Holy cow. My wife was stupefied upon seeing a gentleman dressed in a black suit holding a placard with her name on it. Alex was an amazing driver. Assisted with luggage and stopped by a liquor store so we could get supplies. Played music and explained the controls of the limo. I hope to get Alex again on our return trip from the Park MgM to the airport after our stay. I would not even hesitate for a second to contact Presidential Limo for future needs. Yall rock!

We used Presidential a few times last week while we were in town for our wedding. A+ service, absolutely professional, and kind. Gordan was our driver who picked us up from the airport, and he was there when we arrived, helped with our luggage, and was super professional. We also used the party bus on the actual day of our wedding, and that was a phenomenal experience as well! My husband and I said we would use them to go to and from the airport every time we visit from now on. Highly recommend, and if you get the chance, ask for Gordan!

Our flight came in early and I thought we would have to wait a bit but the driver was tracking the flight and was there right when we got to baggage claim. The limo was beautiful, cool inside and our driver had no problem making a couple stops on the way to our hotel. Customer service was excellent on the phone setting up the ride and answering all my questions. All in all it was a fantastic way to start our honeymoon right off the plane.

I booked a limo on 7/8/21 for my mother 90th birthday. We had reservations for dinner, and I made it mid week, early so that we would have no issues. The limo was late. I started calling to find out where it was. No answer. 30 Minutes later finally a call back from dispatch. The driver would be there in 30 minutes. By this time we were 1 hour late. I said, thats not going to work. cancel it. I still got charged for both ways of the transportation that we did not get. I called 4 times to the company, several time talking to accounting, and was assured I get a refund. It never happened. Its now mid September, Ive filed at the BBB and have gotten no help. They still owe me a refund of $160 and Im sure Ill never see it again. Stay clear, their business practices are so bad.

Have used them several times always good service and good drivers but wow they have like tripled rates and got rid of most of their limo fleet. Have to find someone else now. They want $230 for a one way sprinter limo. I was quoted by 2 other companies $250 round trip so $125 each way. WOW presidential used to be great now they are bought out and just getting rid of the presidential touch

Eugene was our driver and was Amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better driver. He made sure we were up front with a good view during the lights and sights tour and was game for anything! Never a complaint with our ornery group! He knows his way around Vegas and had a lot of great tips for us to make the most of our trip!

I booked 3 rides with Presidential (now Kaptyn) and all were amazing. Right before going on the trip I read some bad reviews about lack of staffing and slow service. Im pretty much leaving this review to say that we did NOT experience anything like that. All drivers communicated effectively and were on time. We rented 2 limos (airport transfer) and a party bus. The bus was so much fun and worth every penny. The airport transfer was super cool and made us feel like royalty for our friends 50th bday arrival. (Prices were very competitive too.) Drivers for all nights were really hospitable and even made a stop or 2 for us by request to get liquor, water and other party items. The service was top notch and the limo was clean. We tipped extra we were so pleased. Will definitely book again.

Order 3 limos months in advanced for our wedding in September. That day the outside temperature was at 105. One of the limos arrived 20 minutes late. Two of the limos had no AC and were extremely hot inside. Everyone riding in the limo arrived to the venue sweating and with their hair messed up. Water provide by driver was also incredibly hot.

My wife booked a limo weeks in advance for a birthday party. Also called to check on the status of the ride 4 days prior, and was told everything was all set. She called the day of when the limo was running 10 mins late and was told they would not be able to pick them up at all. Provided no reason why, but offered a discount on the next ride. We would have been ok with a call earlier in the day to explain this so we could have made different arrangements. I understand things happen but leaving 8 people standing around without a call is unexceptable. I do not recommend this company.

Booked a stretch limo with purple interior to take us to the Vegas sign. A bottle of champagne was included in the price. An Escalade showed up, no room for all of us to sit together. No auxiliary cord to hook up music. NO CHAMPAGNE provided. SCAM!!!

