Worst nails shop Ive ever beeen to ever !!!!!!!!!!!! OnE 1 day after getting my nails done my thumb acrylic already lifting stuck in nail shop for 3 whole long ass hours while nail tech conversed & ate foood while doing her job VERY RUDE WHILE ANSWERING PHONE SUPER OVER PRICED 99 dollars just for very short acrylic set And gel feet saaaaaaaaaad AF PLUS MY BOYFRIEND GAVE 20 dollar tip they did. Not deserve would never go back ever

Went in to get my nails done and the guy there was the one who did them. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted. Something simple an ombré with glitter. Boiiiiii It looks like my 2 year old daughter did them. Horrible horrible. I paid $45 and then I called to complain and they said they’d paint them again but I’d have to pay and extra $25! Never ever going here again. And they didn’t even use gel like I requested... but of course I should’ve looked at the reviews before going to this place. My fault.

Im not sure if the place had a management change or something, but my experience was nothing like the bad reviews from months ago.. I was welcomed immediately at walk in and they were honest about the wait so I went next door and grabbed lunch. On return I was greeted friendly and promptly helped. I had a pink and white acrylic nail repair. The tech was friendly and upbeat talking and laughing with her co worker and other customers. The decor and music is a fresh change from the typical nail salon. She did a perfect job on my repair. Im only in Vegas for work (weekly) but if Im ever in need of nail services here, Ill be back!!

We had a a great visit. Just had pedicures, but wished we could stay longer. The chairs were amazing! Staff were very friendly, even got a knot out of my calf while massaging.My nails lasted well over 4 weeks before I needed to get them done again! Thankfully they are also slow growers :)

Place is nice but the work done is quick fast and they are always asking for extra for standard salon treatments. Go somewhere else. Not worth the money spent.

I used to go all the time because of convince, open 24 hours & I get off work late at night. Truly nothing special about this salon except that. Wayyy over priced for (sometimes) miserable & unsatisfactory nail work. Ive never had to go back for repairs more than at Get Nailed.Also regular customers held zero value to them. All my girl friends have asked me why I would even go there when so many other salons were more reasonably affordable & give better quality.I showed up one night and a lady came stumbling to the door asking me to come back because she was sleeping in the back! It was so rude. I laughed and said, Youre sleeping?? The sign says open 24 hours. Are you here to work? Or not? Im a regular customer.I went today because it was close by, and was surprised to see it has been SHUT DOWN due to EVICTION. Clearly irresponsible management. With how much money they took from the public they should of been able to pay rent. At least now they can sleep.

Prices are way too high for the quality of work. Ive been there twice and they really need to work on protecting their application and drilling technique. Also nail shape and thickness.yesterday I went to get my nails filed down and a repair with gel polish. the lady that helped me was awkwardly quiet and rushy. instead of taking her time she jerked my hands around and that made it a very poor experience for me. also the gel was thick and lumpy. I wont be going back.

Not 24/7. I called at midnight and someone assured there would be someone around 6 in the morning. I called multiple times in the morning with no answer. I assumed maybe they were seeing a customer. We got there around 7 in the morning, open sign on, door locked, no one to be seen inside. I kept calling and calling and I was pressing the door bell to no answer. We waited about 20 mins since we drove there already but still no success. Very false advertising, not really 24/7. Very very disappointed

They did amazing the people were amazing the cost was maybe $20 more than the regular place plus they reshape my nails repaired three nails and a gel polish at no extra charge. They were so nice I would definitely go there again

Way too expensive ... plus theyre more focused on quantity and not quality. Leaving the nails thick and not cutting them as short as you ask them to. They charge for reshaping the nail from square during the first set. They charge to clean up under the nail. Nickle and dime you. $80 for a fill and reshape. They didnt get the gel nail up to the cuticle and they cracked and fell off within a week.

Just the worst. DO NOT GO HERE. I PROMISE YOU CAN DO YOUR NAILS BETTER AT HOME. had to take the file from the lady and make my nails look somewhat human. The lady argued with me about the gel color I picked out kept telling me it was the color I picked out even though it was not, went to the polishes and found it no problem( they had numbers) . She also filed the side of my nail until it bled. My nails look like a 4 year old did them. Also lady was offended after I made her away she scrapped half the paint off my nail. Pretty much yelled at me in the store for asking if she was going to fix it.

