I always liked this place cause no appointment needed and they always did a good job!

I was pleased at first definitely love my colors and my shape theyre thin and not bulky... But turns out my gel polish started chipping 4 days later so i have to give them 3 stars that i cant accept but they still have great service.

This place has horrible service..a man that worked here stopped on my feet and raised his voice at me because i wanted to pay for two new nails for my big toe but he didnt want to do the extra work. Very unprofessional and they are very rude to their customers.im never going back..

Well, ive been here about 3 times. kevin seems to change up pricing in the middle of service. i find it strange that a short full set is 55$ here. he cut the shorter and said $45. i didnt bring up pricing. he did... and in the process of doing my nails. i dont think ill be back. not to mentin they were 20 mins late opening 🤔

It smells like a bunch of chemicals when you walk in. They have 6 chairs to get your feet done. They have 8 chairs to get your nails done but only 7 employees when i went. They have free wifi and there are 2 different ways to long in. They have a no pets sign. Lots and lots of colors to choose from. The waiting area consist of 9 cool red chairs with high backing. A ton of magazines om a wooden table with a glass center. They have a water machine but only tiny cups smh. 1 fack plant right by the door.

Very nice job! Exactly how I wanted them and catered to my preferences. Very friendly and welcoming too. Customer service is a big deal for me and goes with tipping for above and beyond basic service.

Everybody was friendly. Only got a pedicure. But excellent job! Super good vibes too. No bad vibes!!! Thats important. 20 dollars for a regular pedicure which is what it should cost. Will more than like start coming here for my pedicures!

I would NOT recommend this place. Last week (literally 6 days ago) I received a full set with gel polish ($40) and pedicure ($20). The nail set did not last until my graduation, which is tomorrow. The shapes were only ok. If you want your nails to last 2 weeks, I would not recommend this place.

Got a pedicure done by Nikki; came in as a walk-in last minute with my sister. Nina did my sisters nails, and she loves them. Wonderful service, the staff is friendly. The place is clean and peaceful. I like how they use a bag in the pedicure spa for sanitary reasons and fresh new tools. Great prices for the service given here. I will definitely be coming back.

Just got a pedicure at this place for the first time. And it will be the last time too. It took the lady less than 10 minutes and needless to say she did a terrible job. Very rushed and my nails look the same as they did before the pedicure. Dont waste your time and your money here. Not worth it at all. And no massage inclided with the pedicure, just fyi. Gotta pay a lot more for that.

I went there yesterday to get my nails done and some are already lifting, the stones fell off, and the gel is dull looking. The girl didnt do a very good job. Im so disappointed!I dont know why I would even do my nails there. The techs all had extremely long nails, and couldnt even hold the tools right.Lesson learned!I would give 0 stars if possible.

It was ok the tech forgot to massage both of my legs and the dont get off the extra dry skin on your feet which is my favorite part of a pedicure but I like the color I picked... my boyfriend hated how she cut my toenails she did a bad job one of my toenails was painted chipped smh and my eyebrows are uneven very disappointed...

This was my 3rd or 4th time coming to Ninas. I came for a pedicure and a full set. I recieved my pedicure after a 10 min wait, which wasnt bad. The tech was nice as well but he keep messing up on my polish and was very gittery. The polish was very thick as well sothe finish wasnt smooth. He asked what else was I getting and I told him I would like a take down and full set. He nodded and stated I was to dry my feet in the back. After about 20 mins in the back customers came in and the staff became overwhelmed and forgot about my request. I then decided i should sit in the front so they dont totally forget me. After 15 mins and 2 more customers later, I decided to leave. I paid my 20 dollars and Nina apologised, which is fine but this is actually my second time experiencing this and I dont plan on coming back. Nina does GREAT nails BUT I rather spend my money where Im acknowledged as a valued customer.

Ok so, I love Nina... I went to another nail shop called 4 your nails first. Online it said it opened at 9:00. So I left at 8:40 to make it there on time.. When I got there, the sign said it opened at 10:30. So I sat in my car and waited. At 10:30 I went in and there was one worker and 2 people ahead of. I sat for 20 more minutes and no one even acknowledged me. Thats when I found Nina nails that was 3 minutes away and opened at 10. I went there and the entire staff welcomed me and I was first in line. If 10 was a rating I would definitely give a 10 star. Go Nina Nails!!!