We decided to start our family vacation with Limo XL. The driver Rodney was amazing, patient, and fun. We ordered the same vehicle again for pickup from the airport. We waited 20 minutes before calling the company to let them know that we haven’t spotted our driver. After a 12 minute hold we were told the limo was out of service and that they are sending another which will be arriving in 15 minutes. Well 1 hour later, the driver, Chris informs us that he is on the way. And this limo had some series dings, cracks, and brake issues. A family of 6 and 4 young children, we just wanted to get home. The 3 stars is from the help of good customer service from the drivers other than that 0 because communication goes along way

LOVE LOVE LOVE this service! Ali approached us as we were leaving the airport and offered his service to the hotel, including a stop at the liquor store. Upon hearing that we were in town for my bachelorette weekend, he gave me a bottle of Champagne as a gift! 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I flew into Las Vegas on the 26th of August and we stayed till the 30th we were picked up promptly and our driver was professional courteous knowledgeable of every street and very helpful. We were also picked up by presidential limousine service to return to the airport when leaving Las Vegas once again we received great service courteousness helpfulness and prompt service I would recommend presidential limousine service to any of my family and friends and even people I dont even know I just think theyre that great. Not seeing this just to sound cliche but I just think presidential limo service is the best hands down.

I booked this limousine service last week for my trip with my friends. We got a chevrolet suburban. We paid for a limousine car and not a xl car. I would like a refund. I am highly disappointed with the service and would not recommend it to anyone.

Limo pick up at residence and drop off at Planet Hollywood yesterday evening was booked and paid in full several weeks ago.Confirmed several days ago with the company. this was a surprise for a friends 50th .. @ 4:15 when driver was due to arrive and no showed, spent 10 mins on the phone with company, while on hold to speak to someone, received a text that the service was cancelled. Was then told by manager Angie “ sorry we had too many people call in and not enough drivers for reservations “ … so frustrating… we scrambled to get two Ubers to try to make our reservations.Thank you Uber ! ✌🏻Thanks for nothing presidential limo 👎🏻

I booked this service specifically because water and champagne was advertised, and spoke to a gentleman on the phone who guaranteed water and champagne. The car arrives and there was NOTHING. in 104 degree weather my guests had nothing that was promised. Our final destination drop-off location was the Venetian, where everyone was parked. This fool abandons us on Fremont street. He LEFT and did not come back. So my guests had to pay for taxis back to their cars... This was for my wedding. Our experience was ruined. Driver was Arthur.

I had presidential booked for an airport ride at 10:30 pm. At 10:20 on the night of the flight they canceled my ride with a text message. I immediately called in and was told the air conditioner went out in the limo that afternoon. They were kind enough to suggest another car service to call that is open for reservations the next morning. I would advise against using this outfit if your plans need timeliness as they have no concern or courtesy when canceling on you.

Great service! First time using them. I got the round trip airport to hotel and back package and although I was anxious about getting picked up on time my anxiety was relieved as both pick up and drop off at the airport was right on schedule. Definitely using them again for my next trip.

Ive rode with Presidential 6 times this year when in Vegas. Every time the drivers are great and the limos are great. This last driver Gabriel Hernandez shouldnt be driving or associating with the public. Bad experience.

Wonderful service and very professional. The owner stayed in contact with me throughout our wedding planning and had no problem with last minute changes. He had all pick up and drop offs on time and was very conscientious of our satisfaction and any special needs like a wheel chair. We love this company, will use again next time in Las Vegas and is the only company I would recommend.

We booked this company for a limo to the Garth Brooks concert @ Allegiant Stadium months in advance. Two hours before pick up, they cancelled our reservation leaving us no time to find another solution. With all the other events in Vegas last weekend there were no other cars available. Not buying the excuse they gave, and pretty sure our car was given to someone willing to pay more...not professional. Do better Presidential...your customers are counting on you.

I used this service on 7/13/21. Mark picked us up and he was absolutely amazing! He helped us navigate the airport so we could find him. He was absolutely on time and was so professional!

Steve W is the man ! He scheduled 12 different trips for our wedding weekend and was happy friendly and informative. I can say by far the best experience I’ve had with a limo company. They were on time to every single pick up and drop off, had amazing beautiful new clean vehicles and water inside. They made my wedding weekend perfect and they will be my go to limo company from now on. Prices were amazing and service was even better from all the drivers we had. John, Steve, other Steve, Serguey all did wonderful, they handled bags and opened doors and made the trip easy !

