Walked in for a couples pedicure and manicure. While we waited for check in into our hotel.They gretted sat us immediately. The water was perfect ( hot just how I like it) Andy did my pedicure and manicure. Tina did my husband,we both hot the volcano CBS treatment. I highly recommend. Thank you all for your great service. So personable we laughed and made conversation the whole time. Thank you Tina for doing my husband pedicure. His first time long over due and you took good care of him .

Tanya was great! She did a wonderful job on my Mani/Pedi and went above and beyond what Im used to at nail salons. The environment is very clean and the rest of the staff are very friendly as well. This will be the only nail salon in Vegas that I go to.

Pretty good. I think they change how much your pay bc I went here before last month and the price was different.I don’t like how they don’t clean my NATURAL nails or shape them up before starting the acrylic. The pedicure are nice. I’ll just start coming for pedicures only.

They did nice work, but my teenage daughters nails were $95, and the other was $75. Mine came in the least at $65. I almost fainted.

I visited Vegas from NC and I wanted a great place to get my nails done I am a very picky person but after reading the reviews for this place I gave them a try and to my surprise Tonya/Tanya I cant remember her name exactly but she did an AMAZING job and I will be returning when we visit again I definitely recommend this place my nail came out better than what I originally wanted 👌

I found eden nail spa via a google review last effort of 4 attempts in a night.I was lucky Lisa was there. I used to go to Lisa in 2013 but I moved & lost contact.She has been a nail tech for 22 years, & is a Master Technician.Her art of Nail Creation shows patience & skill. Request appointments w/her. Mr. Long has done my toes & does a quality job. :) also Hanna has done my toes as well & takes great care. Ive also seen her nail work. 👌🏽

Ok, initially when I got here I was excited because it was my 3rd time walking into a nail salon and being sent away 🥺 because salons were swamped.There was an older gentleman sitting at the receptionist counter...not sure if he was the owner, receptionist or just the boss!?!Well the older gentleman set me up with the nail tech who was a male. Which I dont discriminate because from my previous experience males do way better jobs than some female techs! 😬🙂The male nail tech starts working on me, then because very agitated, aggressively speaking and very violent hand motions while speaking....my husband who was with me proceeds to pay the man and gives him a very generous tip ($10 service +$ 20 TIP)...Yes you read it right $20tip!!...all before he was even done with the service just to show we were worth his time and we meant business!I cant take the male nail techs behavior so I try to walk out mid service, my husband encourages me to stay and finish and goes as far as talk to the older gentleman at the front counter....this older gentleman saved this review 👏 because based on that horrible nail tech 😑 I wouldve gave a horrible review. The older gentleman (wish I caught his name because I hate to keep referring to him as older gentleman!!) Well that gentleman tried to make me feel welcome despite his horrible male nail techs erratic behavior, he set me up with a better female nail tech, who was so sweet and nice and wasnt crazy!! My service got done and I was in ny way. Thank you

I was googling nail shops in Las Vegas and decided to try eden nails. Well 5 visits later, it’s my definite go-to for all nail needs, facials and eyebrows. They do the perfect manicures and the pedicures are so relaxing (make sure you do one of the deluxe pedicures for the best experience) and they don’t rush on you like most nail shops. Kind and courteous staff ❤️

Was visiting Vegas & wanted to try a nail shop here so after I researched a few, this was suppose to be a good one. When I say if I could rate them 0 stars I would. They were so unprofessional especially Cindy. She changed the prices constantly and I felt as if I was overcharged. The prices she said didn’t come close to what their price chart said. I was so upset I told her I was okay on a pedicure & paid for my nails. I would never come back here. Very rude & unprofessional!

The people here was sort of kind but the pedicure was rushed. She left dead skin on my heels and told me if I wanted it off I had to pay $5. Ummm excuse me that comes with the pedicure. Why do I have to pay extra???? Then she comes with the cheese grater no I don’t want that. I want you to scrub my heels. My feet wasn’t that bad. Then she couldn’t communicate. They had to translate. Make sure you look at your feet when they done. They will send u out looking like anything

Its a great place I just moved to Las Vegas and Ill be coming back there all the time to get pedicures from the woman that did the pedicure she was wonderful had a great personality and did a wonderful job she was very nice cant wait to go back there again and have her do my pedicure for me thank you very much.Also she took her time and it was amazing.

I have been 2x and tried 2 different nail techs...both times where great. I got a main pedi ...my nails are natural so I do not get tips. They have been careful not to damage my real nails. #thankful They do NOT rush. I LOVE THAT! Nails last about 3-4 weeks. I go every 2weeks because ... Im OCD or at least thats what my nail tech said. Lol

Same day reservation. Very courteous, professional and prompt. Went above and beyond to keep us all covid free. Took my temperature, verified my identity and had me clean up with hand sanitizer before entering the nail salon. The nail tech took great care with my pedicure and the artist made suggestions to improve my design choice. Wonderful experience!!!

Awesome experience. I haven’t gotten gel nails in awhile so I was nervous but my nail tech was amazing..I believe her name was Thu Thi. She payed very close attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted. I made an appointment and would suggest to because they are a busy salon. Only issue is even with an appointment there was a little wait when I arrived but I didn’t have plans after so it was ok. I wish I lived closer to come back!

