Left my wallet in a Nellis cab (driver Linda) and dispatcher Kevin was wonderful, reached Linda right away and she brought it back to our hotel. Above and beyond and we are truly grateful!!!
Took a cab from the strip to the airport and accidentally left my bag in the cab. I didnt remember the cab # or drivers name and submitted an online lost item form with them. In less than 24 hours they responded and we were able to arrange me getting my items back. Extremely professional and kind people- thank you Maria in Lost & Found!

They arent serving the Strip. I live about 3 min from the Strip and I tried calling for a pickup yesterday because I would expect a cab company to be serviced a lot more than any other ride sharing app. Let me be clear on the staff, they were nice to me. They told me they were going to try and find me a cab at another company, but that never happened, thus I think my 1 star rating is fair. The cab companies just transferred me from one person to another. It seems like they either need more cars or more staff. Thanks for trying to help.

I was discriminated against today and also given the wrong website to complain by your horrible no proper etiquette, ignorant employees. As I was exposing my horrible situation with your company they were laughing. Your driver for taxi cab number 732 refused myself and my killer brother device because we were black ! He told us he was finished driving for the day and as we walked away he took three white passengers. I will continue to send emails and write reviews until the driver is properly dealt with. Do not ride in their cabs! The most disgusting dirty cab ever! There was literally a huge dried out bloody snot on the back of the front passenger seat and I had to look at it the whole trip. I wanted to vomit. We are in a pandemic they should be keeping their cabs sanitized. This would not be acceptable anytime much less during a pandemic! I wish I could give them zero stars!

I called this company and was told I would have a 20 minute to 60 minute wait for my driver to pick me up from Walmart and after waiting 2 hours, I got a ride home and the cab finally called me after almost 2 more hours after I got home. Will never trust them to get me home again
They say they’ve been in business in Las Vegas for 58 years and the guy I talked to doesn’t know that Las Vegas has what can be described as, and is called, a monorail.

Over charged me on my ride to the airport. The driver forgot to set the meter so he wanted me to pay with cash. Didn’t have any cash so we had to call dispatch and do it over the phone. I tried to reach out to them by phone but the guy said he couldn’t help me and to go report it on the website. Website contact form doesn’t work. Over all the cab driver was very rude and got mad that I didn’t have cash. Cab companies wonder why people choose ride shares over their nasty cabs with rude drivers and no customer service. I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears but wanted to write this review anyways. If I could give zero stars I would.

The dispatcher kept hanging up on me, refused to give me his name, and the cab driver was belligerent. It’s insane that these people can act like this and think there is going to be no repercussions. Literally called over 20 times.

Ripped me off. Flat fares published from Dec 19 2019 from airport to hotels. Driver charged me more than that. When I asked, he said the information was incorrect.The credit card machine also slammed a huge tip on the transaction. I backed it up and changed it to a normal amount. When I asked for the receipt, he tried to rip the top of it off with the important info.I called the cab company and the guy played dumb and said the info I had must have been new, and he didn’t know that the hotel I was staying covered it. I asked for a refund and he referred me to their website.

Returned our rental car at ace rental on Las Vegas Blvd. Needed a ride back to hotel. Lyft not available so we gave these guys a call. Operator Said 15 minutes at most. 25 min later he called and said 5 more minutes. Called again a while later and needed the address again apparently. we waited over a hr for a cab that never showed. Called a new company and they found us right away. Was the cab ever en route to get us? Probably not. Its been a very long while now and not a update or a call and they have to know we were never picked up. Mind you we were outside in the 100 degree weather. I would not reccomend this place. Thank God our flight is tomorrow. We would have missed a flight calling these guys.
We were picked up at airport by cab # 755. It was over 100 deg. that day. We asked not to be taken through the tunnel to our hotel. He took us through there anyway (the long way). There was no working air-conditioning! My husband has been recovering from a stroke last year and came close to having a heat stroke ! He claimed he didnt know it was not working! Our bill was over $10 what it should have been. He had the nerve to say I wont charge you for the tip! LMAO!!!! ALWAYS CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE AIR IS WORKING IN THE CAB BEFORE GETTING IN!!!

This was absolutely the best cab driver I have ever experienced!! William was so fun, polite and entertaining that he made our trip to the airport one of the highlights of our stay in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, I left my cell phone behind in the cab when he dropped me off. Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with William and he sent my phone by Fed Ex and I received it right away!! Thank you so much and I would highly recommend William #655 and hope we meet again someday!!