Limo was supposed to pick us up at 5:30. At 5:40 I started calling and kept getting transferred to voice-mail. At 6 pm I received a text that our ride was canceled due to uncontrollable. We were able to get an Uber at that time. At about 6:05 I got a call from a driver he could pick us up in 20 minutes. At that time I did decline because the Uber was already on its way and was much cheaper.

I had reserved a limo for a bachelor party and they canceled it 8 hours prior on a Saturday night. Really messed up our night. Had to scrounge to get cars. 10 days to get a refund they said.. Drivers for my other two cars from and to airport were very professional and polite. They get 5 stars but the company gets -3 so I guess they get a 2 overall. Hard fail.

I booked Presidential for airport transportation both drivers were great. When picked up from the airport we had a stretched Escalade so we didn’t have a lot of interaction with our driver Desmon but he made sure we were taken care of. When heading back to the airport we were picked up in a regular Escalade and our driver Mark was great. Booking this transportation only made my trip better. Next visit I’ll be using Presidential again and requesting Mr. Mark Sessions as my driver.

Pick up from the airport was amazing Samson did a great job, he was so much fun! Later the same day we had Frank to take us to the our wedding and he was awful, rude and horrible driver. Thank goodness for the wedding chapel for saving the day! Then our return to the airport never showed. I was text a driver info and when I sent him a message I was told he was reassigned and we never had a driver show up. So upset with this company I would never use them again!

We used Presidential Limo for a Party Bus and travel to our wedding, Each time our drivers were prompt (and by that I mean early) and very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We were close on time from being late to our party bus and it was very easy to add more time and very transparent what the cost would be. The only reason I am taking a star is because when we originally spoke to presidential, it was no problem for us to pay the hour rate and switch cars for our ceremony as we were going from 6 to 2 passengers. When it came down to it, that wasnt the case and we had to book our return trip with another company as the $$ didnt make sense to wait our keep the bigger car. I would recommend Presidential over other experiences, however.

The service was wonderful our Limousine driver John was thee best he waited while my party got in from Detroit they plane was late by 30 minutes and John was not upset at all. In addition he let us play our own selected music will be using your services again, and again when I come back to Vegas. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

About a week prior to arriving in Vegas I found this company on Google and booked multiple rides all week with them. Ride # 1 was from the airport. The driver never showed up. We waited after getting our luggage. Finally called, and was told their system was down and that the drivers had no way of knowing who to pick up and where. Yikes! I ended up walking outside of the airport and booking with a different company. I called the next day to confirm the rest of my rides I had booked only to be told AGAIN their system was down and they could not look up my reservations. Basically there’s no way to trust this company will show up to get you for the rides you pre- pay for if their “system is down”. Major yikes. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because their phone staff is friendly.

Magic was amazing & nice. Helped with luggage bags & carrying our cases of water into the car from the Store stop. Was on time & waiting for us. There was a problem with my reserved limo from the airport but they showed up with Party bus to accommodate my group. Overall great service!

The driver was great and on time. The limo was absolutely terrible. It was our wedding and we wanted to enjoy ourselves and the radio didnt work, it wasnt very clean inside and just was a bad experience. You cannot get ahold of anyone at the business because we were going to try and upgrade to at least get one that the radio worked. I will never use this company again and I hope they contact me.

Booked a limo with multiple stops online. Easy process and had no issues going from location to location. Driver was great. However, the limo I received was not the one that picked us up. It was way cheaper, and the company is unresponsive to my requests to have a discussion into why that happened. Called 6x this past week and no answer. Emailed 4 times and no response. Id say its a roll of the dice with this company regarding what you get vs what you pay for.Update: After a few weeks, a representative from the company contacted me and resolved the issue.

