Very friendly, respectful and clean, every time I go they are take good care of me and all there customers, they are very attentive to you and everyone there. Jenny did an awesome job on my nails, she doesnt rush, takes her time, love love her work.

The young girl with long hair was not very friendly. I asked to soak for a little bit and she asked how long in a rude tone. I replied 10 minutes she said unhappily tone yeah but we have appointments. Then I see walk ins only except one lady had appointment. Price here is 25.00, 35.00 and up. Mrs kim here did a magnificent pedicure on my son feet. Come see her she is more experienced. Later that evening the girl who did my pedicure I looked at my leg because it was sore and i had a bruise on it from where she messaged it. See picture.

Short version: genuinely horrible experience, specifically because of Jenny. Returning customer for years--never coming back because of her. Heres a list if youd like some details:1. Jenny left in the middle of the appointment to go help someone else.2. She refused to use the same color when trying to get the design fixed on two of the nails (see color diff in photo)3. When trying to calmly clarify what was wrong, she literally pulled my money out of the register and threw it at me, told me to leave, then turned and faced the wall until I left.Truly have never experienced such unwarranted rudeness in my life. Its like she personally was offended by me just being there despite never having worked with her before.To the owner: save your business by getting rid of Jenny as soon as absolutely possible.

I made an appointment via FB. Havent had my nails done in over 2 months due to relocating fro East Coast. Wasnt in a hurry. Really bad job removing my gel nail polish. Soaked in a little pot of acetone for less than a minute only instead of applying foils. I asked her 4 times to soak properly but she refused and was in a rush. Now my nails are scratched up and weak.

Been looking for a place to do dip nails the correct way and not just glob it on and make it as thick as an acrylic set. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. An appt was an appt with one person. So many places just pass you off to several different techs. The quality was top notch and everyone was friendly and talked to me. My nails werent ground down and my cuticles are intact and not sore or cut up. I wasnt left soaking off the old set for 20 plus minutes. It took less than ten. I cant rave enough about my experience today!

Tried to schedule an appointment for 6:00pm they they said it’s too late and asked me to be there at 5:30 I get there at 5:15 After 30 minutes of waitingThe manager tells me it’s gonna be another 30 minutes waiting!!! So I got out wait In the car. I call the place after 30 min and the manager told me it’s going to be around 6:30 or after when they will be able to take me inside.I tried to explain the situation the manager and didn’t hear her answer or talk. She came back after a min as asked IF I WAS DONE and told me to go else where if you want and hang up the phone on me. FYI Jennifer was the person behind the phone.Don’t waste your time and money here. No customer service and respect.

Ive been coming here for awhile. They do a good job and have plenty of polish colors to choose from and not just a lot of reds like other shops. I moved across town and still make the drive over.

I got my nails done by the man that works there and he was very nice and super friendly but the lady that works there not so much, she was so rude and very impatient! I went to get my nails done and I took my 7 year old sister just so they can paint her nails and the lady was not having it, I couldn’t understand them but you could tell she did not want to paint my sisters nails but she did anyways but she was really rude and she even yelled at my little sister twice ! and would roll her eyes constantly . Idk if I would ever come here again after seeing how they treated my sister . I’m very disappointed. This was supposed to be a nice moment for my sister, because it was her first time getting her nails painted “professionally” and they just ruined her experience.

This place is the worst and its all because of Jenny specifically. Wish I could give it 0 stars for real. Even negative stars. I dont have any clue how they have such good reviews. never have I ever seen such rude behavior by a nail tech before. The worst I have ever been made to feel at a nail salon before. I will never be going here again. Save your money and take it to a place thats gonna actually treat you like the jewel you are!