Horrible company. The driver tried to take advantage of me. Instead of taking me home when I was inebriated, he took me to some shady business called Fengyi Dai and tried to get me to pull $800 dollars off my card. He then took me home.

First time in Vegas for CES, super busy night the cab driver got us back to the hotel in time. We forgot a brand new iPhone 8 in the cab and the driver returned it in less than an hour. Could not ask for more. Great service and customer support on returning the list item. Definitely trustworthy and looking forward to doing more business tomorrow. :)

Strongly dislike the fact that other cab drivers have to give the rest of us a bad rep. Not all drivers are bad not all drivers are going to Long haul you. Me myself I take care of my passengers and treat them fair. I take you to your destination in a safe timely manner. I play fun music and strike up conversations. I cant understand why other drivers need to be grumpy or rude. (Ive heard stories, bad experiences from my customers) I love the job I strongly recommend nellis cab. Give us a chance. We are not all bad. ☺️

I just got out of #697, and the ride was not great -- he kept slamming on the gas and brakes, also, when I got in the cab and told him where I wanted to go ($expensive_hotel_A to $expensive_hotel_B just down the strip), he said Youre taking a taxi to $expensive_hotel_B? You must be broke now. -- but I paid with CC and gave a $2 tip on a $7 fair. I thought I was being generous. Driver then claimed that the transaction had not gone through even though it said it had. Driver then locked the doors and told me I had to pay the fair in cash because if it didnt go through on the CC, cash was the only other option. I paid the exact fair and no tip, because I did not believe the driver, but he wouldnt listen and I just wanted out. I checked my CC statement when I got to my room, and noticed that the transaction had, in fact, gone through. Called their phone number and they said they would see about reversing it in the morning. If it does not get reversed, I shall be disputing the charge when it goes through.

I took a cab with the person driving this car to get to the airport and had a horrific experience. The driver began by driving very aggressively, speeding up to 95 mph on the highway. I noticed he was going much faster than the flow of traffic and it was concerning. I proceeded to ask him what the speed limit was and he pretended as if he didn’t know that it was 65mph. The trip also felt like it was taking much longer than it should. Checked on Google Maps and he took a completely roundabout way to arrive at the airport. Nearing the airport I asked him if there was a specific reason he went an incredible long way. He replied that “most people choose this route”. He began do question me and ask me what my problem was. Very aggresive.After I paid, I asked for a receipt since I need to submit receipts to have expenses reimbursed. As soon as I paid, and grabbed my luggage from the trunk he got in the car after I kept telling him I needed my receipt. He then shut his door and pretended not to hear me. I then knocked on his window several times as he was driving off. He didn’t react so I had to physically open his door to get him to stop.I told him again that I need my receipt. He fumbled around with the printer pretending like it wasn’t working. He had crumpled the receipt, and before handing it to me, ripped

I had a nellis cab driver he only takes cash and that he doesn’t drive people that are intoxicated. I honestly don’t know how these taxi companies are staying in business. The gentleman was begging everyone walking by to help him get home. I looked up his address from the apartment name but couldn’t get him a ride from this company. A call to the companies dispatch provided no help. What is a taxi good for if it can’t drive drunk people home.

Left my black jacket in the taxi. They dont know where it is. Jacket? What jacket? Working long hours and flew into Vegas for the CES. Tired. Bad judgment on my part to leave it in the car. Next time Ill go with a ride I can order online. Taxi drivers hate online ride services but they create the demand that hurts their bottom line.
I had one too many while in Las Vegas for an Army friends send-off before his deployment. Returning back to our hotel at 4 AM, in my tired, drunken stupor I left my money clip with my credit card and my phone in the cab! I filed a Lost & Found report on the Nellis Cab website. This was the weekend right before 4th of July, so I wasnt expecting much assistance. But the very next day after I got back home, Cora from Nellis called me to confirm that they had found my stuff, and would be returning it for no extra cost! All I paid for was the postage. I cannot thank you guys enough, thank you, thank you, thank you! Will highly recommend Nellis for their customer service, and of course for always being there to pick us up. I will definitely be using your companys services again in the future. Cheers.

