What a doll! LoAnn took such great care of me! She made me feel very special I got the Deluxe Pedicure, it was a treat and LoAnn didn’t rush, she did a great job. I asked for a design, her choice. She made my toes look beautiful! After, she waxed my eyebrows and checked in often to make sure the wax wasn’t too hot or that the pain wasn’t unbearable. One of the best experiences I have had in a long time! The salon is lovely and relaxing. Please come visit this delightful gem, you won’t be sorry if you do.

My full set was priced at $30 acrylic to begin with. Regular length not long at all and one color of Polish. She wanted to charge me $60.While doing my nails she ended up cutting me with the file and her thumb nail. First time it burned she said sorry but after the 7th time of hitting the same spot it bled & was raw. She told me sorry, Ill put special oil on it. Using the same file/emery board she put it BACK on her tray.I told her Id like to be compensated the mgr came then said ok $5 well take off. Ill certainly never go back. It was my first visit.

In the beginning, the customer service was exceptional . The frustration came when I showed the technician a picture of the style that I wanted for my nails. She proceeded to give me the color book to select a color and I explained them that I wanted them EXACTLY like the picture I presented. SO what was the point of asking me to select a color.Secondly, it’s time to start the manicure. Since I couldn’t get what I showed, I informed the technician that I’d choose a separate color with a different shape. I specifically asked for square, but she proceeded to do coffin . I told her multiple times that I wanted square, but she took it upon herself to continue with coffin. So at this point, I’m frustrated .Lastly, when it’s time to pay. She states that the total was one price but when the owner came, another price was mentioned. Like which one is it?Because why am I getting quoted two separate things .Definitely won’t be coming back to this place…

I love Rose’ Nails. Everyone that works there is great. They are all so nice, their work is fabulous, and the salon is beautiful. I won’t go anywhere else.

I was charged $75 for my 8 yr old to get a mani pedi with my pedi the total was 135.00 ridiculous for the job they did they rushed & they were supposed to put stars & a moon on my daughters nails which look even worse. I will never go back to this place.

I love love love this place! They always offer you a cold water when you arrive and place a fluffy pillow behind your back for maximum comfort. I always have an amazing experience with Nina! I just moved here from LA and when I say I’m extra when it comes to the process of my full set believe me I’m extra. Nina was so helpful and doesn’t rush me even cuts my cuticles back and gives me a mini mani before my full set which is worth every penny. I love that she gives me her honest opinion when it comes to my crazy design ideas and always has me leaving on point. I constantly get compliments on her work when I’m out and about and truly feel like I’m apart of the Rośe family. If your looking for someone who will take care of you and make sure your nails are beautiful and healthy even after all the damage of acrylic ask for Nina she is on another level!

Today was my first visit and I was very pleased. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The salon was clean and comfortable, including the amazing massage chair. I received an amazing deluxe pedicure from Neil, and I couldnt be happier!

I went in for a pedicure I was very patient not in a rush they had just opened I soaked in the water longer then the service I received the lady next to me was being serviced before me and I was done before her that was the fastest sloppy pedicure I have ever had it was a waste of my time and money $ 45 down the drain and she cut my toe nails all different I asked for short and square and one is short and round I will never go back Im not spending my money on rushed service. I felt my feet after she supposedly scrubbed them and asked her to feel them she had to go back over it not satisfied at all.

Nina is always amazing. The Salon is full of energy. I love the enthusiasm. Never going anywhere else.

The person doing my nails did not know the steps/process. Other nail technicians were having to tell him what to do. Nails ended up being bubbly/chipping.

I used to go to this salon about eight months ago before they were bought by new owners. I decided to give them a chance after returning back to my home in Vegas. The service was absolutely horrible. The technician cut my toe nails really short without asking, barely touched my cuticles with the cuticle tool in addition to the buffing block. I was absolutely shocked, so much so that I stopped her from going forward and walked out. I also noticed the floors were dirty and needed a good scrubbing. Unbelievable! Don’t waste your time or money

This is a very nice shop. I had an appointment for 11 and did not have to wait at all, and the nail tech did a great job! (I cannot remember her name).. The only downside is there are some colors they dont have in their color palette.

I paid $50 for a gel acrylic fill ($15 more than what I pay at another salon) for terribly done nails. I asked for matte black, and the service was an additional $5–which I did not mind paying assuming they would be done with better quality. There is a wet layer of polish under the matte coat which has made the top of my nails squishy, and they’ve started to peel. I just got these nails done today and not even 8 hours later they’re ruined. The employees seemed rushed and not paying much attention to each individual customer. Extremely disappointed and will likely never come back

Went twice, not disappointed once. Got done dip mani by tech named Tammy. She’s the only person in the area who does my dip nails so they actually last for 4+ weeks. I’m not even kidding. My cuticles are all mess by the time the nails outgrow, but the dip is spot on the entire time. No lifting from cuticle sides whatsoever, no chipping.I’m comparing the other 3 nail salons in the area (won’t be naming them here but two are walking distance from the Rose, and one is by Target).None of them made me become long term customer for the issues with dip application.I haven’t tried manicure by any other tech in this place, I’m speaking only for Tammy. If you go to Rose, ask for her.

I went to get a gel manicure and it only lasted 15 days. She didn’t put the polish all the way to my cuticle. Very disappointed!!!! I will never go back!!

Skip it. Ive never in my life had a delux pedicure that only lasted 20 minutes. Ive been a nail technician for 10 years and went here because im pregnant and not able to do my own pedicure.She used cuticle nippers to cut the sides of my toenails and pulled which caused pain and problems. I had to ask three times to have my toenails trimmed- the most basic of steps that you do for a pedicure. Products were slapped on, no massage. This place must have a new owner because I had come once before and was thrilled. Now they are a black eye on the entire industry.

