I got a pedicure with acrylic here and the experience was top notch. Possibly the best pedicure that Ive ever had and the acrylic work was flawless. Everyone was nice and very professional. Ill certainly be back and highly recommend.

I called ahead asked how much a full set would be I was told 55$ to start. I went in and she told me a set JUST FOR SHORT NAILS was going to be 75 and said 20 extra each time you want more length. I was willing to pay I just wanted my nails done. Then she proceeded to fight me about what I could and could not get. I wanted a ombré then she proceeded to tell me she can’t do that with glitter so I said can I just get white acrylic with glitter on top she said nope we can’t do that. You can’t just put 1 acrylic color on ? Then proceeded to tell me she can’t take my nails off I need to do a fill ? I’m the one paying don’t tell me what I can and can’t do. Then wanted to try and charge me 20$ extra for a shape ? I really do not recommend terrible service while she was being rude to me her staff was watching and laughing I really don’t think it’s funny running a business and picking what they can and can not get. They just want money. And I think a part of running a business is respecting your costumers so maybe think of that before you try and run a business.

I came from out of state on vacation and stopped here to get my nails done. Its located outside of the casino. Not to far from the hotels. They did a really good job on my nails and toes. Very nice and respectful people. I was walking alot the day I went and when I got my pedicure done she gave me an amazing massage which took the pain away from my feet.

Very unprofessional, out of date equipment, if they choose to even service you. They are very picky about who they service. They are very pricey and pushy about what they will and won’t fix or do. Also they say they are 24hours and accept walk ins but you better hope they are willing once you get there. Sometimes they close at 12 some times at 10 or even 9pm. I guess it depends on how bad they need money. Older Asian women calls shots and decides your fate basically.

Sprint, don’t walk, to get your nails done here. Luna & Hannah are so sweet & hardworking! When I’m in Vegas, I only want to go here to get my nails done. Luna is one of the kindest, sweetest, most genuine & bright people I have ever met, so I love supporting her. Luna makes you feel over-the-MOON ecstatic just by being with her. I love AmPm nail salon. The owner is very welcoming and educated. The 3 women who does pedicures are awesome as well. I love that I’m able to get off work and still be pampered. I called ahead to schedule appt. Was told no appt necessary (should have been the first red flag). Got there AND waited, when they asked me what I needed they said they had no one available. There were 4 techs all with clients. This was 2 hours prior to closing time. I will never waste my time or money here again. I’ve been here years ago. They pick and choose who they will service. So if you don’t look like you will tip they won’t service you just to be blunt. I’ve never saw a business turn away customers two hours before close. I was willing to continue waiting my turn and tip.

I found this place at the last minute. Tina was my nail text and I thought the irony of getting a nail tech with my name....well I had to be in the right place. She was wonderful and treated me like I was a queen. She listened and asked detailed question to make sure she was giving me the style of nailes I wanted. She was super friendly and sweet and her skills and knowledge was superb. We laughed and talked and although I arrived almost and hr before closing, she never made me feel rushed or unwelcome. I received many complements on my nails. I will always go back whenever I am in town for now on.

This was the worst and I mean the worst nail salon Ive ever been to! DONT GO HERE! Im a tourist, have been getting my nails done for 15 years and took a Taxie to this dump. I arrive and they ask me what I need done, I ask for a soak off and new set. They look at me and tell me we dont do that here. Then shoo me out of the door just dismissing me. Meanwhile they have a whole wall full of dip colors for nails. I told them I didnt understand, they do dip and put acrylic nails on their clients, but dont take the nails off so they can get a new set? They just kept telling me they dont do that. I ended up sitting outside on the sidewalk stranded waiting for another taxie to pick me up looking like a bum. Ive never been to a nail shop with such poor service! It didnt help that there location was in a rundown part of town and I felt like I was going to get robbed. I do NOT recommend this horrible shop to anyone!

The first time I came here I was pleased with my nails . The second time I came I set an appointment. I feel like my set was super rushed because she was so focused on getting to the next person . She did a shape that I did it choose . Designs that I did not choose. When I got up from her chair I had acrylic still stuck to my nails. I had glue all over my nails and cuticles because she put glue on top of my nails because she used glue as a top coat on top of the nails instead of an actual top coat . Horrible experience.

Out of Washington state, Arizona and Nevada, this is by far the best salon I have been to. I was a little worried seeing it from the outside but I’m now kicking myself in the butt for judging a book by its cover. Kobe and Luna made me feel like family. I left giving them hugs. I only come to Vegas once maybe twice a year and I will make sure to visit them again each time I come back. The love for their work shows in the quality. Great job you guys. Way to set the bar high! DONT WALK HERE! This gem lies just one block off the step by Trump Tower, but it is in a REALLY seedy area (strip bars, etc.) HOWEVER, this is by FAR the best pedicure my wife and I have ever revived. The family who operates the store truly have a passion for what they do. They were so... mentally present for the whole process, going through every detail to make sure it was perfect. To top it off- this place is REALLY cheap ($35 for pedicure, sugar scrub, hot stones, towel treatment, and like four massages. Dont let their menu fool you (states a 3 minute massage), this is in addition to all the other massages they do with the products. We will definitely come back - in a taxi!

