I am still trying to figure out what shape my nails are. They look like spatulas or shovels. They are horrible. This was my second time here. 2 weeks ago they were gorgeous, I had a fill a deluxe pedi and eye brow wax for right around a 100 and I this fill cost me 50....still trying to figure that out too...he was fast and made me feel like a number every time he filed my fingers got hot and he would go over my skin and kept saying let me prove to you...well you did prove to me.....I wont be back.....horrible horrible.....oh these are so supposed to be coffin shaped...he kept saying perfect ...see....shape is perfect.....so beautiful...

The one guy working in there did my nails, I did not get his name. Worst manicure I have ever had. Made me bleed, hurt my hand, the shapes of the nails were horrible. I had to come home and redo everything. I was the only one in there so I don’t know what his big rush was but I will never go back again. I do not recommend

Ive been coming here about 2 years, and I love this place! The service is great, and the staff are always friendly. Definitely would recommend for any service, but I love the pedicures here. Ive never had a bad one! Prices are great, too! Comfortable chairs, too!

As always, Jack does a superb job! He pays attention to detail. Both, he and Ro always make sure every client in the salon is well taken care of.Hands down best service in the Northwest side of the valley. Ive been to other salons around the area (girls day, we all take turns choosing a salon) l have left disappointed, every time. Salons like just 4 u nails, lavish nail salon, and a few others I cant remember the names of, cant compete with Bella Grande, nor Jack alone. 💅💜Last week I brought my mom for the first time and she was extremely satisfied with how he took care of her. Which is rare, shes hard to satisfy 😂

The owner or co-owner gentlemen is not very friendly, but he did an amazing job on my Aunt. My girl whos name I cant remember for the life of me was amazing. She was American so there were no language barriers which I dont mind if we can eventually communicate, but I will say, it did make it easier when I asked unusual questions about my nails and polishes.

Nice staff, sadly they got my nail color wrong and left me with half of my feet with glossy top coat and the other half matte. When he finished pushing my cuticles back he cleaned the utensil with my dirty foot water. Lastly when they were doing my nails and toenails they cut them too short and left me bleeding.

The salon and staff are great. The staff is friendly, and kisha is amazing at nails. Jack, the manager is very nice and has a great style. Every time we go, he picks out my mom’s colors and they always look amazing. Me, my mom, and my sister will go every two weeks. But we will not be returning because of one reason. The first time me and my mom my sister my mom and my sister got acrylic nails this was in December at the very end my mom took her nails off tonight, because the last time she went, she thought that she seen something underneath the acrylic. Jack assured her that it wasn’t anything. She was still afraid it was moldy or something even worse, maybe she got an infection or something of that sort, so she took them off, and when she did... there was an infection in her nail🤢... mind you this has never happened to her before, and she has been getting acrylics for over 20 years... I am in Las Vegas visiting family and wanted my nails done. I called and they were very accommodating. Jack did my nails and I love them!!! He was professional and friendly! Next time I’m in town I would totally go back.

The man who did my nails should definitely find another profession. I kindly asked for my cuticles to be pushed back which he didn’t do. He was filing for 30 minutes before he had to re-apply acrylic. He would add acrylic in the wrong places! I got acrylic of my skin that he cad to slip of because it burned. Didn’t catch the guys name but he definitely looked new and nails are not cheap. TAKE YOUR TIME AND DO IT NEATLY!!!

Experience was not nice cut multiple times while getting my nails done by the drill and also the file ( bleeding occurred). Nails are not the same length at all very uneven sad to say ... nice staff though that’s all I can say unfortunately the nail job was not what was expected.

Tracy is amazing. This is the only place in town to get your nails and eyelashes done. She makes your eyelashes look so natural.

Ive been in to this place a few times, each time I was appalled by the treatment of employees by Jack, the owner. Hes very abrasive, maybe a bit too straightforward. Does not respect his employees. Today was the first time his employees disappointed me. I understand that because I had no appointment that I would have to wait. But at least be honest and let me know how long if a wait it will be. Dont tell me 10 minutes when really at least 20 is needed. One tall woman with bangs cut straight across spoke to everyone but me. She offered water to everyone but me. The older white woman he has as his assistant or whatever was rude as well. I usually feel bad for her but today... she acted like she didnt hear her name. The salon is nice. The way Jack has his shop set up is very pleasant compared to other salons but the attitude and overall feeling there... uncomfortable.