In March secured a Limo for someones birthday. Date of arrival was in June and the limo was not at the airport. Contacted the company repeatedly until finally someone answered, at least 30 calls back to back. Spoke to someone who found a driver to come pick us up, at this point it was almost 2 hours after our arrival. Spoke to someone RE: this issue to ensure we did not experience the same fate on our departure pick up as we were leaving out at 3:30 am. Was told that I would receive a refund for the first part of my trip. When I called to confirm, the woman told me it had not been sent to the accounting department, mind you this was 7 days after I was told I would receive a refund. I have since returned home and have been calling them repeatedly to get someone on the phone and explain if a credit has been issued. There is no one answer no matter what option I choose, including sales, so it goes to voicemail. I have left a voicemail to no avail. Mind you, there is a 3 hour difference between where they are located and where I live. This is frustrating that when someone pays for a service and they do not receive it. But it is even more nerve wrecking when the company does not do the best customer service to make it right. If I do not hear from this company by tomorrow, I will just dispute the charges with my credit card company. I will NEVER recommend or use this service again. Lucky for me, I do not go to Vegas much and even if I do, there are definitely other limousine companies who were waiting for their customers when I arrived. DO NOT USE!

I booked a pick up and drop off with their Escalade Limo. The pick up was GREAT the driver (last name Sweet) was super fun and exceeded our expectations. Then on our last day our flight got moved up (8 hours) we were in a rush to leave and just got cabs back to the airport. We called the Presidential limo, and texted our original driver (8 hours before they were going to pick us up) and told them we were already at the airport and not to worry about getting us. Later that night they called and texted me (while we were on the plane) then sent a rude text saying they arent waiting any longer. When I replied to let them know what happened they said dont bother we already marked you as a no show. I go to Vegas every year and used them every time with no issues. But this was probably my last trip with them.

I made a reservation for the pink limo for my wedding day. The day of the reservation a black limo showed up instead. As you can imagine I was quite disappointed and upset. The driver didn’t know why he was given the black one instead of the pink one but he called the office on my behalf to let them know I was really upset and disappointed. During my 4 hour reservation the vehicle shut down abruptly on 3 different occasions. The air didn’t work at all - it only recirculated the air (we were in Vegas in the middle of a heat wave - it was 117 degrees that day and we were in heavy dresses and suits). We cut our reservation short because we couldn’t tolerate the heat any longer. The next day I called Presidential Limo to inquire about a refund. I spoke with Anna or Annie and explained what happened. The first statement was that the pink limo was out of service the day prior - why wasn’t I called and told prior so that I knew what to expect. I also told her the vehicle we did have needed service or something because of the A/C issue. Her reply was something to the affect that yeah, her car had trouble keeping up with a/c due to the heat also. That was not the problem - I don’t think it worked at all! She did say she would refund me 100% for the reservation. That was last Thursday (5 business days ago). I haven’t received a refund. I tried calling and texting the company for an update but so far no response to my text and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes I was forced to leave a message to which I doubt I will get a call back. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because our driver, Jeff, was absolutely amazing! He was very patient and accommodating with our requests and he sympathized with us when we were given the wrong car. It’s a shame that their drivers are the ones who will have to face upset customers because of this company. I’ll give Presidential Limo until Friday to get the refund processed before I begin legal action for breach of contract. If you are thinking about making a reservation with this company, DON’T DO IT!

I’ve used Presidential a number of times in the past and have been more than happy.Have them booked for 3 different dates in August, can’t get ahold of them to make changes and my online account no longer works. I’ve done some research, it looks like they’ve changed hands and aren’t being ran the way they used to. Lots of no shows, last minute cancellations, etc.They’ve charged my card and I have no way to contact them. I’ll be calling my credit card company to dispute and will not be using their services.

I used them about 4 times in Las Vegas they are very good 👍 the show when you need to also they are very Polite and courteous i used over and over again !

I made reservations a month in advance to provide my 16 yr old an experience to remember for his first time in Vegas. We scheduled the 3 hour strip tour.. They literally canceled the reservations 2 hours before we were suppose to meet them and the minute we landed. The girl Shawna that works customer service was horrible and just said oh well too bad. They were over booked so couldnt do anything to help us. They ruined a wonderful surprise and have some of the poorest customer service. Obviously they cannot handle the overwhelming business they received with their good reviews. Shawna should have her attitude checked.