Dont know why they say its open 24 hours when I got there at 11pm last night knocked on the door because it was locked the nail tech didnt even look up to see I was a costumer wanting services done not just some random person walking by. Her client however did look at me but neither one of them cared I was there. Very frustrating looking as though Im a single mom to a toddler, work odd hours and the only time I can fit in me time is after my child is asleep so I thought great a 24 hour salon; clearly I was wrong. Not to mention I live in summerlin and took the drive all the way down there for nothing.

Although I was helped quickly, I feel like the customer service was lacking. There was no energy in the salon. The young lady who answered the phone seemed like she hated her life. The tech who did my nails was cordial, but seemed to rush to through my manicure job. She also missed that I was interested in a pedicure. However, I chose not to bring it up again because I began to realize that they were not as clean and sanitary as they should be. There was no soap in the dispenser, and my tech stated she couldnt fill it (nor did she try). The nail dryer was so grimey, I was embarrassed for the salon. Finally, im not even in love with my nails. I do not recommend this salon, unless you are desperate.

Definetly a discrepancy between quality of work and the accompanying prices. $60+ for an overlay with gel polish was a bit over kill. Danny does a good job but I would recommend one to inquire about prices before committing.

Walked out last night feeling real stupid. Over the phone they told me $55 which is high for me, good thing i asked again because it was $85. I couldnt afford that, on disability and would never! Lady from hati was super sweet, gave the best massage jacked my toes up. I told her square, she did round and the nails on the right foot are shorter than the right. It took any hour and a half to walk her thru every lil step. I ended up having to just take my gel off and walk out. She seemed like she didnt want me using her file but i had to fix her screw up. She filed my right hand down when it took forever to grow! ll never go back unless Im desperate like i was last night.

Dont get your nails done by the Asian lady with black short hair she does a horrible job. Only go to the Asian men ONLY!

Kassidy and Cassy were wonderful! They did mani-pedis for my friend and me when on vacation in Vegas. They spent the time needed to make us look great and feel pampered. Both were fun to be around and had good attitudes toward their work. Well be back!

Ive never sat In a nail salon so long before and not been satisfied with my nails... The nail tech that did my nails did not know what she was doing with my feet or my hands.. I was trying to be patient and help her cause Ive been getting my nails done so long... I did not want to be mean but when another staff member realized I was irritated and my nails where completely wrong, to my shape, bumps in the Acrylic, to the paint.... Someone fixed them and I still wasnt satisfied ... They still wanted me to pay for full price which was high for something that was not right and took hours of my day.... I wouldnt recommend going

I just called and no answer. From the video the shop looks dirty and the employees look like they just don’t care and the owner (excuse me co-owner just complained way too much) about a business you started. It’s 6:52 pm and no one answered my 3 Phone calls. Mmmmmmm Some 24/7 Service. I will never visit here. Just too nasty for my liking. #SorryNotSorry and for all that money y’all spending I live in DC and for a gel full set with gel pedi and eyebrows it’s $75 + $10 dollar tip and I’m always happy Nails last a full month and a half unless I want a color change or just to change up my shape

Yes its a little expensive. Yes its in a not so great part of town. They are open 24 7! I dont use this place regularly. I use it when I have an emergency break or I got off work and need to get my nails did! Ive come here at 1 am for a pedi and fill. The service is OK. What do you expect at 1 am?

The lady cut my skin and then laughed, I was charged $100 plus gave a tip for the gel that was supposed to last 2 weeks and 3 days later, it was chipping off... I have not been to the pool or used any chemicals... what a waste of money!

Kim did my pedicure and was quick, skilled, and very proficiently turned my tired feet into a work of art! So nice I wish I could walk on my hands instead! Thanks GetNailed. Ps. The girl that did my girlfriends feet was also excellent!

Im appalled! A 24/7 salon and I go there, OPEN SIGN IS ON however door is locked and no answer when I called.... Then when I finally did get a hold of somebody I was told I need to come at 9:30 or 10 that would be best because somebody just came in?! Im out front of the place and there arent any customers ... I specifically did not get my nails done yesterday while my shop was open because this one is open 24/7 supposedly... I have been there a couple times and its been OK I just go for the convenience after hours ...trust me youre definitely pay for that convenience because the customer service sucks for the lack of a better term... The guys are nice but the woeman have terrible attitudes! They do not seem like they want to be at work because theres nothing pleasant about them... As a business owner, I would be livid if my employees treated customers and my business the way these folks do!

