I used to go to the store when it was under previous management. After years of not going I decided to stop in for a manicure. They did a very decent job loved it. Went for an eyebrow wax. She left a lot of stray hairs so I asked her to correct them. I come back two weeks later. They said I was too difficult because I wanted my eyebrows done correctly. SMH

Horrible pedicure. View photo. The woman did a terrible job the first time. Went back for her to fix my polish all she did was out an extra coat on it and told me to let it dry longer. I dried my toes for 2 hours. This is what happens 2 hours later! Horrible! I’m never going back there again! Only decent employee there is the one who calls himself ‘Joseph’

I get clear gel manicures all the time and I’ve probably been to every nail salon with a 25 mile radius of this one. This nail salon is by far the best in the area. Clean, professional, and quiet. The one thing I actually enjoy is that they play Vietnamese (I think....) music softly in the background and it really sets the tone. It’s nice that the salon team incorporates their culture in their place of business. 5 stars, no doubt.

I love coming here!!! They’re quick, have reasonable prices and are perfectionist. I’m very particular about my nails down to perfect shaping. Sunny is the Best!!!! You won’t be disappointed. Everyone is good if you need your eyebrow done and the pedicures? 😩 I’m telling you, you’ll be pleased with your money well spent.

Vivi Nails is by far the best nail salon in Laurel MD, from my first visit over 2 years ago until now I’m a regular and I must say I never leave disappointed. Went in for a full set and pedi. The pedi was decent however for the price I expected more. Didn’t feel like a luxe experience.The full set is a complete other story. I asked for full set long set of nails. I also shared that I don’t like thick and chucks nails. I was told I wouldn’t get that and that he does his nails medium in thickness so that it isn’t thin wnd no breakage would occur. I got thick, chunky, wnd uneven nails! I asked to have them thinned out and it didn’t make them look better. I’m so disappointed and will not be returning again. This work isn’t a representation of someone who has been in the mail business for years. More like beginner. To add I have two nails with flooded cuticle. It was a waste of money!

I searched high and low for a new nail salon and got so lucky when I came across here. Sunny will get your nails right!! Kelly will get your feet and eyebrows right!! So nice and professional.

I went in to get a color change... the nail tech said “ did you do your nails here?” I said no and he looked away. I told him I only needed two fingers redone and well he ignored me and continued his conversation with who seem to be an intern. After a couple of minutes of being ignored, I walked out.

Sunny does a great job all the time. The other ladies do too. My white acrylic fill-in looks perfect. They accommodate you with or without an appointment and even with long lines, the wait is never long. I keep going back. Highly recommend!

I was stuck in traffic headed back to Virginia, so I decided to check out the local nail salon. The gentleman at the front did a full set of acrylics. I have zero complaints. He worked like a machine, and did a super job on my nails. I would consider going back, even though I am not close. Thank you fort great care of me, Vivi nails!

Ive been going to Vivi Nails for over 5 years and Sony never disappoint me. I have tried other places if Im not able to make it to Laurel but my nails are never done right. I chose to stick with Sony as he knows what I want and my nails last.

Very nice salon. Tye Did my nails. I was going to get round but she suggested almond which ended up looking very nice on my hands, I absolutely love them. I didn’t catch the name of the young lady that did my pedicure but it was so relaxing. I wasn’t feeling good today so it felt nice not to have a rushed pedicure and just let the jets massage my feet. She did a great job up.

I visited this location for a pedicure.What I got was the Royal Treatment 😇I received a very detailed pedicure.I felt bad because I dozed off 5 times, due to the pampering of my feet by the tech.I was a walk in & I was helped immediately.I got a pedicure & design on my 2 big toes.I will definitely return to this location.Ty ViVi Nails.

They make you feel at home. I said I would never let anyone but my brother do my eye brows...but allow them and she was able to correct a mistake I had made doing them myself. I have search all over Laurel for a great nail spa that customer service is 100% and does wonderful work, that does not charge you for each individual service especially when getting a pedicure (ex: hot towel, massage, filing, etc) ......WELL THIS IS IT!!!! Sunny keeps my nails design with the newest style and techniques. If I could give more the 5 stars I would.

This is the only place I ever go to get my nails and pedicures done. The staff are warm and friendly and do great work! The shop is clean and inviting! I refer all my friends and family there. Keep up the great work Sunny!!

The quality here is definitely not the best. It’s unfortunate but I never am satisfied with the service. I come because of convenience but now I realize it’s not worth the time. Guess I’ll go back to Bowie to get the relaxing atomosphere.

WentSunday at 7:35 and was told they were closed. They refused to do my eyebrows which takes 5 minutes. They aren’t suppose to close until 8!

I ignored the bad reviews and came in. I’m so happy I did. I’m new in town and was struggling to find a nail shop to meet my needs. I live in Laurel and was traveling all the way to Upper Marlboro to get a mani/pedi and was frustrated every time. I love Vivi Nails. Kelly is great!! She did a fantastic job on my nails and listened to what I asked her to do. I’m huge on professionalism, and I’m very satisfied with my services here.

Got my nails done by Sunny and I have been back 3 times to get nails fixed. They are cheap and use a little amount of acrylic which results in your nails breaking by doing the simplest thing like typing. I wasnt going to write a review but 2 more nails just broke so im irritated because it was a waste of $65. I just got my nails done on Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT GO HERE, DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

Its horrible, customer service is very poor, they dont know what they are doing and nails polish I got which is supposed to be gel was pelling off like some very old paint. Went back for redo and they worsened it. Will not never go there.

Im only giving 1 star, because of what i experienced TODAY, May 1st 2017,one of the females there told me 1 price over the phone after i had called in,upon getting there another female,which was rude in tone, she continued to quote me a higher price and kept getting higher by the second,( i said to her i was told differently over the phone) she went on almost charging me the same amount that was paid when i went there a week ago, (which was my first experience there) she even had the nerve too to say charging you for pink powder when i wasnt charged the week before for pink powder !!.I dont see anywhere on their list of services, that they charged separately for pink powder, i was so upset but remained calm,i asked for, Sunny who is so professional by the way..she said he not here!.and dismissed me..

Sonny is rude, hot tempered and arrogant. The salon itself is run down and dated. They dont sanitize their hands inbetween guests. Like so many other nail salons, I dont feel valued or apperciated. I will never return to this nail salon again.

Ive recently moved to the dmv area, so im understanding to the process of finding a nail salon, hair salon etc. im not sure how many salons i have to experience, but his is going to be a long shot. This salon isnt horrible, im not sure im happy with the quality of products used. I would rate them higher, but its not normal for your nail polish to chip in 3 days, nor is it normal for the gel to bubble up and deteriorate so fast.