I got a pedicure and a full set done at Perfect Nails. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job. I dont remember her name but my pedicure looks great. I got my full set done by Leon. He was very rude. I would ask him a question and he would answer me with a very rude tone. He was rough with my hands and jerked them around a lot. The job he did on my nail was OKAY. I got white tip nails and one of my nails are crooked. He put the white tips too close to my cuticles so it looks very weird. He put 2 layers of a clear coat on top of my nail and he did not let the first coat dry enough so, my nails have little bubbles on top. He also didnt sand under all of my nails, so there are some with globs of acrylic underneath. All of the other workers seemed very nice, and they were being very nice to their clients. I would go back to the salon but I would NOT let LEON do my nails again. Horrible customer service from Leon.

I have come in three times so far and it is definitely my new favorite place. I normally walk in and haven’t made appointments, I don’t wait at all and have been lucky to be seen as soon as I walk in. Daisy completed my gel mani the first two times and most recently Keiu (pronounced Q) completed my mani. They both have been great and my nails are amazing! I’ve paid $35-$40 with gel mani designs and also added some stones. Definitely recommend coming!

This has been the best place I have been too in Las Vegas. My nails lasted about 3 weeks and they looked intact! Other places polish chips and nails fall off but not from here

Great place! The staff is always nice and friendly. They give the best pedicures with the LONGEST massages. They take their time and do not rush so you actually feel like you are at the spa! Highly recommend

I came here as a walk in to have my eyebrows waxed today after being turned away by another salon. Surprised was great and able to squeeze me in between her appointment. She did an awesome job on my eyebrows and was extremely thorough unlike other waxers who did rush through the process.Will definitely be coming back !

I have been going to Perfect Nails for over 2 years. I made appt with Jenny for Saturday. I asked for her specifically because she is the only person there who can do designs. During my appt, she took a walk in and had another lady do my nails to the point where I could be turned back over to Jenny for the design. I showed Jenny a photo of what I wanted done. She short cut the design. It was not what I asked for. At the time I did not have time for her to redo it. I thought maybe it would be ok and it would grow on me. Sunday, I went back and let her know I did not like it and would like it redone. She said she was not able to redo 2 finger nails (all I was asking for) Then questioned why I didn’t say anything the day before. Ok, so made appt for today. Went in and she started to repaint with the wrong color. It was NOT the same color as what was on my other nails. When I told her that, she said it was. I explained it was brown, not red. She gave me some colors to look at. She picked the color to begin with. I asked her if she remembered and what color number I was pretty sure was on the bottle. She said she didn’t remember and would give me $15 back for what she charged for design. I said I didn’t want the money back, I just wanted it corrected. She said she no longer wanted to fix it as she put $15 down on the counter. Didn’t wipe them after the one coat she did put on them! She turned her back to me and would not say one word more! I have NEVER written a review before EVER! I also have never had such poor treatment from someone in the service industry! Good bye ‘Perfect Nails’.

This place is lovely! The people here are friendly, very accomadating, the place is clean and well kept! They have a lot of colors here and offer lots of packages/services. I came on the 4th of July and called the day before to make sure they would be open and they made sure to make an appointment for me! I have been looking for a great place I might of found it! My nails came out exactly how I envisioned them! Love them!

Simply awful. I get gel on my nails because they are so thin, and its like they put nothing on. The sparkly gel is actual glitter, which they put on and then file off. And yet, I can still feel roughness on my nails and they look like crap. Also, they charge extra to use a credit card. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Dont waste your money. This is the worst bad nail salon Ive ever been to. Also, the polish peeled off after 2 days, when gel is supposed to last 2 weeks

It was a great experience from the last minute I call to ask if they accept walk-ins .they have a good variety of nails polish. After a couple of years going here off and on today was the worst experience i have ever had not only has the prices gone up but the service was not very good today the guy Kiet that did my nails didnt know how to do designs he complained about it the whole time his attitude went from cool to mad quickly i didnt appreciate him not wanting to do my nails right refund was issued for the designs i will not be going there any more customer service was horribble at that shop

I came in with spa mani & pedi appt but decided to try the spa gel service, which turned out great but make sure you have enough time because this service do take long that normal, but will last longer & wont chip easily. As far as cost $, but its pretty worth also. Hope this review helps :)
