My tech always does high quality work. I usually go for a pretty basic look (gel nails with a single colour) and they always turn out straight and even. Will definitely come back!

I highly recommend the foot detox its $50. Half hour foot soak in a massage chair followed by a free pedicure. Heather then did my nails. First timeEven had my eyebrows waxed. I was out in about 2 hours. Left feeling a very satisfied customerr will definatly be returning.

I went here because it was close. I wont be returning. My powder dip manicure was really bad. She absolutely butchered my cuticles. Both my thumbs were bleeding and scabbed for a week. The dip job was sloppy and not complete. 1st dip should be white powder, then 2 dips with color powder, then 1 tip with white powder, then smooth then top coat. She used color powder only and just 2 dips. They are already chipping after a week.

Philip Nuyengon nail tech in first share is a rip I paid 55.00 for Ombre he gave me something else and he said he would fix it after his appointment it should be against the law for these nails companies to take your money and do not provide the service customer request This is not ombre Do not trust him and I paid 110.00 + tip its just not right. Philip is his name.

The Best of The best! Very expensive though as far as Eyelashes go. But I love the Nails they have done my full sets only Three or four times now but they last so long and looked so good they last so long with the pandemic being haf it is worth it to go here. They are experienced and professional and super quick unbelievably quick and whatever cash you have left over you can go next door to dottys and win back all the money you just spent. Lol that only happens once. Usually the first time ..lol...

Its been 3 days and my gel chipped Im not even working. I was going to give an okay rating since I am visiting and this salon was small, and even though the tech cut me while overly cutting my cuticles and burned me with nail polish on my skin around the nails she was still sweet.. What changed my mind was how the owner/manager Philip gave me too much attitude while closing my check

Mom and I got deluxe pedis. We enjoyed the hot towels, hot stones and massages. Seated right away, it went quickly. Very strong smell when you walk in from all the products being used and we did not care for the guy manning the desk. He was very short in all questions and responses. Just not friendly at all. But the ladies that did our pedis were friendly.

My tech is also really good at removing the nails pain free and she is the best at designs. I go here twice a month with my bestie and if I go anywhere else I feel like I cheated on them and its never worth it.

I had a reservation for a big group but they did a great job of accommodating us and we all had really high quality work done.

Interesting establishment, seems lile the woman initially working on my nails had a hard time trying to get my gels off. It shouldnt have taken them nearly a hour process to remove gels.I wanted soak my feet but the woman seemed to leave me unattended sitting duck in soaked acetone for the gels... when she finally soaked my feet the water was boiling hor and uncomfortable. I do nor agree with the process they have my nails are not the greatest my toes seem better days from other nail salons. I cannot agree with only 2 layers of gel color my nails received work that is I guess what you pay for. Gel manicure and pedicure $60. Seems about right when the overall service is absurd. I will not go back to this establishment seems lile they rush the process and there communication between each other was concerning.

The new upgraded massage chairs were wonderful however the person that was working on me cuz I got a mani pedi he wasnt going to guess paying attention to what I requested and he put the wrong polish on my hands even after I paid for everything then they made me repay for his mistake and I dont think I should have if your nail technician makes a mistake when you clearly told them what you wanted then the customer shouldnt have to pay for that mistake his name was sunny and my nails dont look all that great it look like some kid did it

I had gotten a fill 5 days ago by a male employee ..older man. It said 20% discount I got charged 28 dollars for a fill 2 bucks more I couldve gotten a whole new set . So I gotten a clear coat acrylic was not shaped right on my nails, you can see my last set on my fill he did not file correctly to disguise it. And also got nails lifting already 5 days later!!! I tipped the guy regardless.......smhBadly portioned acrylic some nails have too much others have not enough...lifting...I asked for diamonds he said nails looked better like this with no diamonds . Effortless. Never coming here again.

This place literally waxed half of my eye brow off and had the audacity to tell me that it was like that. I asked the girl to clean up my eyebrows. Came here because it’s close to me but will never be returning here again in my life.

The people are kind friendly and amazing let’s get that out the way this is not personal at all. But they use poor quality polish (Professional places use products like OPI et) and cheap top coats. My last set and polish lasted three weeks perfect with in two hours my nails from here looked dull and poor quality. The individual didn’t even clean up the polish correctly so it looks messy and my edges weren’t buffed properly my nails are snagging on everything. I admit I “cheated” on my regular place to save money (bc my regular place is expensive) and I’m the end I’ll be paying more I had to call my normal tech lie that I was out of town and got butchered lol otherwise she will be mad I didn’t come to her first. Bottom line YOU HET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! Do you want an exceptional set with a name brand polish or a poor quality set with polish 250!?! What that is anyway! Again friendly people but I’ll never choose money over quality again.

They were only open about 45 more minutes and then get managed to squeeze me and my girlfriend in. Got a full set with gel and jewels for 65$. Other places we called wanted 65$ to start.... And they did great even though it was so relaxing I was falling asleep! They were polite and quick but I didnt feel rushed. I will come back again!

I had a fantastic experience here. I got a spa pedicure and shellac manicure. Everything was so clean and they took their time. My friend and I went together and they made sure we sat together and could spend the time with each other. I was surprised when they dont really offer walk ins, but it was because they were committed to spend the full time on my services. Highly recommend!

Quick easy and fairly priced

I asked for cherries the guy laughed at me and proceeded to yell through the whole salon how childish it was. Told me no. Kept trying to force me to get gel i probably told him 20 times no.Then brought up the cherries again to have another laugh. The nails were nowhere near my cuticle, looked like i needed a fill right after he finished. 2 nails broke 3 days after i got them.reviews say they are rude. Definitely true.

Absolutely amazing and Nail Tech is great and very friendly theyre kind of busy to make an appointment but they wont overlap ship appointment and they call you right before your appointment I get compliments every time I get my nails done there Ive never had one complaint what is on the other side of town kind of in the hood but its well worth it

They do great nails and feet

They are warm and Nice people. But it took long time for them to do nails. I showed them picture and asked to do the same, without looking at it properly she redid it and made nails thick and not similar to the picture. Got toe polish, which didn’t look professional at all. One thing that upset me is that they talk too much in their language. I felt the nails were very unprofessional.

Terrible experience at nail tops today. Not only me but many others complained about their prices. They told us one price and continously tried to charge us more. Along with many others. Then they claimed i was a liar and said i told the lady to put more rhinestones when i didnt. Terrible customer service!

Ive been coming here off and on for years but since the new management took over this is the only nail salon i will come to. the store is beautiful on the inside now and completely remodeled. all new staff and polish choices. They seemed busy, but we got in right away with no appointment. A nail salon that understands customer service! The owner/manager is also very nice and accomodating. They took their time to perfect my beat up nails from the previous horrible job someone else had done. The place does not smell and the air is not suffocating. This place gets busy, but they always make time for me. Definitely a place to check out.

Needed new set put on. The tech tore nail a little instead of soaking the off. I had to tell her to do that. When putting on new set she got the acrylic stuck to nail used tweezers and tore my skin.Washed hands noticed it was bleeding.She looks at me and even sorry or I apologize.There was just one other person in shop and she was already being helped.Never will I go there again. My nails look horrible.

My favorite place for nails!!!! After going to Amys right down the road for cheap $15 gel manis, I decided I needed to spend more for good QUALITY. Now Ill never go back. They do it right at AL Nails - friendly service, good prices, incredible quality, and above and beyond customer service. They even do a brief massage for every mani or pedi you get!
