each station (very clean.)They are currently doing appointments only. The daughter Kerrin did an amazing job at checking temperatures and making appointments.B T Nails appreciates customer loyalty and are always nice to me and my sisters. I’m glad that I waited 3 months just for them to open.

Cindy is the best! If you go there... Only work with Cindy. Ive asked for others in there to do whatever it was that I needed and she has been the only one to take honor in what she does. From eyebrows, to waxing... From nails to pedicures... She is the best one. You will not be disappointed. I dont care how chewed my nails look, if Cindy isnt there or either busy, I always come back when shes available.

I dont know if its the new gel color they have here, but before now I love making my nails here because my gel colors last me well over 4 weeks. My nail technician is Cindy, very welcoming and polite.

It bad they don’t know how to do nails and they are way to rough on your nails and sometimes they will make me bleed and they are mean DONT NOT COME TO THIS NAILS SPA

Nails could have been done much better, as well as my feet! They will change you a up charge for a full set, as far as the length, and it will be the regular length, all to get money out of you! One nail is short, so they ate not even. My nails dont look good at all. I am disappointed in them. They used to be good at one time. They have gone down over the years. As you can see in the pictures they could look better.

Thought Id try somewhere different since I was already in the neighborhood and in need of a fill- in. Much to my dismay the Technician that I was directed to at the back left side of the establishment was the most unprofessional, aggressive and roughest nail tech that Ive ever encountered. I almost had to call the police because she was so aggressive and harassing.Cherry and Kerrin tried to do some service recovery but I wont be back. I wasnt pleased from beginning to end. My nails were finished but I just wanted to be out of that place.Ive never had this type of experience and the only reason I allowed my nails to be completed is because she tried to do some service recovery.

If I could give a negative I would. This place is the most unprofessional place. They talk about you in their language the entire time. They are money hungry scavengers. “Dollar more” for everything. The owner Sheri, has a disgusting attitude and is very racist. She is very dishonest with her employees, she is very dishonest. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this salon. I will be calling the health department after I post this. She has opened several salons over the years and they always end up closing from the way she treats customers or chases off employees. I DO not recommend, especially with all the other options in the area. Best wishes.

The worst customer service EVER and have unskilled nail specialists who need additional training!!!..had to return to get my gel nails done sooo many times bc by day 2, polish would b messed up ..never returning to this place. They r unskilled n dont have enough polish to meet the needs of their customers.

Always over charged always feeling like the owners attitude is not good she speaks bad to customers and they don’t do gel like their supposed too. They have damaged my nails since bad that they hurt to touch anything because too much grinding of the nail with that filer tool. No specials and for hands and feet no special conditioning or healthy efforts to help your nails only for them to make a dollar

Overpriced and did not do a good job. I paid $35 for a GEL fill in only for it to be peeling off after TWO DAYS. Just awful, this was the first and last time i will be going to this salon, just awful. I wish i could give them 0 stars

I WAS a regular customer. This was the second visit the girl just got up and started working with another customer that came in after meThat was after she was on her phone texting. I just left in a barrage of someone is going to be with you.... At least the ones at beauty nails around the corner know they are thieves.

I dont suggest anyone ever go to this salon ever. Literally the worst experience Ive ever had. The guy clearly didnt know what he was doing with the paint. He did a terrible got and it was gel. And when I was told that a part was messed up he barely fixed it. Waste of money and I will never go there again.

This place is horrible. $35 for a deluxe pedicure. WHAT a joke!! No stone massage, or anything extra. Not sure what was so deluxe about it. $20 extra for gel polish.... the $10 manicure was horrible. She didnt even clean my cuticles up at all. So I wasted $60 on a crappy mani/pedi. Skip this place. Its very dingy and everything looks so worn down. To get your eyebrows done they slap you in a broke down salon chair at the end of the pedicures... NOT worth the money and its just not classy and relaxing at all...

I have been getting my nails done at BT Nail Spa for several years and was very pleased with their service. In the past couple of years, I have noticed a decrease in their selection of nail polish. On numerous visits, I would choose a color, but they are out of it. On numerous occasions when I go to the salon for a manicure, the next day the polish would form bubbles on some of my nails and then split open, which should not occur. Another recent experience I had is when I chose a color with glitter, it was applied on my nails and before leaving the salon, I realized the polish on my nails was lumpy. They informed me that the glitter makes it lumpy, which is totally not true. When I went back and asked them to redo my nails, they wanted to charge me for fixing their mistake. Are you kidding me?????????????? Based on my past experience in using the same type of polish, it would always dry and feel smooth on my nails. These problems have occurred due to using bottles of nail polish with hardly anything left in the bottle. Sometimes I would pick and open the bottle, turn it upside down, and nothing came out because it was dry inside. On several occasions, when the bottles are very low in polish, they put nail polish remover to make it go further. If the polish is that low, they should buy new nail polish to replace the old.In light of the above, I have decided not to go back to BT Nail Spa. Considering that there are about 15 other nail salons within a 2 mile radius from my home, I know I will find and be pleased with another salon that has a nice selection of nail polish and will give me a manicure without me having to come back to fix the bubbles and lumps on my nails that I have encountered with BT Nail Spa.To summarize the above, do not get your manicure and/or pedicure from BT Nail Spa located at 327 Montrose Ave, Laurel MD. Spend your money where it is worth your while.