Van is horrible. Not only do my nails look like trash; she burned me with the drill several times & filed my cuticles OFF and told me I’m “too sensitive”, She’s rude, and when I complained to the owner about the service, he proceeded to tell me that it “wasn’t his problem”. It took her 2 hours to do a full set and I was charged $60 for something that looked like my 7 year old son did. I was reminded of why I stopped going here 2 years ago. Don’t waste your time or money. They’re all incompetent.

Been going there occasionally for 3 years. There is no price list so they will overcharge you, mainly the owner. Very nice but takes shortcuts. Staff is always changing, none of the technicians ever stay long.

This place Used to be really good,Now, No Spa about it. Over Charge you, You better know exactly how much everything cost. Don’t change your mind on polish color Or You WILL PAY . Manager Rude when you question them on over pricing you.

My daughter and I came in after a bad experience at another salon. We were helped by Jack and Kevin and they were wonderful. We explained that I have Parkinsons and that the massage was just as important as a the mani and pedi themselves. Kevin had my legs and feet so relaxed that I wanted to take a nap. My daughters full set was gorgeous. We will be back.

I went in for a pedicure. This was my 1st visit. Louise the receptionist was very nice as well as the one who did my pedicure by the name of Sharon. But Jack the owner is a real jerk. He seems nice to the customers but the way he talks to the employees, especially Louise (i learned her name because he kept saying it as he harped on her) is absolutely horrible, especially to do it in front of customers. I was so aggrevated and felt so bad for the employees, especially Louise, that i had to say something to him as i left. I told him he probably shouldnt talk to his employees the way he does. He just gave me this shocked look and asked what he did, i told him he was very rude, he just said Im sorry you feel that way, I told him yes that is the way i feel it was very noticeable and unacceptable and walked out. Im not sure if anybody has ever called him out, but I couldnt not say anything. Im not sure if i will ever go back because of him. But if i do it will be for Louise and Sharon, not HIM.

I have gone to this shop a few times, and each time there was a red flag that I shouldnt return. The first time the owner was very attentive, offering me water, and checking on me constantly, however he was very abrasive to his staff. He seems like a control freak, who has to do everything. The second time I went in, he ended up doing my nails, and I was very disappointed, because he spent the whole time answering the phones, and micromanaging everything that was going on in the shop. The 3rd and final time he overcharged me for a polish change. On the website it says a polish change on your finger nails is $8 however he charged me $10. He did a terrible job. The top coat was clumpy, and was way too thick. Once again he spent most of the time trying to do everything in the shop while doing my nails, and seemed annoyed that all I wanted was a polish change. I will never return to this shop again.

Jack is totally amazing. He makes the spa experience very staisfying.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - (IT WONT ALLOW ME TO GIVE NO STARS)BOTH MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD ISSUES ON THE SAME DAY/SAME TIME. MY NAILS WERE LARGER ON ONE HAND THAN THE OTHER, THE TECHNICIAN BURNT MY THUMB. MY DAUGHTERS NAILS WERE CROOKED AND WHEN SHE COMPLAINED, HE ARGUED WITH HER. IT WASNT UNTIL I SAID THAT HER NAILS WERE CROOKED THAT HE OFFERED TO HELP HER AND FIX THEM. HE DIDNT FIX MUCH. ONE HAND LOOKED NICE AND TH OTHER WAS STILL CROOKED. WHEN I COMPLAINED, THEY JUST STATED TALKING IN VIETNAMESE, SO WE COULDNT UNDERSTAND THEM. OF COURSE WE WERE WELL AWARE THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT US.SINCE THEY HAD ALREADY RAN MY DEBIT CARD, I REFUSED TO LEAVE A TIP. THE TECHNICIAN HOUNDED ME UNTIL I LEFT THE BUILDING ABOUT GIVING HER A CASH TIP, SINCE IT WASNT ON THE CARD. WHEN I FINALLY TOLD HER TO STOP HOUNDING ME, SHE STARTED TALKING IN VIETNAMESE AGAIN.I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE OWNER (WHO WAS THE ONE WHO DID MY DAUGHTERS NAILS) STATING THAT I WAS DISSATISFIED AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND - NOBODY HAS BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK. I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO CALL MY BANK TO CANCEL THE PAYMENT. I AM SURE THEY WILL CALL ME ONCE THE PAYMENT IS REVERSED...

Very friendly staff. Used to go here with my mom all the time before I moved so far away ): now I need to find a new place to go, but i enjoyed going here over the past few months.