Ive been coming to AMPM nails for years. Luna does a fabulous job with my nails every time. She listens to what I want in a style, but isnt afraid to suggest new things, or something she thinks will look pretty. They are constantly getting new glitters, chromes, gels, and jewels. Massive selection of colors. Its close to my house, and best of all, affordable! If you are near the strip dont get ripped off by other salons. Its worth coming here for the service and the quality! I wont go anywhere else.

I & my friend made appointment in advanced through the phone. The lady on the other line said the time & date is ok for us to come. When we came, we were told that theres a 15 minutes wait for them to finish the previous clients. It was fine to us until 30 minutes later, we were still waiting for our turn to get the services done.This is not a proper way to do business. The whole point of having appointment is not to wait and AMPM failed spectacularly.Dont waste your time here.

Luna was amazing. I needed a last minute acrylic full-in before going out on the strip last night. I called at 9:30pm and she told me I could still come. She finished my fill and matching polish change on my toes by 10:45. Create attention to detail, cleanliness, and she was receptive to instructions about the shape that I wanted my nails to be. She was also gentle with the way she handled the drill and she just made me feel all around appreciated. I wish I could fly her back to St. Louis with me to be my nail tech forever.

This nail salon is hands down the best in town. Prime location (beside Sapphire on Industrial) and opened late. The staff is super friendly and Lani did an exceptional job on my nails. Very nice people. Not the best massage, too expensive. My toes were not painted very good. Nail polish on skin. However, my daughter got a pedicure n manicure n the gal did a nice job on hers. She’s only 12 n we were charged 45.00. The didn’t massage more then 5 min. The total was added up inaccurate n I was almost overcharged until I caught it. This was the only place opened this late so we came. It was decent but not great.

Massage chair wouldn’t stay on then the foot spa from the other person’s pedicure water malfunctioned and drenched me. I actually had on my work clothes the requires dry cleaning. So I was so cool about getting wet but I asked for a discount while Moon was laughing about the situation. Moon told me no it was just water. It was actually dirty pedicure water from the lady who was getting her pedicure done. Raggedy location and poor customer service.

Had a very good experience here! Got a really great pedicure where they took time to make it great & enjoyable, not rush thru like some places do. Very affordable too! And when I was done, I asked them if they knew of a good cab service they recommend, they offered to take me back to my hotel! Amazing service & so happy with how my pedicure came out, gorgeous! A jewel in a sea of... Seediness. This little gem is located in the strip club district, in a mini mall where it is bookended by a strip club and a place that sells stripper clothing. I took my wife here to get pedicures and she needed her nails done and painted to match her outfit. For $25 plus tip I got my feet massaged, nails clipped, cheese graded my extra skin off, calves massaged three different ways and then wrapped in warm towels. My only complaint is that I feel asleep for about 10 minutes of it. Id have rather been awake and enjoying it. But thats Vegas, baby!

Very disappointing. Just needed a simple color as my nails had started chip and had an event the next morning. Saw that they were open until midnight and got into a cab and ran down there. Walked in at 10:55, and there were 3 nail techs sitting there (no clients) and they rudely told me they were closed. Despite all the lights being on, the open sign illuminated, the front door being open AND they advertise being open till midnight. Waisted my cab fare and time, wish I could give them zero stars.

Absolutely amazing!!! Luna does my nails. And i have never been more pleased with a nail technician. She’s considerate, can do exactly what you want(i show her pictures of what i like) she FAST but SKILLED. and the environment is comfortable and inviting. After getting my nails done with her only twice i know i don’t need to go anywhere else!!

Had a very good experience here. They were willing to take us at a really late appointment. Technician understood and did exactly what my daughter wanted! Turned out perfect and very fast. Its in a run down part of town, and its small, but on the inside, they are professional and do a good job.

I went on Sunday to get my nails done. The woman who did my nails was very nice. She even told me about the latest IBD Gel, which is great by the way! However, none of my nails are shaped right, not buffed, not smooth, my actual name is exposed at the end of the 💅. None of my nails are the same shape, wider, uneven, etc. I gave two stars because she was sweet and helpful but the quality of nail work was substandard. Oh it was 10.00 to fix one nail. I told her I wouldnt be back but her customer service was good. She said she understood.

