Beautiful place, and positive energy. Made an appt for 7pm. Couldnt get my nails started till almost 8pm. They were quite busy (a good sign in my eyes). The lady who did my nails, rushed through and didnt remove the black from the side edges of my nails completely before repainting them. I got a light pink color, so the black is very obvious. :( also, she didnt do a great job shaping my nails. I think Ill be coming back, but maybe shed do better during the day?

TERRIBLE!!!! From the time I walked in until the time I left out . They offered everyone a drink except me . I had to ask for my own drink, they were so rude to me it was sickening!! I noticed that I was the ONLY one of color in the salon. Everyone who arrived after me was seen before me !!! The guy was sooooo rude !!! My pedicure is hideous looks like I did it myself . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone !!! Paint is chipping and I just got them done yesterday with Gel !!!

Personally I like my nails real long. So I asked for long square white tips. I left here unhappy. Took forever, had to redo a nail had to redo the top coat. Used blue tinted top coat so that looked a little weird. Not too expensive but poor quality to me.

Absolutely love this place! So blessed to have found them on Google. My nails, eyebrows, and eyelashes are gorgeous! Helen has a gift, and everyone there has Awesome customer service! I have found my nail shop home! Do yourself a favor and go GET NAILed!

Never been ib such a terrible place. My nails never looked so bed. So bed that I stopped the lady in the middle. Maybe they just dont know how to do the powder, but they say they do.

A 5yr old would have done a better job! This is the worst full set ever. Before I got out of the place the nail in my thumb is lifted. I know I should have said something but I was so surprised of this bad job that words failed me.

Went in for a gel manicure this past Saturday & was very disappointed for $35. Did not intend to get a pedicure but did & that was better. I originally like my manicure after I asked to remove the polish from my skin (polish was filed off) because it looked nice. Thought it was rushed but shouldn’t be too big of an issue for my work convention. Next day woke up with a hang nail & every day after that. My gel polish is chipping on several nails. I’ve only had gel chip one other time & was told that my nails were not prepped properly or my nail was filed too much causing it thin. I guess my nail wasn’t prepped properly because they started chipping 3 days ago. Don’t wait your money.Went back to get them soaked off & Christian (the owner) insisted on fixing it. He started completely over & did an amazing job. My hands are now soft, no hang nails the next day, beautiful color picked out when I said red. I would go back just for him to take Carr of my nail needs. Thank you so much!!!

I absolutely love this place one of the best places in Vegas. I absolutely love Christians work. I cant even put into words how amazing his work is I love the way Christian does my nails. I love my Versace Gucci and pink and black matte nails he did. Highly recommend if you are looking for quality work and being pampered.

Get Nailed is by far the best nail salon I have been to. Their service is awesome and they even give you wine or beer while you get your services. Nikki is so adorable and she cares about the work she does and to make sure you are happy. Nikki is a perfectionist and she will make sure you are satisfied before you leave. Plus they are open till 11pm tell me thats not fantastic!!

I’ve always had a hard time finding a good nail salon that I want to go back to. I kept jumping around salons until I found crystal nails. I haven’t gone anywhere else since then! Anne is so amazing that words can’t even describe. I love how thin and natural she makes my nails and how long they last! I’ve never had nails that last as long as when Anne does it. She takes huge pride in her work. Not only Anne but Sonny is also a trip; he makes me laugh every time I go. They truly make me feel so welcome and I’m forever grateful for them. Please try this place out and see for yourself!

If youve tried them before and didnt go back, you must try them again. Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 years and followed the best nail artist Ive ever had here from SoCal. Everyone here is following his standards. Not only are the nails filed and shaped to perfection, but they have polishes, crystals and other fun accoutrements that wont be found anywhere else. My experience here was definitely the best Ive ever had and will make this a mandatory stop every time Im in town.

Nice salon. Nice staff. Great work. One of the best pedicures Ive had. I let the tech know that I want to grow out my natural nails so I went with a gel manicure. It was awesome.

Loved this place. Went with my fiance to get a mani-pedi, he got a pedicure. My gel nails lasted two weeks before it ever chipped. We both had the perfect pedicures: not too rough, not too soft, and not too hot. The playlist was FIRE, and the people working were super nice. They had a really good system in place to work on multiple people at once. Someone did have to wait a little bit for acrylics, but I would just call ahead if you dont want to wait.

