NEVER GO TO BRIAN BALTAZAR!!Ive lived in Vegas for almost 8 years. The first year I moved to Las Vegas, Cleopatra Nails was a first stop to get pampered and groomed. I came to get my nails done and the gentleman pictured below is Brian Baltazar. He is one of the worst nail technicians Ive ever come across. I not only witnessed him cut a ladies cuticle. He then blamed her for moving when it was genuinely his fault because his phone was ringing, he then refused to finish her hands. I made it a point to never go to him. Fast forward the few years to a separate occasion I went in to get my usual full set, pedicure and eyebrows waxed. They were busy as usual and unfortunately Brian was the only available nail tech. Any other day I would have waited for ANYONE else but I figured hey, its been 6 years since he cut that one lady so why not give him a chance. HUGE FLIPPIN MISTAKE. He helped me pick out 2 gel polish colours, both similar. As he began to paint my pinky he shows me the result, asking if I like the colour? I simply responded its too pink, can you try the other. He removed the polish and repainted my pinky. Unfortunately, both of the colours he grabbed were not what I wanted. (Keeping in mind Im paying $55 + tip for a natural looking set) I asked can I pick the colour. He then literally slams his hands down and begins ranting that I keep changing colours and he doesnt have time for this and demanded I move from his station. As a mother of a 3 year old, I sat there and let him complain for 8 LONG minutes before responding do you have time to finish your job now? He went into the back for another 20 minutes and refused to finish. The main tech Ana stepped in and quickly finished what Brian would not. He has the WORST attitude and zero customer service. You can bet money I will NEVER GO TO BRIAN!

Nail tech is adorable at the first counter to the the right!!! I love her, she did an excellent job on my nails!! Anna is very good at lashes but her attitude sucks when shes mad at her husband for not being at work on time other than that I love her!!

Worst manicure ever! My nails are lumpy and he got gel polish all over my cuticles. He didnt put top coat on one hand and put oil on and messed up the gel. Very annoyed. I should have done them my self like I always do but I wanted to treat myself. Pedicure was the only good thing at this place

Good full set but the pricing is all over the place. When I asked how much for a pink and white set, he said couldnt tell me until the end but that it starts at $25. Ended with a $70 bill afterwards! During my visit customers had to haggle and negotiate price totals. Pricing isnt standard. Definitely not returning.

Had a pedicure done, the guy that did it kept digging in the sides of my toes so much & cut my nails to short. I will probably have ingrown nails after this. My big toe on my left side is swollen now & in lots of pain. The polish looks like a child did it!!!! I will NEVER go back!! Definitely Do NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!

They looked nothing like the picture i wanted. I payed 85 to not get what i wanted. Flower already broke off my nail. I do not recommend.

Ive been going here for over a year now. My nails are always great. They can do whatever you like and my nails last long and dont break. All the techs does great work. I prefer Lynn or Anna. Didnt give 5 star because customer service is not always the best and sometimestheycan be rude. Making an appointment is pointless, you still wait hours and they dont keep good track on whos next. I recommend this place if you want perfect nails and dont mind waiting long. The wait is worth it to me. I always come out happy with my nails.

If youre looking for long long nails with beautiful designs, this place might work for you. If youre simple in the way you want your nails I would not go here. Make sure they listen to you and watch carefully to make sure youre getting what you want. You call and make an appt and it doesnt matter you still wait. My daughter and I were both hurt here. We had cuts on our fingers and file gouges. My nails were filed at a slant and the shape is not uniform. I asked for square and some are square and a few lean more towards the coffin shape. I will not return.

Cleopatra nails is a cute nail shop and my nail techs were very nice and professional. My only complaint is the nail polish. Although, I asked for 3 coats it still chipped in a matter of days.

If I could give 0 stars I would !!! I tried to come get my nails done today and was refused service because I am in a wheelchair !! I have never felt so belittled in my life .. they told me they have the right to refuse service but would not give me a reason as to why.

The people at this nail shop are rude. I went here several times but not anymore. Im sure they use MMA acrylic which is illegal to use on nails.They are overpriced and dont charge a fair price for sets.And they rip off the nails with a nail tip saying they have no time to remove liesss.they are shady.Dont come here!

I LOVE THEIR UNIQUE DESIGNS..THEY ARENT CAREFUL ON APPLYING THE GEL TOPCOAT AND IT GETS ON MY SKIN. OTHER THAN THAT..THEY DO A GREAT JOB AT SHAPING MY NAILS AS WELL AS THE DESIGNS.

