Thank Pavily/Wee did a great job with my eyebrows, but she used wax that was too hot and burned my skin. I have never been burnt by wax in the 10 years I’ve been having my eyebrows waxed

I asked for a full set of acrylic nails. Nothing more nothing less. A full set of acrylics is $45 dollars. They charged me $95 dollars. Instead of them doing just acrylics, they did a acrylic base with gel on top. Which they did so they could charge me more. The lady who did my nails was incredibly rude and kept glaring at me. When they were finished half of my nails were longer than others and 3 of my nails were lopsided. This salon was definitely not worth the price and I recommend going somewhere else..total scam

The owner needs to be around to oversee what happens to customers, who are charged top dollar for substandard work. See photos— the tech cut a chunk of my cuticle off, couldn’t stop the bleeding and put super glue on it. Being in healthcare I’m aware of sterilization protocol— I observed that the sterilization pouches their instruments are in were not run through an autoclave (they are open, color not changed on pouch to indicate processing). Placing super glue on a fresh wound just because it doesn’t stop bleeding is not first aid protocol. I shouldn’t have to pay to self-treat this wound. Disappointed.

They were able to squeeze me in last minute however the design was definitely not what I asked for. Just say you aren’t able to do it. $55 for fill and this Dalmatian design. I desired the vow printing they advertised.

Today was my second time visiting this place. The first time I did my nails here and they looked amazing, I planned in naming this place my to go spot! Today I needed them taken off and made an appointment. My experience through this second appointment was more than unpleasant. When you book an appointment for the same day please expect to be juggled between the staff and be left on your own in the end. May started helping me out but stopped when one of her clients came in and then someone else started helping me out but again stopped when another client came in, she said May would help me as soon as she was done doing a full set! I was left with my hands dipped in acetone for one hour! What am I chopped liver! My fingers were extremely dry and burning and best believe the acetone had melted off the acrylic and I was expected to wait until May was done. I felt the urge to leave so I did and was stopped by the lady in the front. I tried to explain what was going on while also holding back tears but I know she was more worried about getting paid than for customer satisfaction. I paid and left. You lost a customer. But whatever you probably dont care anyway. Erase my name and number from your list please. Girl Bye!

I cannot rave enough about this place. After a terrible experience at another salon I went to Miki nail salon to get my nails fixed and it looks like an entirely different set of nails. MAY was amazing today, she transformed my nails from something horrendous to something I could brag about. I won’t go anywhere but here. May is magic and this nail salon is incredible. Thank you all so so so much!!

The nail technician did a great job on my nails and my daughters. The salon was very busy and I highly recommend an appointment. Prices are high, and I havent decided if its worth the price. 116 for a no chip manicure, pedicure and child mani/pedicure. Im not from here, so that could just be the norm for Vegas. In Chicago the same services cost about 80.Either way, my daughter loved her nail treatment. 4 stars because when it was time to paint my nails, the technician informed me they were out of the color I wanted. This was frustrating, my toes were painted based on the color I wanted on my nails. She didnt seem to care and offered no solution. I of course picked another color and went on with my day.Overall good experience, not great, but your nails will look nice.

Place was good but now they wont make accommodations to get you in unless youve made a prior appointment and I was going EVERY week. Went to Creative Nails about 1/2 mile away and while they were also very busy they found a way to fit me in and Im not even a regular there.

They treat their long time customer poorly. Ruby is always behind. Ive had to wait 45 mins on 2 different appointments. Asked the receptionist to have the owner, Vicky, call me. Never heard a word. Thats poor customer service.
