Maybe it wasnt necessarily this location but more like the techs services is what I disliked. My tech didnt do my Brazilian wax to my liking and I gave instructions on how I wanted it. Ive been to sugaringla before and I havent had a problem with my wax from my previous tech. I guess Ill have to stick with my normal waxing specialist.

Clean, relaxing experience. Aja was wonderful. She did an excellent job and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Hair removal made easy and gentle on the skin.

I chose to go to SugaringLA for my first ever sugaring experience last year and I have been going ever since. I absolutely love this place! Everything is nicely sanitized and clean, they make you feel welcomed, and everyone is super nice. I always book my appointments with Maia, she’s the best! If you are hesitant about coming here to get sugared, don’t be!

Sandy is the best!!!My daughter and I have now been going to see Sandy at Sugaring LA Santa Monica for the last two years. If you dont know what sugaring is, then the key is an experienced and caring professional like Sandy. She explains the entire process--the benefits, and what the experience would feel like. It made me feel much more at ease. Then, during the process she explained what she was doing every step of the way and showed results. Were now versed in the sugaring process. My first time getting a Brazilian wax so as you imagine I was so nervous going in, but let me tell you something the girl that did my Brazilian was awesome she made me feel comfortable and worked as fast as she could of course, Im not going to lie and say it was painless because well thats a lie but its not as bad as I expected, and by the time we were done the pain was gone.I will definitely be coming back, the customer service was awesome!

The experience I had was amazing. They are very kind and welcoming to you. During my first encounter I wasnt sure what to expect, but it went better than I thought. Each person have different pain tolerance so it does hurt, but not to the point of it not being tolerable. I love that you come out with your skin feeling so soft and smooth. As well as being sweet literally! 🤗

Ive been coming here regularly for a year and a half or so. The Santa Monica studio is beautiful, its easy to book online, you get a discount for booking a monthly service in advance, all the staff are friendly, and youll be out of there in 20 mins. Ive had appointments with many of the technicians, and they all do a great job, but Angela is one of my favorites.

Bethany is lovely and a great representative of this awesome business. I enjoy my experience each and every time. I am happy and smooth but the time I am done.

The staff are super friendly. They are very clean.Youll also appreciate how quick the visit goes. Id recommend this place to everyone.👍

Omgoodness I would love to post pics on what they use the wax is natural and warm and no chemicals at all service there is 100% amazing it smells so good and my sugarista is Sandy I highly recommend her omgoodness she is super she is quick funny and makes sure to remove the hair around any area you want she will make it comfortable for you after a few weeks you notice the hairs come out thinner and more natural not like shaving I recommend waxing over shaving.

Ive been sugaring for 7 years now and I cant quite figure out why it isnt more widely known. It blows away waxing. Youll never want to go back. And Sugaring LA is by far the best in LA - friendly, nice atmosphere, fast, not overpriced.

I’m not the one to write a review, but soemthjng was needed to be said. I have been coming to this location for over a year, but just had my last appointment there. Seems like they got a new front desk lady who has horrible customer service with a terrible attitude. Won’t be coming back. That’s not how you speak or treat a loyal customer.

Sandy is the best. She is personable with an incredible amount of experience. My daughter and I only go to her.