A lovely driver called Don picked us up at the airport and took us to our hotel. About an hour later I realised Imust have left my cellphone in the backOf the cab. Thankfully my husband remembered the Cab company and whilst he contacted them, I called my cell. Don picked up my call, confirmed he had my phone and 5 minutes later delivered it to my hotel.Not only was he a great and courteous driver but a true and honest gentleman. Thank you
They are a real swindler; they always choose to drive the longest option just to make you pay more and more. If you see the taxi is nellis cab, just get off. Otherwise, they will take all of your money.
My husband and I used this service Friday on our first trip to Las Vegas.. from the airport to the hotel, NEVER again, not only did he take the long way which cost us $50he harassed us for a tip which we didn’t want to pay bc we knew he took the long way on purpose.. we used lyft and Uber for the remainder of our stay... bad first impression of this beautiful city.. and I remember the name of the driver I just wasn’t sure if I could leave it on this review so I’ll leave his initials K.K.

Took a Nellis Taxi from the LV Airport to Mirage and the driver practically drove around Las Vegas before dropping us off with a total of over $40. The ride from Mirage to the Airport was $16 by a different taxi service. Will go well out of my way to avoid Nellis in the future.
We have been exploring and walking around all day! We realized our next stop was over a half mile away and our feet just couldnt do anymore. When we walked up to cab 520 the driver refused to drive us because its right there. HORRIBLE.
Nellis cab #775 looks to be taking people the long way from airport to hotel. I recommend turning down Nellis cabs until their service improves. This is why people are switching to Uber & Lyft. Never again.

Took forever!.. Language didnt help, driver couldnt find 7 eleven on w Tropicana & rainbow.. Really?In addition, demands a tip while bitching & complaining he works just for tips! Hailed a taxi on Las Vegas strip. Was legit 3 minutes from my hotel. Guy took the longest way around the airport instead of pulling a u-turn or whatever. 12 minutes later I have a $18 fare ($5 extra charge fee - why?). Definitely longhauling which is illegal (scam) and will be submitting it to the LV Taxi Authority. Waste of time and money.
Cant thank Nellis cab enough! I arrived at the airport, already late for my flight, and realized that I had forgotten my wallet. The cab driver, Heide, was willing to accept my phone for collateral until I was able to call in with my credit card number. After paying for my cab fare via phone (someone elses), Cora had my phone shipped directly back to my home within two days. Absolute great customer service all around!
Worst taxi service ever! They are also liars. Went from Park MGM casino hotel to the Palazzo casino 2.6 miles. Cab# 536 Charged me $16.75 mid day no traffic. She told me she was taking me a shortcut even though i asked to go flamingo rd to Las Vegas Blvd. She took a longer route distance to my location. I filed this with TAXIcab Authority under code NRS 706.8846
Discasting, unprofessional & thieves if you dont want to be stolen dont take this company, choose uber, lift, cabifity, they are thiefs, i was on my travel airpot to downtown, the ride cost me 47$ i was ok with that but the guy choose automacly 40% of the tips, then i ask for recipt and him cut the thop button, is the most unprofessional company,, I hope this does not happen to more people
Just came back from CES in Las Vegas and rode Nellis Cab from Venetian to the Airport. The cab driver was pretty lousy and overcharged me quite substantially. I got in touch with the supervisor at the Nellis Cab. They responded and handled the case very promptly by refunding the overcharged amount and disciplined the lousy driver. I really appreciate the way they handle the case and their determination to maintain a good reputation.

If you need to get somewhere on time, call in your cab an hour prior. Maybe more. Youll be waiting 30 to 45 mins for it to arrive. Taxi cab driver was nice though.
0 Stars - got taken for a ride literally and figuratively. 3.9 mile ride estimated 7-8 minutes and there was no traffic took 23 minutes and $35. Driver was going in circles. Disputed charge with CC company and then called Nellis - dont bother. They request you write a letter to the owner (no phone / e-mail) and she (Michelle) may respond. From the tone of the dispatcher this seemed pretty routine.Cab was filthy to boot.
I have just had the worst taxi cab experience ever! On Christmas Eve around 10:20pm, my niece, her husband and I jumped in a taxi at Las Vegas airport to the airport rental car pick up facility. The driver picked us up in a small Yaris, where he wouldnt allow one person to sit in the front. So, we crammed ourselves in the back. We gave him our location of where we needed to go and this seemed to piss him off. He began smacking his lips as he pulled off. So, we tried to lift his spirits and wish him a Merry Christmas. He said I dont care about that and threw his hands up to hush us and began to take off. We went at most 10 feet while saying there was no reason for his attitude, where he then threatened to throw us out of the car. We asked him to let us out because we were not going to pay for his services with his nasty attitude.
