I found this business by pure luck. We went in and our experience was outstanding. They were so attentive without being intrusive. We browsed for nearly 45 minutes, waiting for my daughter to arrive. The pieces are just beautiful! I could spend all day admiring his work. Just when you think you have seen everything, you suddenly see something that you just have to have. We came in for jewelry repair and left with a very special gift for my daughter. This is my new favorite jewelry store! Thank you so, so much!!

Ive gone twice to this jeweler. Once for a watch battery and then for a broken watch band. They are friendly, fast repairs and fair prices. Located in a strip mall so easy parking and access to Craig Road.

I brought in a platinum engagement ring to have it resized. They were able to resize it the same day in an hour after I dropped it off. Total price I paid including tax was 175$ which is about 25$ more than a few other locations but those locations needed at least 2-5 days to get the job done. I did not mind paying the extra 25$ for expedited service. I am overall extremely happy with the final job and highly recommend them for any repair or resizing you might need regarding watches or jewelery.

HORRIBLE! I trusted them to repair my watch and they said it would be ready the following week. I came back the next week and he told me it would be 2 more weeks. He kept putting me off for MONTHS then admitted my watch was lost, but he didn’t offer to pay me for it. He kept making excuses and said for me to come back again in case it was found. NOT ONCE did he ever call my number. I will never go there again.