I will NEVER go here again! Althouh the workers was nice they overcharge which I wouldnt mind paying if they do a good job but they DO NOT know how to do nails! Something as simple as A Frenchtip Pedi which I usually pay $35 was $43 and looked like I did them myself. I Wanted designs (freestyle) but NO ONE in the shop knew how to do that. I was very disappointed!

NEVER 🙅🏻 NEVER WILL GO AGAIN!!!! Worst nail artists in Las Vegas!!! So I went around 2am sat in the pedi chair for 3 hours, she completely ruined my nice shaped toe nail to nothing but round stubs, gels are all OLD & CLUMPY! lots of bubbles & they were sticky ( witch Ive NEVER experienced with GEL ) so I was already pissed by the time I got to my mani chair, sat getting nail done for another 2 hours for them to look like my daughter did them 🤦🏻‍♀️ so for a gel mani & pedi I was there for 5 hours, after she said she was done I told her to call a manager, the police, ANYONE she wanted but I was not paying $100 for them BECAUSE I have to leave & go get them done again, witch I did immediately!!! They were horrible, DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! I honestly dont believe this woman even had her license, thats how BAD she was!!!!!

HORRIBLE... I got my full set 3days ago one day later a nail came off and today a total of 4nails lost never in my years has this ever happened the guy rushed on my nails and they were so thin and misshapen. And I paid 80 !!!!!!! I learned a 80 dollar lesson never again. Highly pissed

Came in late night 2ish friend was with me getting a pedi i was getting a full set almond shape. The woman who did my nails charged me and extra $20 dollars on what they quoted me for the set i asked for ...did a horrible job design was horrible and she had an attitude . She left my nails to dry under the light so long when i got home the paint started to bubble!!!!The young girl who did my friends pedi was horrible and kept answering her personal phone. When my friend wanted the french tip design on her toes she said she didnt know how to do it . She then got up came over to the other lady who was doing my nails and told her to do it walked in the back and never came back out from the back. My friend went to the car the woman who finished my nails asked me to get her out the car and she would finish her up but for an extra charge of $20 for what she already paid for . The experience was horrible i wound up going to another shop within the next 2 days and the already had to fill my nails after 2 days . I do not recommend this nail salon very unprofessional attitudes and money hungry ...prices that were qouted were not fulfilled . A Message to the owner they should watch their cameras a little bit harder girls working while on their phones attitudes with every individual that was working. When you pay for good service you expect good service .... CLEARLY NOT HERE!!!!!!!

I have never been to a place where a KIDS mani/pedi cost so much!! For that price I would have expected a lot more! Not a two hour service time for three people, and a lack of in-stock colors. I should have known better walking into a place that only had two people working...206 bucks for 3 mani/pedi specials. Freakin ridiculous! If I could leave a zero star for overprice and under serviced I would....

TERRiBLE!!!!! if I can give a negative I WOULD . first if all i paid $80 for a full gel set & 1 ugly DESIGN that I came back the next day to get removed. my nails were soooo uneven, my foundation was so thick it look like its sitting ON TOP of my nail . my shape was not even & every single nail on my fingers are lifting after 4 days. Im so unsatisfied its ridiculous I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Used to be a great place, especially being able to come by whenever- but it seems its taken a turn for the worse... very unfortunate.

Had 4pm appt for pedicure. Waited 30 min. Charged 37.00 spent maybe 15-20 min on me. Very rushed. Just basic . Not friendly vibe. Would not go back.

I got my nails done yesterday and I got a fill with gel. My gel is already peeling, my polish isnt shiny, there are air bubbles everywhere, and where there arent air bubbles the Polish is creasing.

They were so nice

The nail tech was so rushed, messed up the same finger 3 times and left without saying anything. I nwver got my second top coat . what a waste of money and time for a fill.

This was the worst place that I ever been to . It was definitely over priced . Not only was the price bad but the quality was even worse . I got my eyebrows done and the lady ddnt even do a good job . I will never go here again