I actually was not going to write about my poor experience and was going to chalk it up to one bad day and use this service again. However my experience with booking the second time caused me to post. I traveled in March and booked 1.5 hours with airport pickup, one stop and then hotel drop off. It was a special occasion, so asked them to meet us at baggage claim with name sign for a kick for my companion. Our flight arrived on time, and we got down to baggage claim and got our bags. Unfortunately there was no driver....we waited about 10 minutes and then finally called. Driver was not even at airport, so we waited another 10 minutes, he appeared and we were on our way. We made our stop and then to hotel. The whole trip took about 35-40 minutes. When we arrived at hotel, driver had not even pulled our bags out before he was offering a “cash only” ride to a bi-stander group. Nice of him to use the remaining 50 minutes of our time to make some cash. Again - I just chalked this up to a bad day for the driver and left it at that.Fast forward to today, making the same exact trip next week. I contacted for reservation and indicated we would only need an hour. The rep told me they would have to charge me for 1.5 hours as the trip could not be done in less. The driver must be available when our plane lands and then to drop off. If I could trust them to actually be there when we arrive and not hustle on the side off my payment I might have considered it. This one time sucker is going to put my money into an Uber or taxi this trip. Unfortunately for them, I likely would have repeated my business 3-4 times a year on each trip. May not matter to some, but just left a bad impression with me.

We booked a stretch limo for several different trips in Vegas. Each event we had a different driver. They were ALL great. Made our vacation celebrating our anniversary memorable. I will call them when we go again

Our driver Ali was the best. He arrived 15 minutes early and was very helpful along our tour. We would definitely use this service again.

Last weekend, we had reservations for a car to take us to the Garth Brooks concert. Big night in Vegas with this concert, Bruno Mars, and the UFC Fight. There were 6 of us, so a limo was the best option for transportation. They NO SHOWED on us! We called, gave them the reservation # only to be told that they cancelled the reservation due to heat and broken down cars. We were left to fend for ourselves on a Saturday night in Vegas! The rep on the phone said “sorry” and hung up. I checked my email and text messaging - NOTHING! We were late to the concert because we had to utilize more than one Lyft to get there. We will NEVER use this company again. Side note, other limo services were at the concert that evening so the heat obviously didn’t affect them from honoring their reservations for clients.

Booked with them online well over a month in advance because we wanted to start off our trip to Las Vegas on a good note. So i booked with them online it was super easy, fast, and convenient. But the experience of them was anything but short of amazing. Our flight arrived on time so we expected the driver to be waiting with our sign as expected. Got to the baggage claim no driver. Got a text when our time started saying he was running late at first told it was 15 minutes. Waited 15 min nothing. He would text me and say he was down the street. Over all we waited 30 minutes on him. He finally got there said that he had a group of girls beforehand so thats why it took him so long. Then we had to wait another 10 for him to clean the limo. And proceeded to take out the champagne which to my knowledge I thought came with our service. Then during the ride he had commercials playing and zero music. He was not hospitable at all and killed the entire vibe. It felt more like a shuttle right than a limo. And we didnt get the time made up that we lost. Had high hopes for this company and came out Extremely disappointed !

The new owners (Kaptyn) is trying to change the culture by introducing electric vehicles. Great Job. they were having issues not answering emails and phone calls, their website was hacked for ransom. thats why. they even have 30 minutes rate for cheaper. all these negative feedback you see on here is being written by ex employees who did not get job offer with new company.

Incredible service and professionalism from both of our drivers! Rob and Shawn were great, courteous, and a fantastic way to start and end our trip! The ease of not having to worry about airport transfers was well worth the SMALL amount more then sitting in a taxi. If $60 isnt in your budget(cab cost around $50 one way(x2)) you shouldnt be in Vegas! You guys have life long customers!!

Driver did not show up at LV airport. After calling Pres Limo we found out the driver did not show up to work at all that day. And so we waited another 30 minutes before they sent another driver in a dirty Cadillac. We have been using PL for years but the service now is terrible. Wont use them again. Sorry not sorry.