Had a hard time shaping smh Nails broke 3 days later. Paint didnt even cover nails when I left. past closing time. Noticed the nails broke didnt have enough acrylic on em. #bad job# 40$ fill in with gel paint smh not worth the headache. Charge more for bad job. Wont be coming back.

Pedicure extremely hot steam water, removal of gel didnt quite remove it off, cut toesnail without my permission. Manicurist dont follow orders I asked for long length end of with short length, deformed, uneven. Overcharged me for the length an shouldve gotten charge because my nails or not even close to long. I just was unhappy with the place an Ill NEVER return. I cheated on my nail lady for this place because she was fully booked but its ok Ill be returning an removing these nails an getting a full set back to Shimmer Hair An Nails I Go.

I specifically asked for a pedi and full set layover gel set. Nina decided that since she had so many customers waiting thats she was going to place four fake nails on my nails that was short and manicure the ones that was long with putting any gel on them, but instead gel nail polish. When I asked her why she did that she tried to make it seem like thats what I asked for. I told her before she polished my nails that the word manicure never came out my mouth and it was cheaper for me to get a short full set then to pay her $30 for a manicure and gel polish. She still proceeded to polish my nails. So I basically just paid her $30 to give me a half ass full set. She acted like she didnt care and basically said she did what she wanted to do because she had a shop full of people waiting. Needless to say I will never be going here again.

This is the worst nail shop Ive ever been to in my life I went to get my nails done last night 6/14/17 I asked for gel full set coffin style, each nail was a different shape and size I had Aimee doing my nails and I told her I didnt like the shapes some were crooked and longer she tried to file them do make them even but still were terrible it was now almost 8pm I came into the shop at 6:00pm. It shouldnt take 2 hrs to do a full set. I asked for two toned nails Aimee told me she new how to do it and she said what color I said tan and ombré. As you can see in the pictures this isnt two toned and the middle of each nail is missing polish and clearly not blended right. I had to leave the nail shop to get my son, (keep in mind I paid for the service 45$) before I left that night. they told me to come back tomorrow to fix them so I came back this morning 6/15 and told them I wanted them removed bc I was happy with them and all the shapes were different the owner Nina told me ok and removed my nails. When she got done with my nails they didnt want to give me my refund back in full they wanted to only give me 20$ I told them absolutely not bc I didnt pay for a half ass job so I want my money in full. My sister also got her nails done here same shape and style and her nail tech had extra acrylic piled up on the sides of the nails and tried to say they were the shape of her nail bed thats why they looked so thick and crooked! My sister removed her nails as well. The owners stated we arent welcome back to the shop which is perfectly fine because they are the absolute worst! Im not one to complain I get my nails done all the time and this has to be the worst experience ever. Terrible customer service instead of simply correcting the error properly they take the easy way out and try to file them making them look a way you didnt pay for! TERRIBLE PLACE!

Got a gel manicure and pedi last week and my nails started turning white. I went in trying to get my color change and they said I chose a changing color polish and they would charge me $20. To stop me from changing the color they said that was the new trend and I should keep it, when I showed her what color I had chose she kept arguing with me saying that was not what I had chose . I had Amy and Tim both do my nails and they both acted like they didnt even know what I was talking about. To top it all of nina said ok whatever you say and didnt even care raising her voice at me in front of other customers, an other guy came up to me and apologize and offer to charge me $10 but I refuse and told them I would take my business somewhere else.

This place is extremely unprofessional!! They only take customers not based on business hours and advertising but when and if they feel like taking you. I walked in to get my nails done and was refused although I was there before closing and the OPEN sign was on. They have no understanding of customer service and do NOT want business. Nina Nails are horrible stay away!!!

I went there for the first time 4 days ago and after getting a full set i tip them to the point they got very happy, then today i went back because 1 of my nail broke and they didn’t care about it the guy who did my nails said he was going to give me a call to go back and he never did .. i will never be going back to that nail shop !

I told the lady I didn’t mind waiting and she kept stating they were busy with only 2-3 ladies being serviced and over 5-6 nail technicians. But whatever I won’t force anyone to take my money.

Tom did my nails. very nice guy, all the staff are friendly and welcoming. The place is tidy and clean; opened about 3 months ago. Great job on the fill, prices are excellent not expensive at all! Give them a call. I dont like switching nail salons, but this is now my favorite.Me encanta este salon, todos son muy buenas gentes con bonito modo de atender.