They are by far the rudest over priced shop in Las Vegas. The nails break daily and the owner Ana and her sister got real messed up attitudes and swear up and down they didnt service you when you have the same exact style as the mannequin hand in front of their stations. They tell you to make an appointment but the number on the building and on those cards are out of service. They charge u 97 for a full set, then turn around and charge you 90 for a fill in. The lashes are hard and rips your real lash out for 35 dollars. I wish i could give them 0 stars because they suck!

They got me in a last minute she was done with my lashes in less than 15 minutes and it was reasonably priced and I will go back every time I go to Vegas very nice people

When I moved over here I really couldnt find any nail place better then Cleopatra nails. I wont go anywhere else! They are all very good so unfortunately its pretty much always packed. But definitely worth the wait !!!! I personally wait for Anna she is the first lady when you walk in. I always leave happy. My toes dont match but in not mad..

I was there with my lady they did a horrible paint job they were extremely rude to the point where I had to get involved. The final product was just not good. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We had such a horrible experience here this evening. My sister asked for a pedicure and the lady shouted pay first or I dont do!!! My sister requested someone else who wasnt so rude and the lady then snatched the towel from under her feet and walked away. They are very unsanitary with lids from the trash can that everyone dumped dead foot skin in... Ive been here before and it was bad but I thought I would give a second chance and boy do I regret it... take your business elsewhere because these people could care less...

I enjoy coming here w my sister and bf, I do often but I will no longer come here after today. This is more a note for who runs the place. When other customers are in the store acting belligerent and no action is taken by management to make them leave or calm down, it really reflects on the business. The team today allowed a group of women to cuss, yell, and belittle them for over an hour!! Multiple people left. Distrusting business, disturbing the peace, and deterring other respectful customers from having a good experience. It was to the point where one of the nail techs was threatened multiple times, I also have a video of this. I asked my nail tech if she would like me to call the cops and she did not say anything, allowing this behavior to continue in the store. Very very terrible environment. I get that they didn’t want to lose money by not charging the 2/7 women but you lost at least 5 other customers because of this. They should’ve just not charged them and sent them on their way.

I love love love this nail salon! The employees are very polite. The tech took her time and even cleaned my cuticles. The designs are exotic. Anything you want pretty much is available. Ill be back in 2 weeks!

My gel mani lasted 7days, then it chipped on 3 nails. Lifted from the end of the nail. My daughter got marble acrylics, and she loves hers.

Recent visit was annoying. I paid after getting my nails done then when it was time for my feet to get done the lady tells me its extra to get a design with gel polish. I mentioned to her that the guy that did my nails used acrylic and she continues to tell me she has to use the gel polish. Im no dummy so not only did I not pay for a gel design (I still got it) I will not be going back. Should have went elsewhere after not going for 10yrs anyway.

I was there to get a gel fill done by THAILAN DOAN, and it started off on a bad note. After sanitizing my hands she rudely hit me with the forehead thermometer then proceeded to roughly file my nails. After I told her my pinky finger was burning she demanded I pay now. I got up and left but she still charged me $60 without even filing my nails! Unbelievable! Please ladies especially ladies of color do no give them OUR BUSINESS!

I had my nail done on 6/12/20 did dip in gel and on the next day my nail broke one hand was thinner I told Adam and he said they won’t break. Well I went today and he said I need to make a appointment for his mistake because he was to busy to fix his problem how long does it take to fix 2 nails??? I will never go there

I love how they do nails, not 2 expensive but never get your eye lashes done here! The lashes are very hard & stiff & the adhesive they use is 2 strong/harsh... I literally only have 3 real lashes attached 2 my face due 2 it!

Jennifer station #6 is a very rude person. She does do good nails. But she has terrible customer service and doesnt know how to speak to customers. Also very sarcastic when asking her opinion. Jennifer can also get lost in her phone and/or deliberately ignore you speaking to her. This is my second experience with her. First time was about the same but she shaped my nails really good. I dont think I will do a 3rd with her.

Went there to get acrylic nails and the guy that did my nails was not even looking at my nails he was talking to other People. After doing the acrylic he asked what color I wanted and I showed him the color on the nail tips that they have for show and I said that I wanted the orange but instead he got a pink! And my friends mom said that she was banned from going there just because she finished the nails with a flower design and she did not like the design because it looked nothing like flowers and she did not say that she wanted those colors so she asked if they could paint them again and she even said she would pay extra but instead of taking the extra money and doing the design again they rudely told her to get out and that could not come back again. Dont waste your time and money there!