Absolute worst service I have ever received ! As women, we go to the nail shop to relax and to be pampered but from the moment I walked in it felt off. I was not greeted, but instead just told to sit down and figure out what I wanted. I brushed it off because I was only a few hours away from an event I had so I needed my nails done. As I waited, the nail tech finished her lunch, talked on the phone a bit, and then sat down to do my nails. I said hello, how are you (because she said nothing) and my response was a dry, hi. She literally had this ugly, mad face on the whole time. After about 10 minutes of her starting on my nails, she goes outside to talk with some man for a good 5 minutes before helping him back into a parking spot. When she returns, she begins my nails again with no apology but with that ugly mad face again. After another 5 mins she gets up again to assist a new customer on a pedicure, leaving me once again for a good 5 minutes. At this point, I get fed up and tell her Im about to leave because the service Im receiving is absolutely ridiculous. Meanwhile, another lady has 3 different techs assisting her but not one of them got up to help new customers. She begin to say I should I have told her I was in a hurry. Thats literally besides the point. After I spoke up, she started doing my nails rough. I was embarrassed because she was laughing and talking with everyone around but barely spoke a few words to me, in which she blamed me for her bad service. when she was finished she demanded a tip, saying I rushed her. I told her absolutely not. This was my worst nail experience in the 15+ years I have been getting them done. I will never return to Crystal nails on Flamingo and Decatur in Las Vegas, NV. Ever!

Sooo I recently moved to Vegas and I am very picky with my nails..so I looked around for a shop around my house and I found Get Nailed and I’m so glad I found it. I felt soo comfortable there. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed and talked so much to all the employees at a nail shop. My best friend and I loved the vibe and Nikki and Christian were GREAT!! We will definitely be regulars. I love this nail salon. I came in to get a pedicure and had a wonderful experience. The whole staff was polite and comedic as well. The staff made my whole experience, but the services are just as amazing. The prices are reasonable, waxing cheaper than European wax center, and the massages are spectacular. After my pedicure I came for a full set and recieved the same awesome service, thus I reccomend this salon to be tried because you will not be disappointed.

Jasmine and the gentleman with glasses was great to us. Great service and friendly. Will be back on our next vacation.

Customer service is horrible, needed one nail fix and they said 1hr & I waited patiently only to continue to be skipped in front of multiple times . I was not check in with and technicians kept skipping me! This was the worst experience I’ve had at a nail shop . Would not recommend.

Proceed with caution. Im SO disappointed with the pedicure I received today. The nail polish they put on never dried. Hours later, and its just wiping off with a swipe of a finger. I paid $55 for this, and now Im going to have to redo my nails to fix their mistake.

Very disappointed on my daughters work. A nail came off the next day she got them and a week later they all came off. The design and costumer service was great i just think it wasnt worth the pricey amount we had to pay just to have them on for 1 week. Cant recomend them.

Horrible told us over the phone they would take a party of 3 and then told us to come tomorrow on arrival.

I’ve been here before and really liked them so I decided to give them another chance but after todays experience I just won’t be coming back.. they initially told me that it was a 45 min wait for change of color to both my hands and feet.. ok so I wait and as I’m waiting 3 people get attended before me and I had already been waiting almost an hour and a half at this point.. I said why have 3 people already been attended and I’ve been waiting here the longest? A lady proceeds to say that I have to wait because I’m getting acrylic and I said no I never said I wanted acrylic, I just want to change my nail color.. so out of frustration she seats me and rubs off my old nail polish with an attitude. She finishes my feet and then gets angry when I tell her that I still need my hands done. She eventually spills a whole bunch of nail polish on my finger and tries to fix it by just applying it over and over again which ends up making the nail polish get clumpy.. the service here overall was terrible and didn’t care to make my experience any better..

Just walked in to Crystal Nails, had an appointment at another nail salon. Had been going there for 4 years ago my nail lady forgot to write me down for my normal appointment. So I drove over and they took me right away. I just found a new nail place😄!!!!. Mikey did my nails and Luang (I hope I spelled it right)5-5-2019 My previous review was a good one, but now I’m not so sure! Had an 11 appointment I get here and Mikey’s no where to be found. They had to call him, and now I’m being told he will be here in 15 minutes. Very disappointed!!! Not a great way to run a business.

Annie did beautiful work on my nails but unfortunately one of my nails is already lifting and i got them done a week ago.

Not great service and I didnt see them clean tools between customers, which really freaked me out. In fact, somone came in while I was getting my nails done to complain about a bad job. Definitely stay away.

This place is very nice & clean & I absolutely love my nails.

The nail artist cut me and kept hurting me with trying to get my ingrowns. She could see I was in obvious distress but did not even apologize or stop.

I walked in to get my fill replaced and so she scrapes my too later off all my nails and it hurts SO BAD I screamed and my nail started bleeding. I walked out and left right away without my full set

I went there to get a manicure and the employee chose to tell me that my hands look very terrible I understand that I was going there to get my hands fixed but nobody should be insulted right away absolutely terrible customer service I will never be back there and they need to teach their people how to talk to the customers
