I came here because its close to home, and Im going on vacation soon. Hawaii to be exactI made an appointment for myself and my daughter thought it would be a cute little girls date. Well HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I came here wanting to get a gel mani and gel pedi and there was some confusion in the biging were LINA though I wanted a full set, anyways she started cutting my nails super short and then I told her hey I do want a gel mani and then she got upset. Started talking in her language and so forth. I asked her if she can do a sculpture on my thumb that she messed up in the beginning and she first dint even know what I was talking about, so I Google it and then asked for help and I can tell she was complaining about me because she kept talking about full set and then saying gel mani and talking about hawaii then kind of doing my nails all fast. She complained about me the whole time and made me feel super uncomfortable! The nail she fixed was so horrible looking that when I went to get my pedi, I complained and told the gentleman how I felt and I knew Lina was talking bad about me. He straight out yelled and said stop talking in your language because people think your talking bad about them! Who says that? The whole shop went quiet. I will never visit this shop again!

Just moved to Nevada from Jersey. I am impressed by Aloha Nails service and hospitality. Great place to be. Thank you . I have officially found my nail salon 💕💅. Lina / Abraham, you are amazing artists.

Always a wonderful experience. Everyone is very professional, polite, friendly people. Lina has been doing my nails for awhile now and I am very happy as she is very nice and does a great job everytime. I am dissable and can not afford to do my pedicure and nails often but ii like to look presentable at least once a month. I recommend this place .

I went in for my acrylics to be soaked off. My nails underneath were long. The lady next to the frozen drinks took me and filed off my skin underneath my nails!! She also cut down all my nails super short which I did not ask for. 0 out of 5 stars. I live just down the street. I would not recommend this place.

Took my wife there today. She went in with a picture of what she wanted, had a couple of small changes but they were willing to do it and they actually came out better than the picture, I think. They were well priced and above average on everything else. My wife couldnt be happier. If you are in the area you should definitely check them out... Also keep in mind this is coming from a guys perspective, whose wife hasnt stopped smiling over her nails.

Terrible!!!! Each one of my nails is a different shape! So bad I want to cry. Literally one corner of my nail is round and the other is square. Save yourself do not go here!!! I got a dip manicure

Horrible service. I recieved a mani pedi and for as much as I paid I didnt receive a massage for either. And my toe was cut badly. The lady didnt say sorry or tell me. And when I went back they did nothing about it. I will never go back or recomend this place.

I previously came when Charlie worked there and my mom and I were ripped off even as regular customers. Something told us to come back today and Im so pleased that new ownership and management took over. I was unable to remove the negative review so I will write a 5 star. My mom and I arrived around 10:40 PM and were greeted by Abraham. Lina and Abraham completed 2 pedicures, one gel manicure and one white tip acrylic plus eyebrow wax. They were fast, kind, provided quality work and were so down to earth. Unfortunately we are leaving the state in 3 months but in the meantime we will come to this place a few more times before we move. Thank you Abraham and Lina and thank you to the new ownership who made the place beautiful, and hired people who care. 5 stars 🥰👍

Ive gone to the same salon for a number of years mainly for the convenience and familiarity, but have always felt that all too familiar indifference and tension. It took literally one visit to Jenni at Aloha nails to find my new nail salon! In my experience it seems extremely rare ...almost impossible, to find a nail tech that does incredible work with a genuinely warm and friendly disposition in an environment that makes you feel right at home . Jenni, Tracy, and their team delivered all of the above and more! They are so kind and welcoming and everyone that my party of 4 worked with did an amazing job at everything from facial waxing to pedicures. Highly recommend!!!😍

Been trying to find a nail salon for my grandmother and I, and weve found it !! These ladies are super friendly and the shop is beautiful ! Most importantly, they do beautiful work ! They even serve strawberry boba !! (As well as water tea and soda !)

I just moved to the area and this nail shop is very close to where I live. I’m so pleased with the service. It’s super clean, he took time to do my nails dipping powder very nice and came out great! My daughter and I went there to get a pedicure. We called ahead of time they had time for us. One Amazing thing is that theyre open till midnight . The second amazing thing is the staff is really really good.... I cant remember the gentlemans name there . He was very good he also had a great personality.... I highly recommend this place..

Abraham was so quick, efficient and friendly! I love that they are open late to accommodate my crazy schedule. I was able to get in right away without waiting. I was very pleased with my recent visit and will make this my go-to salon.