I didn’t have to wait long but when it was time for the lady to do my nails, I told her the shape I wanted(coffin), the length I wanted (medium) and the colors. Once she started it was like she didn’t even listen to a single thing I said to her! The shape was so skinny I thought she was giving stiletto nails. I brought it to her attention and she has the nerve to get mad and say “you said you wanted coffin nail wait until I finish I not finished”. I waited and they were getting shorter and skinnier by ever file. What was making the situation worse is she kept watching some video or show on her phone the whole time!! And messing up my nails because she wasn’t paying attention. So I bring it to her attention again and she’s like “what you want them more wide?” At this point I’m already passed mad and I just stop talking. She obviously is mad as well because she then starts to throw my hand and move my hands and fingers so forcefully. I was going to say something but I decided to spare her feelings and leave before there was a serious problem. I will never go back here again.

My friends tech gets a 5 star, my tech gets a one. Price was great. Ask for the guy!

The staff is very nice! I come here every 2 weeks to get my eyebrows and lip done. Good price and good service.

Everything people are saying bad about this place is true. The stuff is very unfriendly.... I just got my feet done because when I was looking at the way these other woman’s nail where look. I know this was not the place for me. There nails where looking awful... smh will never go back. Please believe the reviews you read on here... very bad energy in this place.

This is the worst place in Las Vegas it is very unprofessional, I made and appointment 3:00pm and they did not attend me and told me i had to wait another hour and a half and told me with a bad attitude very unprofessional they do not know what they are doing and there is a lot of people waiting inside still do to the Covid 19 I really do not recommend this place at all

Ask for Jimmy he will do a perfect job. The location is rude too customers... jimmy left and so did Tina..their nails pop off and they just want money they charge way too much. Go to Bee Nails across the street

I have been going to the nail salon for almost a year. They are very personable and reasonable. Never had a problem with my nails. I Highly recommend them!!!!

Avoid this place. Mediocre service, rude techs and high prices. I have witnessed on several occasions the owners husband being loud and rude to customers. African American customers in particular.I walked out and refused to give them my business after seeing the way they treated a paying get custom error today.Message to the management and staff:Treat your customers better, after all they pay your bills.

The woman made my gel nails so thick they are impossible to remove ALMOST THREE WEEKS LATER. I got them done for a special occasion and wasnt planning to have them for the rest of my life. Ive been trying to get them off for 5 days. Ruined a metal file I have. The nails are literally a quarter inch thick and feel almost bolted to my nails. Its good for them to stay on, but once the sides start coming loose, I like to be able to remove them without ripping off my actual nail.

Please make sure you go to the gals thats been there for a long time. The new people will mess your eye brows up. She let me pay just $5dollars. She really messed my eye brows up. I will not be back for sure.

The person who did my pedicure did an awesome job however there was another person in the salon that was very very very very very very rude. My technician walk outside while my feet were soaking and forgot to put the spa tab inside my water. I asked the man who was right next to me and I asked him if he could put a tab in the water. He became very very rude. I politely let him know that the young man forgot to put it in my water and if you could please put one in for me and from there he just continue to be rude.

Horrible service I went in for a gel full set and gel pedicure but left once I sat down in the chair they did not keep my appointment that I showed up early to, the lady with short hair (I didnt catch her name) was extremely rude I got up and left before she could work on me she seemed unhappy with working almost as if she was doing me a favor by grabbing the gel pallets and choosing a color from the wall as if it was a burden for her to work its a shame how this salon operated also social distancing does not exist in this salon the only protection was from nail tech and client not client to client

The owner have a huge gambling problem thats why their money hungry.The younger sister does happy ending to black and Hispanic men in the neighborhood for cash late night. Shes also a Coke head! I hope this place rotten in hell.The owner husband is a cheater.Ricky was the best nail tech.

Terrible service! First time visitor and I asked for a certain pedicure and they would only give me the basic pedicure because they were too “busy”.But they still have me a pedicure just not the one i wanted. Told me they couldnt do my manicure today because they were too BUSYY ! The only thing good at this place is their massage chairs !!!!

Today was my first time ever coming here and I wasnt happy! You got people waiting thats been sitting for an hour and a half! They said my card declined but they continued to swipe it! Why are you constantly swiping my card if its saying declined. Let me go to the ATM and get cash.. So thats what I did. I come back and I wait another hour just to get a simple full set with gel. I got them done today and I am currently taking them off. They dont do a good job at all!

Im really disappointed with the type of work done on my nails. I came in to get a manicure with gel polish. While doing my manicure the lady cut two of my fingers with a cuticle cutter.She also applied gel polish on my finger meaning that the polish hardened on my skin. After asking her to fix it she wouldnt do it. Never coming back again.

