Another awesome Sixt rental experience. Had a great deal lined up on a Mercedes E class, but our group of 5 with luggage would have been a bit tight so they offered a reasonable upgrade and wound up getting us a beautiful new Yukon Denali XL. Service at the counter was friendly, fast, and efficient. Georgios personally checked on me when I picked it up. I loved all the tech and he was happy to show me some fun features of this truck. Return went as smooth as can be. No lines, quick look over and we were on our way. Sixt remains my first choice for a luxury rental.

After getting absolutely screwed by Hertz, we used Sixt as a last resort and backup as we never heard of them before. They saved our trip. Without a car we would have been trapped in Vegas when we had already arranged stays throughout the southwest on our way to Phoenix. Daniel, one of the managers of this location, dropped our car off at the hotel we were staying at. Daniel was attentive, great at communication, extremely helpful, very friendly, and made us customers for life. Couldnt of had a better experience with a rental car company. Easy drop off with very friendly employes. Will use again!

When a customer is truly frustrated and on the verge of switching to another brand, companies need to be prepared to deliver their very best at that exact moment.With that being said, I rented a car from this location on 09/20 the branch manager Georgios upgraded me to a Premium car instead of the one rented as I couldnt get it, the upgrade was FREE his handling of my reservation checking out was swift, simple pleasant. Returning the car I had a bit of hiccup, the company offers 30mn grace period I was about 25 or 3o mn late to get to the office to drop off keys as I had to park the car first . Long story short, his agent refused to help me not getting anywhere with her i Left and decided to reach to Branch manager. Customers don’t want to experience problematic situations. They expect the product to work, they want a pleasant experience, and they come to rely on efficient and effective responses. When one of those things doesn’t happen, then it’s problematic for the customer and causes them either a loss in time, in revenue, or in confidence with the product or company. None of these outcomes are good things. Georgios, listened to me he was very empathetic apologized for the experience and for me having to go back to talk to him and was able to adjust the invoice to a reduced amount then the original total. He followed up me via email and text to ensure that i received the invoice, that I was happy with the outcome and he asked for my business again. THIS IS THE TYPE OF COMPANY WE CUSTOMERS NEED TO GO BACK TO, TURNING A BAD EXPERIENCE TO AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY TO EARN A CUSTOMER BUSINESS IS BRILLIANT STRATEGY. At the end we are all humans, this branch manager is the type of Ambassador any company should strive to hire .THANK YOU GEORGIOS FOR AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I WILL RENT FROM SIXT AGAIN !

WHAT A SCHEME!!!First, I booked a Mercedes GLS450 for a week in Las Vegas, they gave me a Volvo. They were like forcing me to take the Volvo by telling me they dont have anything else available even though I had booked for the Mercedes a month in advance. When I returned the car, the attendant who checked the car said everything was fine and I was good to go. But a couple of days later after I had returned home they told me that the car I rented was involved in an accident because they discovered the Airbag icon was on. There was no accident or incident involved during the duration of my rental nor did I noticed any Airbag light was on. Fast forward a three months later they send me a bill of over $600 for damages!!! Is this how this company get back at you for cheaper rate???

We were in Las Vegas for music festival and our next destination flights were cancelled. The flights back home were too expensive so we booked a rental car at Plaza hotel. Ive always enjoyed renting from sixt, but this is beyond the pale. First, I love the fact that their cars are always reasonably priced. And then, for the reasonable price, they somehow have kickass car. I literally just rented a fully loaded dodge charge for under $50/day. Say what??To top that off, I got a feedback email from the branch manager that had his CELL PHONE NUMBER in the email. I didnt realized, and called it, simply seeing if I could extend my rental - and he answered after hours.There are many great rental car companies out there. There arent any that the branch manager gives you their cell phone in a standard email.Kudos Georgios.