Staff was super friendly and sweet as can be, they had a ton of colors to choose from and they were stunning. My nail tech was super gentle and always asked if I was doing okay and if I needed anything. Application was almost perfect, she messed up on a nail putting not enough glue on the acrylic and redid the nail so it wouldnt fall off or cause problems later and I didnt even have to tell her. However, I originally asked for an almond shape and when she was cutting it asked if I wanted to do a coffin which I was not opposed too, I love coffin but she still asked me everytime she did something if I liked it. The polish is super smooth and even, the only complaint I have with them is that one of my nails is crooked and the shapes absolutely arent perfect. She did say she was in training so definitely not disappointed because they look great unless you really examine them. My major issue is price, they said about $65 when I called but it turned out to be $90 thankfully I had a gift card that took $30 off so it was only $60 which isnt bad thats what I normally pay. On the other hand I wouldnt pay $90 for this full price so just beware which colors and application you choose because they rack up. If they decide to lower their prices I would definitely go back, but for now I think I will go back to my old nail salon.

My daughter tried for the first this nail salon and decided to use dip manicure and normally this type of manicure which I had mine done at a different nail salon will last longer than gel. But after a week going there my daughters nails were chippin so she decided to just take it off in her own instead of telling me or go back to the place. To mind you this service cost my daughter $75!!! She paid $65.00 plus $10 tip so I called the place couple times but nobody answer and I’ve waited for the weekend to call them and finally spoke with manager which she calls herself an owner also and tried to explain everything and she wanted to go with 7 days policy to fix anything or issue and she can help or do anything with my daughters nails. So I don’t recommend this place at all!! Customer service is very important so sometimes you have to go out of the policy just to make your customer happy! She even said I can still go back and get my daughters nails done but she has to charge me. What made her think we will ever come back to her place I’ve already seen how bad they treat people there! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! They don’t do a good job here whatever nails polish they use isn’t last a long time!

Passed by this this evening on my way to dinner. I was impressed with the set up and how it looked. Since I am looking for a new nail salon I started considering here, until I saw a sign in the window offering manicures with cannabis. I have never or will ever support legal marijuana for personal/family reason and if traces of it are found on me I could lose my job. So Rose Nails just lost a potential customer.

Have been here 5 times now. Different tech every time, just to try things out. Quality and last has been on par with everywhere else Ive gone and liked. Prices are the same as the places Ive gone before (Pink Nails across the street in the Albertsons center, the place in the Smiths center across the 95, etc.), but I love that I can always get right in as a walk-in without waiting. Ill keep returning!

Manicure was ruined by time I even made it to the car. The fans (Which also serve as their table lamps) don’t appear to dry nails, but I could notice 2 nails were already messed up even before they had me dry them. Wouldn’t go back.

Ive never had a problem here. It is the cleanest salon Ive ever seen. The prices are the same as elsewhere, the technicians are friendly and helpful, and I have never been disappointed. This is a great little business.

Everyone is very nice. Unfortunately I paid $50 each to have mine and my daughters gel nails done for vacation and they started chipping after less than a week. By then of vacation 9 days later all my daughters nails came off and mine look like hell. Very disappointed in quality vs price :( I only gave two stars because Claire was so nice. Otherwise I would have given them a one star or none.

Way overpriced and my nails started lifting after a week. Had to go elsewhere to get them removed and a new set put on. $70 for a gel fill with matte finish that started peeling.

Amazing colors for people who love sparkles and shine! Nice salon and the CBD pedicure is my fave. Might be pricier than other salons but quality wins

Very clean and friendly place.

I have gotten a manicure/pedicure there 3-4 times. The first couple times they charged me $100 for both, the last time I went the charged me $150. The nail tech asked if I wanted to add sparkle but failed to mention it was going to cost $50 more. Plus like many of the other nail salons in town they choose not to speak English. Very disappointed. Not to mention after paying $150 I had to go back because the dip was lifting, they filed and added clear but here I am a week later and 8 out of 10 nails the dip can be lifted from the base.

I went by this past month to get a pedicure. They did good, but they did not clear their tools after the person in front of me. A couple weeks later when i took off the polish, and i found that i have gotten toe fungus on both my big toes. I dont reccomend going here.

I normally don’t write reviews on places, but my daughter and I went to get a pedi a few days ago. We absolute loved it. I’ll be coming back again!

Really expensive and bad bad work ombre looks like messed up french tip horrible blending my nail r bubbly thick and 3 days later lifted and poped off... nails glued on crooked and filed crooked Ill post a pic if I can I wouldnt go get its double the price for junk. The nail shop in . Walmart across the way does amazing! For half$

I went in for a full set and as she was putting on my nails she put one on super crooked then when I asked her to fix it she told me it was my finger not the nail lol I had to make everyone look at it so they would tell her it was crooked. She was super rough with my hands after that like I did something wrong. If you are gonna charge up the butt for nails at least make them decent and use real acrylic. They all popped off the next week

I had stopped by a couple of days ahead to get prices. It was about what I usually pay elsewhere ($5 more - which was ok) and was shocked that the total was $20.00 more that advertised. I called salon and went over what services I had and was told that there was a $20 fee for gel polish over my gel fill... what I had understood was their price of$45.00 cost $65! I usually get my nails, and a pedi for $65.00.

Very nice salon and the girl that did my nails was super fast. But a fill for 45 is crazy.