Honestly I dont think they even deserve a 1-star rating I think it was a waste of time these people I came in with my youngest son and the lady asked what I wanted I said just a full set she said I need to wear my mask which was no problem I went back to my car got my mask for me and my son sat down waited for her to be done with someone and then goes off and tells me theres no kids allowed in here yeah worst customer service ever I dont recommend people coming here I also saw a little bit of their work while I was sitting there and I was already hesitant to even stay rude rude rude do not go to them

This place has definitely gone down hill! I used to come here about 4 years ago and I loved it. Great friendly service and fair prices. NOW ITS HORRIBLE!!!! It’s over priced, the men are EXTREMELY RUDE TO AFRICAN AMEICAN CLIENTS, the charge “extra” for everything and ONLY TO AFRICAN AMEICAN CLIENTS!!! I would avoid this place at all costs. There are several shops in the city in the same area that won’t treat us like this or over charge us.

If you want your pink and whites done right the first time, ask for Cathy! 2 weeks later and NO lifting on my nails. She does a great job on fills and repairs, as well!

Adam is an amazing nail tech first one in years I was able to find that knows how to do long curved nails without them falling off in a day or two I am almost at three weeks and my nails have not lifted

I normally go to daisy nails for pedicure but they were closed on Memorial Day so I decided to try out this place. Bad decision. They told me 20 for a regular pedicure and 25 if you want callus removal. I didn’t need callus removal because I don’t have callus. Since the moment I walked in they kept pushing me to get more services, if I say I just want a regular pedicure twice don’t keep asking and asking for add ons or additional services. I wasn’t told how to operate the massage chair so I didn’t get to use it. My pedicure lasted all of 15 minutes. My feet were dipped in water, clipped and filed and nail polish was added. That’s it. No foot file, no enjoying the foot soak, no massage chair. What the lady did I could have done at home! I didn’t even get a nice foot/leg massage she just added some mousiturizer quickly on my legs. I was sooo disappointed with the half A** job. Will never return again. Stay away.

WORST PLACE EVERY!!! I went for a full gel set and the nail tech did a horrible job... She put wayyyy too much acrylic, I decided to let her go thinking she might know what shes doing and might file them to a good size, next thing I know shes telling me to wash my hands already. I told her I didnt like my nails too thick, so she continued to file them a bit longer and again she sends me to wash my hands and again I had to tell her to make them thinner. At the end I gave up and just let her finish. I payed for nails and I was so upset on how badly she did her job... My nails were soooo uneven and there was even acrylic on my cuticles and on the side. Looked like a 3 year old did the job. Just all bad. I will never recommend this place to anybody. && definitely never GOING back.

Horrriibbbbllee service Dont I repeat Dont get your nails done here at all. They not only did a very bad job my nail broke two days after I got them.done I called to inform them of that the Man was very rude n told me I have to pay when I just got them done I did nothing for my nsil to break at all. They are ignorant their salon is very dirty they not sanitary at all I el call state board so that they can pay them a visit I was not impressed n felt uncomfortable.

First time going here I HATE MY NAILS. the lady put them on about 6 of them looked crooked, I gave her the benefit of the doubt she used way to much acrylic filed an drilled the hell out of my cuticles and told me 30 for fullest with get after I washed my hands I realized how messed up they were an told her no gel (I was going to fix them when I got home) she said you dont have 5 dollars, I told her thats not the point Im ready to go just clear coat. She then told me shell do gel no charge. I said so itll be 20 she said no 30 because of length mind you my nails arent long because I do hair I said I thought you said 30 with gel its still 30 without gel. She said it wouldve been 35. I was so irritated I gave the 30 an left. I will never go there again. Customer service sucks an they rush you out (from what I saw with the other clients in the shop) smh waste of damn money

Was over charged than the regular $20 full set/with color.At the amount of $30When the orginal charge before was $20 for full set/with color.I have been charged $20 for years until tonight at 6:30pm on 1/8/19.So I wont be coming back to this nail salon and do not recommend this place to anyone because of this matter.

Worse nail shop I have ever been in! Extremely dirty in the inside and horrible customer service! I went in to get my eyebrows done and the pillow they had in there had wax n dirt spots all over it. I asked could I have the service done without it and she said I could leave if I didnt want the Pillow under me...its a real ghetto spot n horrible service...do not go there!

Worst place spent 60$ on a full set and pedicure 7 of my nails broke I. The first 3 days!!! Just the cheap ass tips broke straight off typing. the nail bed is still attached. Maybe not enough product I dont know but will not return I dont even wanna have them to fix them because I will not pay for a service from them
