Ive had two bad experiences and this store but Im giving them 3 stars because there are 2 employees that are awesome.I picked up my wedding band and my fiancees ring yesterday. I wanted what was engraved in my ring to continue to be a surprise so I didnt look at it at the store.. I got home and we noticed it was missing a birth stone.. I called the next day and talked to Michelle. She kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell her my problem. I also told her I didnt check the ring because it was supposed to be a surprise and guess what.... She told me what it said.. then I told her I was leaving Sunday for Hawaii so could she put it in the system so when I come back they will have a note of the issue.. she kept trying to have me bring it in today which is a Friday when I keep telling her NO because Im leaving Sunday she keeps assuring me it will be back when it take a few days to get to the center a few days at the very least to fix it and get it back. The experience was awful.Again two bad experiences but more good experiences so I wont talk bad about this location but I might start going to one closer to my house after this. Some people really dont have good problem solving skills and it shows

I wish I could give this place more stars!!! I went to look for a gift for my wife. The sales lady who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for and she quickly had several options to look at. Fair pricing and even free gift wrapping.
Its very upsetting to get terrible customer service. I been to many Kay Jewelers and never been treated with so much disrespect. I went in for a simple cleaning for my earrings and my ring on my lunch. both ladies had an attitude. The lady that cleaned and inspected didnt even clean my ring. The stone was still foggy when I asked her did she even clean my ring she looked at me crazy and said I DID CLEAN IT, THATS AS CLEAN AS IT GETS, I stopped at galleria mall and they actually inspected and cleaned my ring. Turns out there is a missing stone in my earring and my ring could be cleaner.. The stone ended up being clear. Dont waste your time at this store.
I always enjoy coming into Kay. I have my wish lists and we keep working towards getting all the items on it. Service is amazing.
All the ladies were friendly and helpful. Marsha is the one that I dealt with personally and my choice for a new setting for my ring. She listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted and she and the rest of these did what they could to help meet that need. I walked out there a happy consumer. Marsha was wonderful. They have my business for life.

I took a few moments out of my day to Google search a jewelry store drove out of the way couple minutes park over there pay for parking walk down the street just to get my wifes ring replated for rhodium and low and behold when I walk inside the store and ask them if they have any tools on site for replating the lady says it takes 2 weeks to send them out for me plating and Ill be back in two weeks I said what about mens ring resizing do you have a simple mens ring resizing tool all of the services that require modification of the Rings are done outside of the house and then I told the lady its likes having a car dealership but not a mechanics garage she laughed a little uncomfortably. Dont expect to walk into this location have anything other than them trying to sell you overpriced jewelry they cant even fix or plate for you on site. Get with the times Kay Jewelry.

Wish I could give negative stars because the customer service was horrible! During the buying process theyre nice and just tried to get you to max out your credit limit. my fiance and I purchased 2 rings around 4,000.They had to custom order our sizes and informed us with a promise date and that they would call one of us when they were ready for pick up. 3 weeks later on the promise pick up date I called around 4 to see if the 1 arrived since no one called me as promised. It was in the store so we went in to pick it up and it was sized incorrectly by 2 sizes. According to the manager the representative made a mistake. I was pretty mad but its whatever so I brushed it off and they said they would send it back for re sizing. With another promise date. Couple weeks later on the promise date never received a call once again, so I called and at first the manager couldnt find the ring and was being rude saying are you sure it was this store and asking for my order number. Im thinking shouldnt it be attached to our account credit card and she was giving me a tough time. Finally she found the ring so my fiance went to pick it up and it was the same size. THEY NEVER EVEN SENT IT OUT FOR RESIZING!DONT SHOP HERE THEYRE UN PROFESSIONALS AND LIARS!IF ITS FOR A WEDDING RING EXPECT A BIG HEADACHE AND TO RECIEVE IT WAY LATER THEN PROMISED!
Horrible experience, unfriendly welcome, no one greeted me just looked at me instead. Let me place my pearls on the glass counter instead on the fold-out protector. I go every 6 months to have my jewelry checked. I couldnt close my clasp on my necklace. The clerk didnt offer to help me, just watch me struggle. I was very unhappy with the service. Wouldnt recommend to go shopping there.
Unprofessional. I purchased a Neil Lane bridal ring for my fiance as a surprise. After giving it to her we brought it back to be resized to fit perfectly. The ring was a size 7 and she needed a 5 1/4. I was told it would be 3 weeks or I would get an email if it was done sooner. I called the day before the original promise date and they stated it was ready and I had been emailed the day before. I told them I hadnt received an email and processed to verify my email addrees, which was correct. My finace went to pick up the ring that evening, she tried it on and found it was to big. The employee measured the ring and found that it was a size 6. The employee told her that Niel Lanes rings could only be resized up or down one size. The employee said that they didnt know the ring was a Neil Lane, my finace told them its written on the inside of the band how do you not know? Then the employee shows my finace a copy of the purchase receipt with the price and everything on it, to try to prove it doesnt say Neil Lane. They tell her a new ring will need to be ordered in her size and that it will take 2 months. I returned later to question why they would give us a ring in the incorrect size back anyway? I asked way wouldnt the person resizing the ring see that it wasnt possible to resize the ring to a 5 1/4, stop and call the customer and tell them that a new ring will need to be ordered. Instead they decided to return an incorrect product to us and expect us to be happy with it?! I called their corporate offices and they were not simpathetic to our situation and offered NOTHING to make us happy customers. Now were stuck waiting for a new ring that could take 2 months. Rediculously unprofessional and you now have lost a customer.
