Staff is welcoming and friendly. Feels very homey. Doesnt give you that generic cold corporate feel. Great customer service as well as doing a great job of getting the tires I wanted, they look awesome.

The gentleman who work hear are very reassuring, knowledgeable and mostly helpful. I never feel over sold or patronized when I take my car in.

I broke down in the Starbucks across the street from jays tire. Battery was done. I called and asked if they sold batteries and yes they had mine in stock. So I walked across the street to buy one and put in hoping I had the 10mm wrench to install it(ever elusive tool) they met me at the door with a jump box and said don’t carry the heavy battery back just start you car and we will do the rest!! Mid-day they dropped what they were doing to get me in and out in less than 15 minutes. My hats off to the whole crew for getting me back to work. Thank you all.

Jays Tires is a my go-to shop - professional attitude, good pricing, and ability to get anything thats needed quickly. Ive been doing business with Jays for over 10 years. They lifted my Jeep Wrangler, set me up with a great tire / wheel combo for the Jeep, and most recently worked us in urgently and replaced a tire damaged by road hazard on my wifes M2. Theyve been great about helping with time to time needs that have arisen with the lift kit and tires, and always get the work done right and done quickly. Cant say enough good things about Jays!

Jay the owner worst customer service, on top of that i set up an appointment come to find out for an alignment my wait time was 3 to 4 hours just for an alignment. Wait time is too long these guys have no passion for their work just passion for money.

Worst customer service. They blamed a brand new GMC Sierra Danali for speed wobble. No more than 1500 miles on the truck.

Great customer service and fast work! I took my car in because I had a flat after buying tires here a year and a half ago and the flat repair was complementary since they had provided the tires. Work was also done in under 45 minutes with other customers before me. I will definitely be back and will recommend this shop to friends and family.

As a commuter, I need my vehicle. Showed up at 4pm and if they had the parts, they were willing to work overtime to get it done. Truly tremendous. Anyways, took it there when they had the parts and they got it done quickly professionally. Great customer service and recommend to everyone!

These Guys are incredible!!! I bought some tires on ebay and Costco REFUSED to install them. I called Jays Tires, their Prices were BETTER, Customer Service, Hospitality, Clean Facility and the people working there were ALL 5-STAR!They installed my 4 new tires, and even put a SHINE on the tires! I have pictures of my truck with these new tires. I hope to download some pics if I can!YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!

Sad to give them 1 stars because of the positive reviews. The great reviews were the reason I called them. I asked for an appt to set up a purchase and install of 4 Michelin sport cup 2 tires for my Porsche, around a 2,000 dollar purchase. They never got back to me after 2 attempts to get a quote and set up my appt. Mccoys tire in Modesto put the 2grand tires on my Porsche and will be my go to tire shop.

Hands down rhe best tire shop ive used. I bounced between multiple wheel and tire designs and jay gave his recomindation on a combo that would look good on my truck. When i saw them fully mounted and on the truck it was a perfect match.

Jays Tires helped me get my truck leveled out when another business installed a drop kit that left the back of the truck way too low. Jay examined the truck and offered to level it. When the work was done, the back of the truck was level with the front and he finished it early and under the estimate. Cant beat that kind of service! Gary.

Told they didnt have a tool to remove tires they installed. Brand new tire continues to loose air going flat every 2 days. Second time taking the vehicle for this repair. :-(
