I really like coming to this salon they’re always really nice and I love the way they do my nails. I’m always very hesitant going to nail salons but this salon makes you feel welcome and comfortable and listen to what you want done.

Helen was very sweet. She did a wonderful job. Ive gotten lots of compliments on my nails!

I started coming here bc I thought it was the man who did a good job on my eyes brows. However it wasn’t and I gave them a chance. I been coming here since oct 2020 and as of lately they haven’t been very courteous. I called the Friday for a apt at 9 am and I came at maybe 914 and the lady wasn’t even there and they told me to come back. When I came I ended up waited about 30 mins Neena still wasn’t there at 12 when I came back and when Jennifer did my eyebrows she was very rough mean and rushing when I told her she made a excuse then I told the owner the guy and he said thank you. Not sure if I want to give them my money ever again. Especially if it’s not gone be neena who helps me

The service was good for a first time visit. The only complaint I have is my nails are uneven length and they charged $10 😳 to cut my cuticles.

I will never go back to this saloon.. unprofessional and rude…

Worth the wait. Sometimes they get busy but they always have a full staff and work quickly.

Wait is to much. And the staff allow the customers to treat other clients rudely.

This was my first visit to the spa viet did my nails. Soft spoken but listens to what you want. I am glad I found a place so close to home.

I used to love this place - they do good nails and pedis but now- it’s ridiculous- the wait time is unreal- they can’t keep their apts on a timely manner (over booking) and not enough techs to cover. Got sent away a couple times now asked to come back an hour or so more later than my apt I had made. Even waited an extra week (3 wks total) for a fill and same thing, Too bad. If you have all day to wait around - good- if you’re like me who has a million other things to do- it is not the place to go.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Left me soaking in water for 30 minutes cause no one was available even though I made an appointment. My feet were rougher when I left than when I got there. Snagged the carpet walking barefoot when I got home. I didn’t stay for the manicure I was going to get because they did such a horrible job on my feet. Have to go get another pedicure to fix this one. Won’t be going back.

My Granny, my Mom and I have been going here for years. They always do a great job and have great customer service. My Mom and Granny have medical issues and also cant reach their feet to keep up with personal maintenance. The LG Nail staff helps them every month and always provides the care they need. We fully appreciate their service.

They are rude, take walk ins before appointments don’t apologize. This was me giving them a second chance will never again. Made appointment for 3 pedicures and after being a half hour late and 2 of three were getting theirs done I finally said hell no I am not waiting only longer. They just don’t care. Will never recommend to anyone at all. They didn’t do a good job on the 2 that did get Pedi’s. They are just horrible people and run their business horrible. Very very rude

This is a nice place. Its rather modern. Without an appointment I never have to wait more than a couple minutes to get started on my service. The prices are fair. Therere definitely not overcharged.

Nice employees and they did a great job with mine and my friends nails, excellent results.

The last time here was not a good experience. Helen did my nails using old dried out Nail polish and she know it but said it will be fine. My nails were still not dry after sitting under the dryer for about 20 minutes. When I arrived home I even sit around to have them continue to dry but apparently they never did because all of them got messed up. I work late so I have not even been able to go back up there and tell them about my bad experience. I wish I didnt come here and it was a waste of my money, should have gone somewhere else.

I went here last night with my girlfriend to get fullsets and we absolutely did not like the outcome of it. We will absolutely not be coming here again . The nail techs had time and the looks of our nails looked rushed . I wanted a coffin shape and they look square my skin was glued to the nails and my thumb got a deep cut from it . I got rhinestones and on one nail theyre different sizes and the other nail there is a completely different stone and theres nail glue on my nail from her trying to set the stones in place . Underneath i wanted glitter bottoms and she used regular nail polish then glitter nail polish over it .

Worst pedicure ever. Very displeased I spent time and money on a pedicure that I will now have to have redone some where else and spend twice as much money. The polish is on my cuticles, the polish was not double coated properly and is see through. Air bubbles are beyond obvious. I wouldnt sent my worst enemy to this place. The owner was having a party in the shop the whole time too.

DO NOT go here they reuse their single use items such as foot scrubbers, nail file, and buffers. You have to throw those away and they are clearly reusing them.

Ive been coming here for 3 years now. I still try out other nail places because I love having options and sometimes I cant make it to this side of town but they are my favorite nail place and somewhat within price range, although their prices have gone up over the years.

Usually love this place but today I got cold towels and didn’t even get hot water I got cold water and getting my dead skin off wasn’t very good he didn’t put anough muscle into it and usually I see no cracks after well I still have cracks wrose pedicure ever paid extra to have more massage and was horrible could have put more muscle into making it feel better next time I’ll have to have one of the lady’s do my pedicure been working so much thought I’d tend to my hurting feet big mistake was horrible

I went there to get a almond shaped full set. Worse nail Ive ever had... and Ive gone to Walmart my first time -_- ... first they took another walk in (she arrived 5 mins) before starting on me. I had to wait like another 15-20 minutes before they even begin doing my nails. My nails are noticeably slanted. Which I usually am not to complain because I can get them fixed in like two weeks... but they are ridiculously bad!!! My boyfriend who knows nothing about female cosmetics made a comment on them and thats just disappointing.

This place is a joke. Went to get a full set of acrylic, was the first time in a long time I had gotten my nails done. Instead of asking the lady just assumed I wanted gel polish and only gave me those colors to choose from. Aside from that my nails when finished looked like they were atleast already a week grown out.. Will not be returning..

They were not clean. The fill that they used had mold in the bottom, they overcharged us for 3 people, they used gel when we told them we wanted regular polish. We will not be coming back

I went here for an acrylic fill and within a week every single 1 of my nails broke I went back for the first 2 breaks and they repaired them free but I got tired of going down there to have them fixed nice customer service and atmosphere but very poor quality on my nails Id rather save my time and money and go elsewhere

Went in for a full set, the man had a attitude the whole time, horrible paint job, 30$ and I had too redo the color my self.

Awful cheap ! Broke in less than a week !!!!! Paint job was awful . Nails felt cheap and colors are never in stock. And 30 for a new set with REGULAR polish. Go elsewhere

The place is nice and clean they do good work the only unpleasant thing is the discussions between them especially the youngest girl of the place in the hour I was there I do not stop fighting with your companions and that is very stressful you are supposed to go there relax