So, I went about a month ago with my daughter and will never go again. I just moved to this side of the city (Centennial and Ann Rd) and I was looking for a new nail place. There was a man that works there, I never got his name but he must have been a manager or the owner, he spoke so rude to his staff. He yelled at them, he chastised them, all infront of the customers. I felt so bad for the staff. He even told a young lady that was there with her husband and baby girl to make the baby stop crying and told her to go outside until the baby stopped! I was flabbergasted. The lady that did my daughters nails did them very thick and made her nails burn underneath the acrylic. They tried to help with the discomfort by bringing her iced water to put her hands in but they had already done the damage. The same man tried to fix her nails and even gave her a glitter coat for free to make up for the bad work the young lady had done. When all was said and done, I paid $85 for a fullset and a pedicure and my daughter got a discount and paid $75 for her bad pedicure and fullset and a $5 discount voucher for her next visit. (The only way I was able to write this review was by clicking on a star, if it wasnt for that, they would have gotten no star marks from me.)

It said it was under new management so I have it a try, the man that was doing my pedi cut my big toe, it was bleeding,a piece of skin was gone, did not see him sanitize the equipment after he was done with the tools, he just put them in the bag they came in, needless to say, I wont be going back.

I was very displeased with this salon. The manager, Jack gave me a 15 minute service for a pedicure. He claimed because I was diabetic he couldnt give me a full service. I was surprised he even charged me $30. He discriminated against me for being diabetic. I have been to numerous salons and he is the worst I have ever visited. I can do a better job myself. Jack, you should be ashamed of yourself for discrimination. I know you made up that excuse because you had a few customers waiting and only 2 employees on the clock, which they looked miserable especially with you barking orders at them. Dont even get me started with your temper tantrum, throwing baskets around because you have to actually work. As promised I will not recommend this place to anyone.You deserve 0 stars!!! I had to leave 1 star in order to leave a review. Be careful there is this little thing called KARMA.

About three years ago I went to this beautiful and friendly salon. I went again this September and was a bit shocked. The place has not been maintained, the owner is a drama queen, customer service has taken a sharp decline. I asked for a certain nail shape, when the girl became frustrated the owner stepped in - I felt as if I was treated as an idiot ! It was very much like we know what is best. Wow............ I left rather unhappy and will NOT be returning to Bella Grande :(

I was keep texting on IG to make an appointment and they keep posting new pictures every 5 min and then no reply i was texting for 3 days non stop plus call and left a message. Well i was trying to pay you money and thats how you keep your clients. I wish I could give a -10000000000 stars for this low class salon, whats the reason to open an Instagram and put the phone number and lots of pictures if you dont care about your clients...i felt very u respectful. Please people dont waste your time here, there is a lots of good salons that have a very good customer service..SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!

I ask for a certain nail shape & didnt get it each time I went. It seems like the owner, who has done my nails both times I went, just did what he wanted. I will say, he did a nice job with my nails first visit. Second visit, wasnt happy with the shape or paint job by another nail tech who painted them.First visit, I wasnt too pleased. The owner tried to start conversation but basically insulted me throughout the time we spoke. Even began painting my nails a different color than the one I chose because the color is too light against my dark skin. Even spoke about my appearance asking if I even eat at all.. Very rude. Second time I visit, I left the shop with gunk all over my fingers & CUTS from the filing tools he used. My nails hurted hours after i left the shop. Not gentle at all, threw my hands around.. Tried to give the place a second chance, but I will not be returning again. Horrible service.

If there were a negative star rating, this place would get it. I walked in and asked for a 1/2 leg wax. I was quoted $30.00 and led back to the spa room. I should have followed my intuition and ran, but I really wanted my legs waxed and had limited time to get it done. In hind sight...I coulda, shoulda, woulda, waited! The wax table was dirty, the towel were clean, but stained, the blanket on the table was less than desirable. The wax machine had wax dripping all around it. She didnt even wipe alcohol on my legs, She began to wax and dipped the same stick into the wax the WHOLE time. Uh...there should have been a new stick each dip. The wax is MEGA contaminated Eeeewwww! She said she was finished but my legs were still not smooth. I had her clean up the wide strips she missed. This is the worst leg waxing I have EVER had! I went to pay and she charged me $35.00.The place is dirty and cramped. They should give you a prescription for antibiotics upon leaving! My next post is to the health department!
