New to the area, tried this place due to proximity and # of stars. I have been getting my nails done for years and never have gotten a nail fungus. Both myself and my daughter found this under our nails as they were popping of prematurely. We will not be back, SO GROSS!

I had an appointment, so I was able to get in quickly. Once I sat down I noticed there was an entire family not wearing masks. Only the wife was getting her nails done, but the husband and kids took up all of the seats up front, plus more. None of them were wearing the state mandated masks. None of the staff enforced this, even though they had two signs up stating this. Also, every time the phone rang my technician would get up and answer it. When I was finished the technician started cleaning before I could even get up and leave.

They are always on time and they do a great job. Their pedis are wonderful!

Called on Sunday for a first visit. My old salon was very good but Best Nails is much closer to my new location. Going for pedicure tomorrow. Great personality of owner/manager. A+

Have been looking for a new nail salon and I believe I found it! Went for the first time today and had the best and most relaxing pedicure by Lee and a perfect gel manicure by Melissa. I will be back.

Was in town for a couple of days and broke a nail and chipped a few. Came here to get help. It was a little pricey but they did an amazing job. The only thing that really bothered me was that they sat me right next to someone for both my pedi and mani. I prefer social distance but thats my personal preference. I would go back though

The experience was perfect. Julie was very personable and did a super job. I just don’t understand the reason it was $15 higher than the other Best Nail locations. For that reason I won’t be back unless it’s an emergency

I had Melissa and she did a great job on cuticles and color. No pain or cut and no bubbles! She is very friendly too. I would recommend her and will definitely go back to see her.

Rude employees and too expensive. Most employees do not speak English and when you ask a question they just ignore you. We wish we had gone somewhere else. We wont be back.

Hi, I am a diabetic. My feet require constant maintenance and are quite sensitive. Best Nails provide the excellent care and services I require to maintain my health issues.

This place has a whole new look. The chairs are comfortable and all the clutter from the former owners is gone. I see Melissa when I go, and she communicates well and values my time. Melissa is an awesome technician who knows her business. The color selection is good and prices are reasonable.

Julie was amazing and gave me one of the best manicures ever. She took her time and didn’t rush. I will definitely be back to see her again.

Probably one of the best pedicures I have ever had the salon was clean and the girls that did them for my husband and I were gentle and took their time the massages were great. I would highly recommend. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. We will definitely be returning.

I have been a client of Best Nails for many years & I have never been disappointed with my pedicures. Every technician I have ever had has always been professional, courteous & excellent at their job. Always extremely pleased—that’s why I continue to return. I always leave with “happy feet.”

I read the reviews before going but figured Id give it a shot. I needed a full set French ombre. I asked the technician if he could do it and he assured me he could. After an hour he said he had to start over. My thumb nail was sliced and bleeding after he tried to get my previous acrylic off, and all my nails were cut too low and saturated with acetone. Im so utterly disappointed. I left and had to find a new salon just to attempt to save whats left of my nails.

Great spot to get your nails done. The manicure service at this place is really good. I really like how the lady took her time to do everything.

Bad service. Asked for a specific shape and color and she did something not even close. As she was filing there was dust going into the polish. When it dried theres dust dots all inside. Every nail is crooked. She filed my skin down and three fingers were bleeding. I told her then she put this green liquid to make it stop but it burned and I told her I wanted to leave and no longer wanted to continue. And she grabbed my hand and yelled to stay and that shell fix. She didnt fix and only made it worse. Do not recommend going here!

The guy didnt do my nails well, actually made them worse. He filed them roughly and unevenly and painting my nails... was even harder for him. If you cant do nails... dont do nails.

Horrible customer service. I watched two people and their children who came after me go ahead of me. Patiently I continued to wait for one nail to be fixed. Lady was rude so I left. I went to Naturelle Nails and they fixed it just like that on top of providing excellent customer service. I never write reviews but this place deserves less than a star...-5! First impressions are everlasting

I have been going to this salon for the past two years and had positive experience so far. Today I went there again and the lady who was replacing manager asked me rudely what I want to have done. I got upset with her from the beginning because this has never happened to me in this place before. She started doing my fill and kept acting rudely. She did mediocre job on my fills and passed me to a person with no experience to finish. This girl struggled with the French manicure a lot. After me this lady who was replacing the manager took another lady for fill and put a lot of effort and time into doing her nails. I was sitting next to them so I saw it. I don’t like to be treated rudely nor have mediocre job done on my nails and pay a full price. I am usually generous tipper but not for this kind of service. You want my money you better treat me nice! So I left without leaving a tip. This lady who was replacing the manager at that time and claimed to be the owner run after me and said that I am not welcome in the store anymore and Anna the technician who usually does my nails doesn’t want to see me again in that store as well. That’s outrageous and very rude!!! I see above a lot of comments about rude stuff in this place. It’s definitely true! I strongly don’t recommend this place to have your nails done. If they don’t care about $100 I leave in this place every month for the past 2 years fine I will certainly don’t go there again. Fortunately there are other nail places around here which appreciate regular customers who get expensive nail services. I will also try very hard to reach the real owner of this place and inform them about the service and treatment I have experienced in that place on Sunday 6/20/2015. Good advice STAY AWAY they will not appreciate you even after 2 years of being regular customer!!!

Be Careful If You Choose This Salon...The technician I went to, for a full set of acrylics...French Manicure, gave me a horrendous nail infection. I have been having my nails done for over 30 years, and have never had a reaction, which is what they tried to say when I went back there, and showed the owner, and technician my oozing cuticles...Literally, they were oozing, red, painful and swollen, and they refused to take any responsibility for, clearly, using dirty instruments; he did not take them out of a sterile package, as theyre supposed to do, when he put the new set on. Regardless, I will never go back, as they dont really seem to care about their customers.

Pedicure. Callous lotion = $10.00 extra...? For a spoonful of sauce. Lol- Not !My credit card statement came in today. What I signed for and what I have been billed for dont seem to be the same amount.

DO NOT waste your time or your money. I was there three days ago at lunch time and as of this morning - I have 2 cracked nails and 1 broken. These are acrylic - with gel polish. Ridiculous! I only went for a fill, and when she told me $43, I about fell out of my chair! Seriously? A fill? I pay that for a new set I had an appointment, there was only one other client in the entire shop, nothing special going on with my nails...Crazy! But I paid it and thought perhaps there was something special about them Id learn down the line. NOPE! I never ever break a nail - theyre acrylic for crying out loud. I havent moved any boxes, gotten into any fist fights, etc...why are they cracking and breaking. And it took her almost a full hour - again - a fill??Again...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! I gave them one star for being close by. Period!

I had a new set of acrylic nails done in 10/13/17 and paid $20 for gel polish!! 10 days later the nails were coming off and I asked if they would fix them free of charge and they wouldnt fix them! I will never go back to Best Nails in Summerlin.

They charged $43 for gel manicure........that’s too expensive for sure. I’m from Los Angeles and the price is $23 for gel manicures!!!!