First time experience was AMAZING! A very welcoming place even gave us some bottle water while waiting. I made an appointment with Luna, and I gotta say she is the absolute BEST! Shes so sweet, nice and patient doesnt make you feel rushed at all even at their busiest time, she helps you find the exact colors you would want, shes so talented, you can show her literally a picture of a design or color and she will make it happen no hesitation, or choose one of their own incredible designs they have already on display which are so unique and beautiful! She is very gentle/proffesional with her work as well,shes careful on not cutting you with the nail file or anything else she uses, she pays attention to your needs she treats you as a person not just another customer she makes sure you like your nails and are happy with the end result. She works at a very good pace too! Overall she has won me as a loyal customer! And I will be definitely recommending my sisters, nieces and friends to her. I do reccomend as well book an appointment so you have a secure spot with LUNA.

Luna did an amazing job with my coffin gel manicure.However, the pricing of it was crazy. I knew itd be more than Id usually pay(coming from NY). Mind you, yes I did get gel polish and coffin shaped nails but no design. I also had a pedicure with regular polish. So not sure how it got to be, in my opinion expensive. $55 for gel/coffin manicure + $25 for pedicure.

Im disappointed in this salon and its hard to disappoint me because I dont ask for a lot. Ive been to this salon twice but Ive tried to go multiple times by appointment. Each time that I have made an appointment they have cancelled. Three times in total. They do nothing to make up for inconveniencing the customer. They dont even consider how the customer rearranged their day to keep the appointment, they call or text ten minutes before hand cancelling it. If you cannot keep appointments, dont make them. This is a very unprofessional establishment. I wont be back. The only good thing about this place is that its open late. Still not worth it when there are reliable polite salons in town.

If I could rate this place -5000 stars I would! I had just got to Vegas and I broke a nail so I was searching for shops to fix it. I take a $20 taxi ride just for me to get there and this man tells me We dont do repairs... Excuse me?? You dont do repairs? You are a nail shop!! Im like literally all you have to do is put a nail on and polish it, I dont want a design or anything intricate. He continues to tell me they dont do repairs and Im so irritated. I think he was lying because they were closing in about an hour and just didnt want to do the work. He was rude and I had a terrible experience here. Would not recommend going.

THE BEST IN LAS VEGAS! Luna is a Master at creating designs that you can’t find anywhere in Las Vegas. Luna listens and takes her time to give me exactly what I want. She also uses a special gel sealer so that nails don’t get flaky. They have an array of different brands & colors of polishes to choose from and a huge selection of products to create an amazing custom design.The shop is clean, easy to find, has parking strictly for customers and they have late hours which is perfect for this city!You can’t go wrong having Luna design your set and your nails will grab so much attention. I’ll be her loyal customer for life!

It could have been a better experience. The nail technician seemed to be rushing through the job, my cuticles were poorly prepared. I would say overpriced as well but I would assume that is to compensate for the very late hours they are open.

Ive been here twice and Luna has done my nail both times and they always come out amazing.

I will never go to this place again . They try to upscale on everything to take your old nails off they tried to charge $5, shapes of the nails, $5, length $5 ! When the ladies here tried to let me know that they were trying to charge me all this i was half way done with my feet already and had a friend with me, told them i wouldn’t do my nails there if that’s the case . Also go a pedicure, $45 i spent a peice for me and my friend and they didn’t do anything but polish my toes, no scrubbing, no dry skin removal or anything ..............

Nail technician named SAM told me she has been in this industry for so many years but what iv experienced from her pedicure service wasRushed, Not even toe nail length, Painted all over skin, Rough.She scratches painted gel polish off of your skin with her nails.Please go somewhere else and spend the same amount of money for a proper service where it doesnt hurt.However Annie did my friends pedicure was very nice kind not rushed, also took 30mins longer then my service.

Facials and Eyelash extensions are so great here in this location, Nail Technicians here are skilled!

BEST BY FAR! Gel manicures last me almost three weeks no chips, cracks or scratches. the quality is great the staff is great they always have new colors and nail décor to choose from. The owners are VERY polite and friendly always available.I love the fact that they are open latenight. They have beverages available at all times. The overall feeling is very welcoming and they treat you like family. I recommend them to anyone any day.

I started coming here because of being unsatisfied with my nails and at first it was great. The next time I came I had scheduled an appointment with Bella and when I had showed up the man working there (more like sitting around there) had explained to me that Bella felt sick and would not be coming in that day. Lani had done my nails that day and they came out horrible. While waiting for my ride Bella had shown up for another persons appointment after mine. Havent gone back since.

This nail salon made our bachelorette party a HUGE success. No other nail salon would be so accommodating. We booked our party a week in advance and they closed to the public for our party. Aside from getting a massage, moisturizer, and beautiful nails (for 40$ a person) it came with a complimentary bottle as well as a table full of candy. They were SO nice and friendly. Would reccomend to ANYONE and would never go anywhere else to get our nails done in Vegas.