Had appt at 6 got there lady asked me what i was there for. I tell her says ok have a seat. There are 2 other people who work there that didnt even acknowledge me....then after 30 minites go by. The same lady i checked in with asked me who was i waiting for and what did i want.... girl bye then tells the other lady there that she didnt know anything. 1st and last time i will ever go there. Poor customer service

It was my first time at Aloha my nail tech was Jenny she’s awesome! The shop was clean, plenty of parking, no wait time and I can’t believe they stay open till midnight. Jenny did my nails perfect my daughters have since started going to Aloha. I finally found my nail spot🥳

Got my nails done! I think they cost more than I wanted them to, but whatever. Its a great place to go! At first, the person taking care of my feet at the -thing that you soak your feet in-, they werent too sure how the process went and were kind of light when it came to getting the dead skin. I really empathized with her because I could tell she was trying her best and even said I was beautiful. Someone came and finished up for her, and I was relieved. I do appreciate everyones efforts there to help me find the color I wanted.

Andy did a great job on my nails. I was alittle unsure of what would happen. I walked in no appointment. What a wonderful surprise. Very very clean. The staff was very friendly. Made me feel like I had been going there for a longtime. I definately recommend this place. Prices are reasonableI will go back.

I went in on a appointment and they serviced my four year old and I with pedicures and polish for my 4 year old and a gel full set for me! The older woman was so patient with my daughter I couldn’t ask for any one better ! Also the young man there did my pedicure he was asleep attentive and polite made sure I got what I wanted ! Let me say Lina does her thing she gave me exactly what I love, curved gel acrylic full set and the shape was perfect ! Lina is great ! I would definitely go again ! Prices are reasonable too.

I had my nails done a week ago on tues.While today at work I had two pop off.Had to use superglue to put them back on.I have been their in Feb of this year and did not have this problem.Dissatisfied with the work and the person who was doing it.Wont go back.

I loved the Aloha pedicure! Soo relaxing and my feet felt heavenly afterwards. Perfect treatment to have after travelling for a long time! Staff was very friendly and had great customer service. Highly recommend!

Have been getting my pedicures here since 2002 and they are awesome. Lovely family business. Great value, wonderful service. Reducing my rating to 1 star because of new Owners. Possible that I was used to the old Owners and enjoyed their personable service; new Owners increased prices and are standoffish. So sad.

Great service but kind of pricey. Not to mention, when I was getting ready to pay for the services, the owner grabbed my card while I wasnt looking & swiped my card as if it was hers. Thats just like me grabbing someones purse without their consent🤦🏾‍♀️. Anyway, dont think Ill be returning any time soon😒

Went there the first time. Very pleased with Paula. She is an excellent manicurist. Had two ingrown toenails caused by another establishment. She took care of those nails with no pain.

An amazing place!!! Super friendly, very detail oriented. They take their time and do it right. Not far from the strip, just straight down Flamingo at the corner of Jones. Dont pay the strip prices!!! Come over here and feel welcomed at half the price. Thank you guys- your friends from Florida 😊

Just so FYI Aloha nails is under New management and it’s now got my nail tech Tracy come and see her she’s the best from another nail place the place is clean prices very competitive affordable open until late hours too

This place is terrible. I used to like coming here to get my nails done because they are open late and I can go after work without feeling rushed. The first few times that I’ve visited my nails and pedicure were great however the last three times I have been there Charlie has rushed on my nails and this time one of my nails is crooked. Not only that, my cuticles on my fingers are bleeding as well as my toes. How do you make someone bleed from their pedicure??! They definitely overcharge as well & prices are different depending on what day you come & what they feel like charging. I will never come back here. I’ve given them way too many chances to get it right. Back on my search for a great nail salon.

My family has been coming here for a while. This is the last time Im coming here again. Nobody but the owner speaks English which is usually not an issue but we went in to get our nails done. I requested a gel manicure and for my mom a regular fullest. I reiterated full set twice in the store for my mom. My nails were completed and I walk over to my mom and see them doing her nails and I asked her what she is doing and she said gel. I said no we asked for a full set for her. Also, in the middle of getting her nails done my mom asked her what she was doing because it didnt seem like the normal routine of getting a fill and the lady didnt understand my mom at all. So I asked the owner what was going on and how much is this going to be he said well your mom wanted coffin which $5 more and gel nails $45. I said if you ask customers if they want coffin to get more money out of them, at least tell them its extra. I went in to spend $60 plus tips had to pay double for nails then we wanted to, spending $50 on one person. I got apologizes from everyone but the owner and we go there all the time. They took $5 off but I dont spend a lot on nails and gel manicure is the most I have ever spent. They completely screwed us and I will never return. I cant even imagine how many people they have taken advantage of. If you ask a customer if they want a specific item, then tell them its extra and dont just go a long knowing you are charging someone for something they dont know about. We have probably spent about one thousand dollars over time between me, my mom and boyfriend, never again!!!!!!