Came from out of town horrible customer a service from woman who own the shop than waited two hours to get my nails done only to walk out without my eye brows saying they to busy how u to busy to do my brows and I’m paying almost 250 for some nails and feet

Cindy is so great! I don’t trust anyone else but her with my acrylics. She’s so gentle and attentive. She makes sure I’m happy every step of the way and if there’s any adjustments she doesn’t hesitate to fix it .I always get complements on my nails. ❤️❤️

I paid $45 for a hot stone pedicure. Their basic pedi is $25. The lady barely cleaned up my nails, then she just barely smeared the exfoliating salt scrub on my legs before taking it right off. Then she just smeared the clay mask on my shins and wrapped my legs in towels. She took the towels off and hosed my legs down with cuticle oil then barely used the hot stones which I had paid the extra $20 for. Then she QUICKLY painted my toenails. Then that was it. I had cuticle oil all over my legs and my feet were still rough on the bottoms. I had to go home and scrub the bottoms of my feet good and wipe off all the oil. What the hell did I just pay $45 for. I will NEVER go back here. I do not recommend this place.

Great customer service! My husband &, I were very impressed by how welcoming and great the service was!! They also did an amazing job on our pedicures, relieved so much tension in my husband’s toes by giving the proper care with removing built toe jam. Thank you Eden Nails! Keep up the great work.

If you want a set of acrylic nails to last more than one week or if you like your nails thin instead of bumpy and uneven and thick this is not the salon for you.I came to the salon at the recommendation of a neighbor. I haven’t had my nails done in years and I decided to treat myself for my birthday before a trip out of town. While I was having my nails done I asked the nail tech to make them thinner and I was told that if they were too thin they would break. Since I haven’t had my nails done in quite a while I figured I must just not be used to the way they feel and gave her the benefit of the doubt. After a few days of looking at my nails, I realized how uneven and truly thick they are. I didn’t have time to go back before my trip. After a few days out of town I decided I would take the polish off and buff them down and even them out on my own instead of paying for a fill so soon. When I took the polish off I saw that 7 of my 9 nails are lifting badly. I stopped in today, 9 days later to ask them to fix them and was told I would have to wait 2 more days and pay the nail tech that did such a horrible job in the first place to fix them. I asked for a refund and was told no. I asked them to just take off these nails so I didn’t have issues with nail fungus growing under where they are lifting and was told they couldn’t do it today but they could do I Tuesday. I’m not rich and just wanted to treat myself. Turns out all I treated myself to was a mess and a horrible experience. I’ll never go back.

Had an amazing set of five pedicures here for our bachelorette party! The staff was on time and facility very clean. The women were so sweet and we had fun. The lemon tonic pedicure was the best pedicure I have ever gotten. We also had a hot stone massage and it was the best and so relaxing for our bride. The paint jobs with flowers are gorgeous. Will come back here when visiting!!

Wendy was great! I walked in to get my nails done just a few hours before my flight home. Im usually picky about which nail salon/techs to use because I hate being disappointed, but I only had a few hours between my flight landing and a big interview, so had no choice but to visit a salon in a Vegas versus my regular tech in NY. Wendy did a great job and took her time to perfect every nail while making friendly conversation. Would definitely come back on my next trip to Vegas

Vivienne was excellent. She is fast and skilled. The establishment does a great job in this Covid environment. They monitor the entrance carefully, conduct temperature check, request keypad verification of your wellness and use barriers between you and the masked/gloved tech. I felt safe. My only suggestion is a firmer leg, foot massage.

I had an appointment here and they had me soaking my feet for an hour. Don’t take the appointment if you’re going to squeeze walk ins in. It’s inconsiderate and horrible business practice.

My wife went here she hasnt been able to get her nails done in quite some time, the place was super clean and I dont know why people were complaining about the owner before he is a very polite gentleman everyone there made my wife feel welcome all of the ladies were kind my wife is a bit shy and the woman who did her nails was very kind made sure that my wife got exactly what she wanted and then some she got acrylic gel nails with the paint they called cats eye it is well worth the value my wife will not go anywhere else after this they are amazing patient and thorough.

My nails turned out cute but the price they quoted me was different than what it said online for nails. When I asked if they changed their prices they said that it was the same. Asked about a few other services and other prices were quoted more expensive than what was shown online.

They were very nice and did a good job although I waited 2 hours for a person to be open and no one said a word to me while I was waiting also I paid 75 dollars for a full set of coffee acrylics witch I thought was a lot .

Cindy did acrylic nails for me that were supposed to be ombre and instead just had lines going down middle of nails and looked weird. She kept asking me if I was ok and to relax and she asked if I liked the nails and I said they were ok not what I asked for and I showed her mistakes. She just kept telling me they were beautiful and I should be happy but she could tell I wasnt. The end and sides of my nails were not painted and looked bad. Also they hurt very very bad !!! I was in a lot of pain the same night they were done. I even told Cindy maybe she needs a massage after filing my nails so hard. I went back to fix the next day and the owner refused to give me a credit or refund until I got really upset. There are other nail techs that are great and I only go to this nail salon for years but now the owner ruined that for me. I am very shocked and upset by this experience. I lost out on $50 that I dont have since the owner only gave me $30 back. I wasted $80 total and my nails were removed within 12 hours and Ive been waiting to have the money to get them done for 2 months. The owner is horrible mean man and there are 2 great nail lady techs that tried everything to help. I hope they get a new owner ASAP. Ive never gone out of my way to write a review but this was very wrong and I am traumatized by the experience. Makes me never want to get nails done again. The physical pain was intense and I was so upset looking at the design and thinking about how I was treated.
