I purchased a Zenith from Karan at Horologio. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. After meeting with him in person last time I was in Vegas, he was the first person I contacted to find the watch I wanted. After completing payment, the watch arrived the very next day in perfect condition. I highly recommend Horologio, and Karan in particular.

This store is amazing. I visited with my kids and while most other stores ignored me, Narbeh treated me extremely well. To my surprise the store had many pieces I wasn’t expecting to find and Narbeh was happy to let me try them on and compare. He was patient and knowledgeable. I ultimately didn’t purchase anything from him that day, but I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Vegas.

I have been to many stores but have not seen anything like this before. The team works together. I came to size a timepiece that I have not purchased here and I was attended to right away offered a bottle of water by another associate while they were busy.It took only 5 mins till the manager came out and asked me if he could assist with anything while I was waiting.I offered a tip but they refused the money and gave us recommendations to go to lovely restaurants instead. Please note that I was sizing a very inexpensive Nixon compared to what they have in the store and I was treated like I bought the entire store.Thank you so much Horologio I assure you when I purchase my next watch I will seek guidance. Absolutely amazing staff here. I finally found my dream watch Ive been wanting for a long time now. The Tudor BB58 in blue. I wasnt able to get to the store until pretty late, about 20 minutes before close, but they didnt rush me at all.Stepping into the store they immediately asked if I was looking for something in particular and I already saw they had the Tudor in the case. They promptly took it out and let me try it on as we were chatting. I never felt pressured into buying.Best of all, regardless of your budget or brand of watch I felt like they treated you with the utmost respect.Next time Im in Vegas Ill be sure to swing by and see what is available.

Absolutely wonderful experience, possibly the best retail experience Ive ever had. They treated me like I was their all time best customer even though I had never purchased anything there. Most of all they made me feel welcome and comfortable in a place that can normally be intimidating.I had arrived in Vegas with the idea of looking at several watch retailers to see if anything caught my eye. I figured there was a small chance I would end up buying something on this trip. Horologio was the first place I went only a few hours after arriving in Vegas, I had previous friendly experiences here and wanted to get an idea of what they had before looking around some more.I was greeted by Jinny and started trying on a few pieces. At some point Karan also introduced himself and asked a few questions. I told him we had just got there and just was looking to see what they had. I mentioned a particular watch I was considering as something special to eventually pass down to my son as it had a special meaning. But probably wasnt ready to purchase yet. Right away he tells me he has a small gift for my son before realizing it wasnt there. Then offers to find it and mail it to me. This was before I even looked at the watch or even indicated if I was even planning on buying anything on this trip (I wasnt even sure if I was at this point). The service is on a level I wouldnt even begin to expect unless I was buying something here on a monthly basis.I ended up buying the watch I was really wanting at a price I couldnt say no to. They then arranged to ship it to my home, which was especially nice because I wouldnt have had room in my luggage for the box it comes in.

Horologio is an awesome luxury watch store. Theyre displays are impeccable, theyre inventory is very extensive and theyre staff is unbelievably friendly. My wife and I spent about an hour or so in theyre store and we were treated like valuable customers the entire time we were there. The associate helping us, Maryjo let us try on and hold dozens of very expensive watches and never once pushed us to make a purchase. She was friendly and charming and just fun to interact with. As we were leaving the store she gave me some very nice sales material on Glashutte watches, which is the watch that Im hoping to purchase from Maryjo hopefully soon. She also gave us cold bottles of water to take with us. This is a great boutique where you can see some of the greatest watches in the world. I have a Rolex 41 DateJust that I don’t want to wear daily because of wear and tear. I wandered into Horologio while staying at The Palazzo looking for an alternative to the Rolex. Salesperson Jamie assisted me, taking her time and being extremely patient with the variety of watches I was interested in buying. She was professional, knew the brands well, and was able to direct me to the watch I eventually purchased, a Tudor Black Bay with a blue bezel. I love the watch.I was so impressed with her that we had her show my wife a number of watches and bought an Omega that my wife loves.Though we have returned home, I am still communicating with her regarding the purchase of a Franck Muller. I wouldn’t think of purchasing it anywhere else.

As a collector it was a wonderful experience to see up close the high end watches at this shop. What I came away so very impressed of is how friendly and welcoming the sales staff was to me even tho the pieces I was looking at were way above my ability to buy. Not the least bit snooty. I would encourage anyone to check them out. When I am hopefully able to make that dream purchase I will go there and make a weekend in Vegas out of it. If they treat paying customers even half as good as they did this gawker, they are worth the trip.

I have been frequenting Horologio for over 5 years. Having visited many fine watch establishments in my lifetime, I continually gravitate back to Horologio. The primary reason for that are Christine and Karan. Their welcoming personalities, and more importantly, their knowledge of fine watches makes me very comfortable working with them. They are low pressure, which I deeply appreciate and its patently obvious they want their clients to be happy with their purchases. As well, their after purchase service is exceptional. The customer service that you receive in this store blows my mind. More people need to hear about this store! From our very first visit there, an employee by the name of Alvin treated us like absolute royalty. Super friendly, very knowledgeable about the products, and never makes us feel forced or bad that we aren’t buying right now. In my last review, I said this was the best watch store in Vegas. That is still true, and if you are looking for a watch on the strip, Horologio should be your first and only stop. I can now say that even though I don’t live in or near Vegas, this has become my one and only shop for watches. From the perspective of a watch enthusiast, their selection of top brands and limited edition releases beats any other shop I have ever visited and makes them worth the trip. More importantly, however, the service, knowledge, and friendliness of the sales staff is second to none, and while I know for certain they have clients buying much (much) more expensive watches and in higher numbers, I’m always remembered by the staff and made to feel like a true VIP. For me, there is no where else to buy.