Ive never in my life walked out of a nail appointment. He didnt even get past taking my old nails off before I had to tell him to stop.First we decided on doing a gel fill. Afterwards he said it would be better to do a full set because it would be better for the design I wanted. Which will be more and i didnt really want to do because my previous full set was still fairly new, but I still said okay and made it clear we can do the new set. Then he starts shaping my old nails...? When I asked if we are doing new tips or keeping my old ones he just started cutting them off before I could say anything else. Which was frustrating because if we couldve kept my old set and shaped them like I had originally wanted, thats what I wouldve chose to do. He then starts to cut/pull off my old nails aggressively which was VERY painful. Thats when I just told him to stop and left the store.The guy was rude, kept repeatedly interrupting me, and was very careless. Would not recommend to anyone.

No customer service at all. I didnt hate my jell manicure the first time eventhough the guy who was doing them was taking video calls in the middle of the process. I gave that one a pass, but the second time, not only the service but the nails were terrible. My nails were not shaped similar, the polish were too thick at the tip. Never coming back

If you like your nails a certain way, DON’T COME HERE. they only know how to do basic nails & they like to do them their way, meaning they will try to bully you into taking whatever they give because it’s “less work for them”. then they wanted me to soak my nails to take them off. meanwhile i took them off myself while they wanted me to wait, just because they didn’t want to do the work. LAZY WORKERS!

As I asked for card since im new to vegas and once I find a nail tech I like to call to schedule a appointment so im not waiting this RUDE lady in a white jacket starts to tell her workers not to give me her number.. If it has the option zero star, I would if them their spa chairs so terrible disgusting, they have a lot of colors, but they do really low skill on dipping as well as acrylic too.Not come back and obsolete not recommended.

I found aloha nails (NEW MANAGMENT) on IG. I met the owner Vena (not sure of I spelt her name correct) and also her spouse Abraham. Really really nice and so accommodating. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and Vena went above and beyond what I even expected.FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR REAL TALENTED NAIL ARTISTS WHO TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK COME TO ALOHA NAILS. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN.

Ive been going here over a year but suddenly there are new techscwho are inexperienced rough with your handsIf its a new school why pay full price . Last Saturday I got white powder I got 2 weeks before. The difference in the owners work and this other guy huge. Gaps rough filing. Glue on my skin it was insane and he literally expected a tip. He put the tip machine in my face after charging me $45 I normally pay $40 and the horrible service. Time to start searching again. SMDH.

This is my second time visiting this salon within a month. I experienced a great pedi service from a young lady the first time around so it naturally promted me to come back. My reasoning for a 3 star review is due to poor customer service and lack of gel color choices.I didnt get my techs name but she rushed to finish my gel mani. Even when I stated that I wanted an additional color she proceeded with the mani and seemed to be bothered when I asked to choose another color. I came back with a couple of color choices and she said one was unavailable and the other was an additional $5. This is where she should have made a suggestion and used her product knowledge. Instead, the gentlemen servicing a client next to me overheard our conversation and decided to leave his client and helped me find the color I wanted. Unfortunately, the product was defective and couldnt be used. Im not thrilled about my nails or the experience.

I came here visiting out of town to get my nails done for my wedding. Whoever they had do my pedicure and manicure was probably the least experienced technition Ive ever seen. She cut my nails down to the bed and they werent even even. She had to have been blind. It was literally so bad I questioned if she had her license. It was so disappointing especially on your wedding day. Then the owner looked mad when my fiancé gave her a $5 tip. I told him not to give them anything. They should be happy they even got that. Is there a rating lower than a 1 star?

Horrible service. The guy they had doing acrylic nails was trying to rush thru my nails so quickly that he put them on crooked. Tried to look past it but then when he started to shape them they were all going different directions. He ignore all my request and mentioning of how it was. He then switched to another customer to start her nails while ignoring my request. Thats when I had it and ask to pay what has been done and Ill get them fix at another place. He then cut my two nails and try to charge me $15 to had waste time and my nails! I will Never Go to this place again! So rude!

Just moved to the area, so I figured I would give them a try. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Waited for over 40 minutes, after being told to choose a color, and other guests have left. One guy just sitting with no customers with at least 3 people waiting and he is not even looking up. The other two employees are busy and they dont even update us,who are waiting.

I went here at around 9 pm. I had gotten white and glitter pink ombre acrylics. They are nice and pretty but they are not worth the 55 dollars I spent on them tbh. If you have the money, then it might not seem bad, but as a poor student, this was pretty bad on my wallet. Non of my cuticles were pushed back and one nail is just a bit crooked. They were nice for little while, but not worth the price for me.

She was very unfriendly, didn’t do a lot of the things the pedicure description listed and when I asked her too she told me more money! She didn’t trim my nails and wouldn’t remove the dirt from them! The water was cold and when I asked for it to be warmer she said no! She was then surprised when I didn’t give her a tip!! This place is the worst place ever and I hope no experience what I did!!