We used this service at the beginning of June for a SUV Limo for our daughters birthday party. We reserved for both Airport and the Strip tour. The service for all 3 rides were EXCELLENT! Our flight was delayed and we assumed it would cause problems with pick up. I was trying to find the number to call when we landed and my phone rang. It was the driver. He said they had tracked our flight, saw it was late and had just arrived to pick us up and they were waiting at the baggage carousel with a sign that was EXACTLY as I had specified. He took us to the store on the way to our AirBnB and took our bags up the excessively long staircase (we didnt know about this in advance). We were not charged anything extra for this even though the address supplied to us was incorrect and we had to call and get the correct address and had to be taken to a separate location. For the strip tour, which was later that night, we had not called to correct the address but the driver called when he showed up at the incorrect one and came right over. He adjusted the schedule so we did not have to miss anything due to this delay which was our fault. He helped us with the music and enthusiastically waited for us as our party of 6 did separate things and even drove closer to pick those of us who were straggling so the walk would not be so long. Two of us were the mothers and he helped us in and out of the Limo at EVERY stop. The last pickup was for transportation back to the airport. Our driver showed up 15 minutes early and helped us with baggage and again in and out of the car. I actually called the company to book the strip tour (did the airport portion online) and the reps were more than helpful. They even looked at my reservation that I had done online, saw a problem with it, corrected it and found me a discount! I HIGHLY recommend this company and will in fact be using them again for my husbands birthday in a few weeks! Hats off to Rome...my kids LOVED him and the service he provided! Hats off to this company for the excellence we experienced that made our daughters 21st (redo...COVID and all) absolutely MAGNIFICENT!

We reserved 5 limos for pickup at McCarran to the Bellagio and back. Presidential just didn’t show up leaving 30 people wandering around the airport. They didn’t call to let us know they weren’t coming and then they were rude when we reached out to ask where they were. First they claimed they couldn’t find the reservation. Then they found the reservation, but it was too hot outside to pick us up. I would recommend finding any other company for your transportation needs. They were awful.

If where you need to go is important and you do not want to be left without a car at the last minute, do NOT use this company. After reserving a car far in advance and confirming my reservation, the day before our event, Presidential canceled on me TWO hours before my scheduled pick up time. When I tried to call and text back, I got no answer. They ghosted me. Between the horrifying customer service and the total failure to provide the service promised, it is safe to say Presidential will not be re-elected and should not be on anyones ballot when choosing car service. If you read reviews and there is even one review like this, dont take a chance. Presidential is the worst I have ever used.

We had a round trip ticket for these folks. First limo was ragedy. Secondl imo was ragedy .

I reserved transportation from the airport to our hotel in advance. I reserved the Tesla X. Our flight was slightly delayed and when I landed, our driver called me to check on our status. Ramon was super friendly and waited for our arrival. Upon descending the escalators, Ramon stood with our name on an Ipad so we knew it was him. He insisted on taking our luggage for us, which were just roller carry ons. The Tesla was parked right outside the terminal, so we had a quick transition. He told Ramon we would like to stop at a liquor store and at a CVS for sunscreen. He took us to both and then to our resort. He answered our questions we had about the Tesla and we were so impressed with his professionalism. He is definitely an asset to your company.

I booked a limo for a concert and 5 hours before I got a text that they canceled. When I called that acted like it was just another day for them. I have been a las Vegas resident for 54 years and Im embarrassed that this goes on in our city. How rude can they be. This effects people lives and vacations. Not the image we need in our city. I will never use or recommend this service

They were late picking me up at the airport. Then they completely NO SHOWED for my return trip back to the airport. I would have missed my flight if I hadn’t gotten an Uber. It’s almost impossible to get through to speak with someone. Will not be using them again.

My pickup and tour occurs in early June. However, the service level to this point has been so exceptional, it needed to be shared. I will update my review after the service is complete.I am planning a 21st birthday trip to Las Vegas for my son and one of his friends. When I called Presidential Limo to inquire about tours, prices, etc. I spoke to Tamara. Tamara went above and beyond to help me. She described several options for tours and vehicles -- she spent significant time with me making sure things were just right! It was an exceptional level of customer service She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.Two days later I wanted to make a minor change to one aspect of our tour. The change was so minor I decided to text my request to them. This time Kady helped me. Again, the customer service was exceptional. The change was verified and confirmed through both text and email. Kady was helpful and friendly through the entire exchange.If the tour and service is even close to the customer service I have received so far, it will be a fantastic tour and experience.

