I hate when people waste my time and money. I asked for a specific design even I got here and was assured he could do it, but when it was time to get it done, he changed the story. Greedy people in this salon want your money. 0 stars.

Finding a good nail technician that are good at their craft can be very tricky.Modern Nails are a high end salon that keep with the latest trends and colours.Staff are absolutely brilliant and friendly and cater to all your needs especially someone like me who likes my nails to be very elegant and individual. I would highly recommend getting your nails done.

They were awesome my regular nail place wasnt open and im 7 months pregnant and was in need of some tlc and they took my family and I right away and helped us all out!! Thank you guys!!

When u first walked in and told him I wanted a full set the guy gave me an attitude and said they were very busy that I had to wait 30 min. so I sat down and Im called like 10m8n later. Mind u there was only 3 other ladys getting pedicures 2 workers 2 were almost done 1 more pedi and me. So I dont know what this guys problem was but lady there did a nice full set

I came in to get my nails done and seen that both nail techs were busy so I politely and quietly walked out packed my daughter into my car because I had to get my son in a hour and the women ran out to my car to stop me and tell me she could definitely finish by then. The male would be done with the person at his station in 5 minutes so I went back in chose a color and sat for 10 minutes when she told me come on I reminded her I now had only 40 minutes before it was time to get my child and she rudely told me come back when I have time which was my plan from the beginning she then decided she didn’t have enough time after having me come back in with a loaded stroller. Very rude and time consuming for nothing I would not recommend this so called beauty lounge

My very first time getting nails ever and it was the worst experience! I got gel nails and I lost 5 of them in 4 days. They were literally just falling off. They didn’t put enough glue, the shape of the nails weren’t equal, and they didn’t even know how to do any design. Worst experience ever. I went back there to get my money back and all they wanted to do is give me a whole new set. I will never go back there ever again.

Do NOT waste your time going here because they do not want your business! I walked in and asked if they could do a full set. He told me hes busy. I was willing to wait because I didnt have an appointment, but I guess that wasnt an option. There was only 1 person there waiting. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Had an amazing visit. We brought my sister for her birthday. They gave us each a cookie. I really enjoyed their service. We are from Cali so we wont be visiting often but when we are in town we will be coming here. Staff is friendly and do an awesome job.

Love how they took care of my friend and I. Very patient ladies that helped us come up with a perfect design and color. We came during the Grand Opening and got 20% off. We will be back again. Gentle touch and great knowledge of new trends, shapes and color schemes.

Overall my sisters and I had a great experience. We had my niece with us and they were very nice. Excellent service. Amazing job on our nails. Will be coming back soon.

I used to love it here when Lincy was here, but ever since she left they are bad. I gave them a couple chances which they seemed to be getting better but this last time a nail broke within a week and not only that but they look really bumpy. Will not go back again.

First time going, I had a new nail tech. He was nervous but hey, Im sure the owner wouldnt let him work there and charge me 50.00 if he wasnt good right? Wrong!!!! My nails were ugly and botched!! I had to soak them off right away and go to someone else before my holiday party. To make matters worse, the other tech was beyond rude to my friend that raved about this place so long that I ended up ditching my regular lady to try something fun and new. I literally had to pay and leave and not wait for my friend to finish because she was SO OUT OF LINE with the way she was speaking to a returning customer that raved about her business. Will not return.

I went here after not being happy with my nails from another shop, they were amazing and I LOVE my nails! I don’t usually rate things but I just had to come give them 5stars, she did exactly what I wanted, I will be back!

Maybe it was because they were super busy but I was not treated with the same kindness as before, I had asked for a red nails with a gold accent nail which were perfect but I wanted to add a little bling, when I asked if she could add some jewels or bow charms on another nail she told me I needed to be ready, I had already had 15 mins while soak off to decide! She told me to show her what I was talking about which is all over her Instagram page and when I touched my phone to show her she said I was messing up the nails she is busy its the holidays and she dont time for this. I was super discouraged, I come to get my nails done to treat myself its my gift to myself and I was just made feel super low. To make matters worse I brought my friend after raving about them to try them out and she had a tech they were trying out who really botched her nails. The tech brought out all her charms and told me to pick and that the jewels were not guaranteed which was wise because one fell off before the end of the day. Maybe come by when they arent super busy and youll receive better service.

Nope. Worst set my entire 20 years getting done. Lady diddnt know how to file and I had to askher to push cuticles back which they were gonna charge extra for. She cut me like 5 times and diddnt stop when I started bleeding. I couldnt stand it. I asked to just pay and not get polished. She was brand new and I doubt even licensed. They are shady in that salon. Everythings this extra or that and oh yeah she used her nail to push my cuticles back...ewwwSave your money and go anywhere else!!
