Very rude and disrespectful staff including management. overcharged for nail shape/length when clearly the prices are listed on each desk. I didn’t like that she only did one nail asked if I liked it then asked for payment after having to originally switch technicians because I wasn’t happy with the work done on the application of the nails and the way it wasn’t filed right to get the shape I was looking for. After I asked “what if I’m not satisfied with the rest after they are finished” and she says well if your gunna be difficult I rather not do your nails. I will never return or recommend this place.

Took my sister there, first of all we asked for coffin shape, but the end result was looking like a toddlers fingernails. They made the nails to small for both of our hands. An on my right pinky like half of the fake nail wasnt even put on my nail bed’ this place overly charges for sloppy work, DISGUSTING

Stop by this location on the 2nd of February because we were already in the mall shopping. (my ten-month-old son in a stroller and my ten-year-old son). As I walked up to the counter the workers all looked at me but did not greet me. Didnt make me feel welcomed at all. The lady then told me that I needed to not have my son make any noises because it would disrupt the other people that are getting their nails done. She also said that my son who was ADHD needed to be controlled. I told her that he is good for the most part he doesnt run around and that my baby is pretty well-behaved and as long as Im pushing his stroller back and forth he shouldnt make any noise whatsoever. As I said that my 10 month old baby yelled out. It was like a 2-second yell and the worker turned to me and said see its like that he cant make noise like that its going to disrupt the other people. I told her shes discriminating against children and that have ADHD and that shes in the mall where theres kids all around Im pretty sure that these other people could understand. One customer there was trying to get my ten-year-old entertained in picking out her nails but at that moment I felt like I just wanted to cry because Ive never been discriminated against especially by employees to my kids. I will never come back here and I only gave him one star because I couldnt give them zero. Horrible horrible horrible horrible service and customer service.

They are lucky they are getting 1 star. They refuse to make an appointment with you so you always have to wait. I work in the mall and I would like to schedule my lunch around getting my nails done. I show up and they say 30 minute honey....I come back 30 minutes later and she says oh 30 minute, I cant keep changing my lunch break. Shes rude and laughed when I said that I couldnt guess when theyre not busy. Today I just went for a broken nail and she said 30 minute again so I walked away and returned 30 minutes later and she laughs and tells me that they are too busy. Also, if you do come here and let say you like your nails....good luck booking that person because theyll tell you that you cant make an appointment. All the workers there cant speak without looking @ the lady who runs the place. The lady who runs the place is a very rude person and should not be a manager. She doesnt smile @ all except to laugh @ you when she tells you 30 minute. This place is over priced! I used to come here regularly because the girl that did my nails gave me her # so I can make an appointment with her...she is no longer there so I stopped going. I decided last week to give them a chance again and today I regret it. I used to come here for convenience but never again! Take your money elsewhere...there are a lot of nail places that actually do a better job.

Went in for a fill. End result: looked like I still needed a dam fill. Sloppy work!! They charged for every little thing not worth the price. I do recommend their pedicures.