I went with the Airport Round trip. The pick driver was Eugene and he was so helpful and nice he was waiting at bottom of the escalator so we would not miss him or the sign! 😊Our drop out person was Edward and he was the same, when he arrived he called me and told he was there. Both driver had a wealth of knowledge and maximized our time. They both were prompt and ready to roll. They doubled as Photographers for us lol. I will use them again.

AVOID this company like the plague. Made a reservation/paid a month in advance for a 12 person limo at 8 pm. Called and confirmed closer to the date and even received a confirmation text the day before. 8 pm, no one showed up. No call, no text, and couldn’t get ahold of any one at the company through any means. Ended up having to order Ubers and completely changed our nights plans. Got a text at MIDNIGHT saying we’ll send you a refund in 5-7 days. No apologies or anything. Have since been trying to contact them and no luck. What an absolute joke of a company.

We booked a round trip package and the representative entered the incorrect pickup time on our departure date. They came in the AM when the reservation shouldve been 12hrs later. I gave the company ample opportunities to respond via phone and email. Once they have your money they simply do not care about the customer.

Awesome driver. Met us at baggage claim. Help get baggage and take to Escalade. Drove us to get coffee and took us to Resort. Car was spectacular!! Brian the driver was Spectacular!!! Would recommend this service.

Unfortunately, this company has proven itself to be unreliable and unresponsive. For our 20th anniversary, I wanted to surprise my wife with the chauffeur waiting at the bottom of the escalator with her name on it. Instead, were standing by the baggage carousel trying to reach anyone at the corporate office for 15 minutes, at which point we finally get a text from the driver - when we find him theres a delightful happy birthday sign.Then, when it was time to leave, there was no limo at our appointed time. Again, we spent 10 minutes trying to reach their help line with no success - luckily, they had another limo at the hotel whose driver took pity on us and took us to the airport. We got a text 40 minutes later that he was there to pick us up - apparently he had car trouble but neither he nor the company felt obliged to let us know or to proactively arrange help.If you need a limo for a special occasion, I strongly encourage you to find a professional, which isnt here.

Called to book a limo talked to Iyana i give her a 10 she was very nice and made our reservations easy, called numerous limo services, and the people were rude,Iyana was awesome and very friendly she deserves a raise, thanks again

This place is unprofessional and ruined our trip! They cancelled our reservation 2 hours before pick up with no remorse. One girl told me “oh well nothing we can do”. It’s been well over a week and I’m still fighting with them regarding my credit. And that’s when I can get someone on the phone. Their wait times are ridiculous! Being someone who plans and counted on this company to pick us up and start our trip for 3 special occasions was such a disappointment and I do not recommend this company. Plenty of others in Vegas!

Driver was amazing, they were on time, just be careful how you book online, the website glitched and it booked me for a pick up twice, they didn’t want do give a refund or reschedule for the correct time to bring us back to the airport, woman on phone had terrible attitude about it, poor attitude toward their customers. We also requested champagne and meet and greet which we did pay extra for, when we got in car they said it’s not included, driver stopped and payed for a bottle which was very nice of him.

Due to weather, my flight plans were changed. I attempted to contact their service center via phone and text 3 hours before my scheduled pick up. They did not respond and dispatched a driver. I promptly contacted the driver to save him a trip. The company finally responded to inform me that I needed to book a new reservation, despite my efforts to communicate the change in flight plans.I do not recommend their service and recommend looking for another limo company when traveling to Las Vegas.

Fabulous. Had an amazing experience for my wedding. Our driver was super nice and amazing as well. If you in Vegas and looking for a good time highly recommend this company. The price is very decent for the service and experience.

After seeing many recent negative reviews I was hesitant to book, but kept the reservation. We had a ride from the airport to park MGM with malcom and he went above and beyond for us! Great driver, very professional and made sure everything went smooth for us!

My husband and I are on our honeymoon in Las Vegas. I booked a Tesla X in March 2021 for July 10th to pick us up from our suite and take us to the restaurant and back to the suite. The pick up was late, and they never showed us to get us on our return back. When I called customer service as we were waiting at the restaurant she said they had no record of us having the car for 2 hours; however if you look at my receipt us can see i booked it for 2 hours. The customer service person puts me on hold and then tells me I have to call and do another reservation. Then she proceeds to say if they have a car available they can come get us if not we need to find another way back. REALLY!!! So of course I call for another car and they already had a prerecording which says they were sold out for the day! So we had to call an Uber! This was the worse experience ever especially with them saying they had no record of me even booking for 2 hours!

OMG were can I begin this was my first experience with limo rental and my my let me say Ive found THE ONE! They definitely wear the name Presidential well! My family and I traveled from Beaumont, Texas to celebrate my 8 year wedding anniversary, its our third time to Vegas but our parents first so we wanted to have them enjoy in style! From the time of arrival I was sent and email that my driver had been dispatched for airport pickup, We were greeted with my name an IPad at the baggage claim, treated so well and the driver was so welcoming he even let us jam music on his phone with an AUX! Prompt drop off front door service!.Thanks Gerrit and Robert! Pickup was just as great on time and very professional! Will definitely book again when needed! Meagen R

We used the service to and from the hotel John garland was awesome on our trip to our hotel we had a blast. And mr Rios did our trip back to the airport both drivers were awesome. We had to make some changes to our trips and whoever runs their support in emails is probably one of the best customer service people! They all did amazing!

I wish I could give zero stars. Bc that is what they deserve. I reserved them a month before my wedding and on my wedding day they texted me and cancelled. No solutions. No plan. Just a text cancellation. I spent hours trying to find another one- but never could. It was a fight night and busy in Vegas! It was hard to find ubers and Just such a disaster. Don’t book with this company.

They canceled my 8-person limo via text message 2 hours before they were scheduled to pick us up, saying the car was out of service. This was a reservation I made almost a month prior as there were 2 large events in town and I knew transportation was going to be an issue. They offered no alternative accommodations or recommendations and did not answer repeated phone calls or reply to text messages. The only thing I was offered was a refund for the service they failed to provide, and a 10% off coupon to book a future ride, which I will never use because this company ruined the night for 8 people. I’m guessing they gave our reservation to someone who offered more money last minute as there was a huge concert and a UFC fight occurring that night. LAME!There are countless limo companies in Las Vegas who consistently provide reliable transportation. Presidential Limousine is not one of them. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely a horrible horrible company. Do not ever use! We booked a strip tour in advance of our trip to surprise our kids, they no showed. I had to call, email, text, anything to get ahold of them and nothing. At 30 minutes past the pick up time I get a call saying the vehicle was in a wreck. We agreed to reschedule to the next night. So again the second night, our pick up never came, and we waited and waited and I called, emailed, texted. I finally got someone to answer they put me on hold forever and then say that they don’t have a driver and have had multiple vehicles break down. Tell me how this can happen two nights in a row? No idea how I couldn’t of been notified a few hours ahead of time, but had to wait for myself to contact them. This was suppose to of been a surprise to my kids for their first trip, and it was ruined, plus they took two nights from our family of our short little trip as we waited on them. This company doesn’t deserve business unless you are okay with them taking your money and then not wanting to contact you back and standing you up at your pick location. I will highly discourage anyone I know from this company and recommend another place in Vegas. There is no way this should of happened to a family twice!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!

We had the trip from hell with American Airlines! Kept these guys informed of our delays once we got close we let them know and in 7 minutes they were there. Great professional service.

Used this service on my last night in Vegas & I was very pleased. Our driver Ulises was awesome & extremely professional. The limo we rented was clean. We got complimentary champagne. It was definitely a night to remember. Thank you Presidential Limo!

What a great company they go above and beyond the call of duty

Used them for transportation for our wedding ceremony, and couldn’t have gone with a better company or driver! Tyrone is the man! He was punctual, a great driver, and really added something special to our trip - absolutely would recommend!

Canceled 10 minutes from our pick up time with a text. I asked the person if we could re-book for the next day and was told no problem call in and re-book. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was told they were booked for the next week. About as unprofessional as it gets. Buyer beware!!!!!

My husband and I were renewing our 10 year vows. Udo was our driver. Everything from the pick up to the drop off was amazing. When he dropped us off he showed us how to get to the chapel. Definitely use this business.