Just rented a sedan from here for 2 days and everything was great! I reserved the car about a month in advance on their app which was pretty user friendly. The car was ready when I picked it up and was clean and had a reserved section of the parking garage to park it in. Dropping off was super easy too! I just dropped off the keys and was done. I would recommend and use them again! They made my first experience renting a car very easy

On a crowded holiday weekend, the Sixt counter had only one or two attendants in service and my wait in line was over 45 minutes. Surely Sixt can do better at staffing during busy times! That said, once I got to the front of the line, Fujiama (sp.?) provided truly exceptional, friendly service. The car pick up process was easy and the car was clean and in good shape. It was also the best price among the competition.

This downtown rental location is so easy to access and a great option for doing things in Vegas. Plus you can drop by a gaming table in the Plaza when you drop off your car! Since much of the parking is free at hotels (I dont know if this is normal or a covid thing...), having a car in town turned out to be very practical as opposed to other large cities. Georgios, the manager, was first class. Highly recommended!

Terrible company. They claimed that I damaged the car which I did not. I made the mistake of not taking pictures before and after so that was my fault. However, they are charging me to “fix” the car but then in the fine print it says they don’t need to actually fix the damages. So basically they are making money off of people who don’t get their insurance and then sending out “damaged” cars

I’ve rented from here several times and I’ve had a good experience each time. Easy process- just make sure if you’re a local renting with a debit card you have 2 utility bills to show. Reserved the car and paid with the App. Sarah basically had us initial a few additional things at the desk, handed us keys and off we went with a great car. Stay away from Sixt Rent A Car!!!We rented a car with Georgios in Las Vegas to return it to San Francisco. Georgios asked about our travel plans, which included San Diego, his hometown. He started talking about San Diego no stopping, even sent us an email with tips of things to do around the city while we were still on his desk renting the car. It seemed nice of him at first; however, unfortunately, we came to understand that he was not paying attention to our rental. We asked for the best insurance, he gave us only the LDW, which is not SIXTs best insurance, but we didnt know at the time.Unfortunately, we got involved in an accident during the trip. We didnt worry much because we thought we were fully covered by the best insurance we hired. Days later, during our vacation, we learned that we didnt have liability coverage. How come if we asked for the best insurance option? So we called Georgios to say that the insurance company was equivocally thinking we didnt have liability coverage when we clearly had. He replied that he had offered the Premium Insurance Package, which includes liability, and WE REFUSED. What he said is total BS; he never offered, we never refused any offer of insurance, and we literally asked for the best.He was very unprofessional in sending tips about SD instead of paying attention to the customers request to say later that he remembered we refused the Premium Insurance. By the way, we are two people who dont drive much and dont have auto insurance. We were on a road trip through cities we have never been to before, would make no sense to refuse liability coverage.I wish the moment we were renting the car were being recorded. The terrible experience with Sixt taught us lessons: (1) never rent a car with Sixt again; (2) never fall for nice tips that distract people from their work again.Btw, we tried to contact Sixt to open a complaint against Georgios. They told us on the phone that they would get back to us in 24-48h, they never did. We will keep trying to contact them, and we will keep complaining to make people aware of what can happen to you when you rent a car with Sixt.

Sixt has many premium cars at affordable prices. If there is any issues with my rental car, they always correct them and even give discounts to make up for any inconveniences. All staffs are super friendly and accommodating. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Do NOT rent here. As soon as I rented the vehicle I noticed a small scratch. Took photos and went to tell the lady in the office - who was now gone. I sat in the car on the phone with a rep who assured me she documented the damage and would send me an email to confirm. I never got the email and a month after I returned the vehicle they sent me an insurance bill for hundreds of dollars for this tiny paint scratch that was already on the vehicle when I rented it. What a scam company. I am going to post on every single platform I can find to let people know how they treat their customers

I rent a car at least once a month and I would not rent anywhere else but Sixt. Georgios and Patricia at the downtown location in the Plaza hotel always provide me with excellent service. The cars are always clean and 90% of the time the cars are brand new or have low miles. You wont regret renting from Sixt.

Awful awful awfulIve had good experiences at other sixt locationsThis location:- set up a subscription with an extra $500/month charge and deliberately hid the price breakdown from me (this is illegal)- they lied and said insurance they added was $30 for the period (when I asked for clarification if it was $30/day or $30/period)- they made me come back in a month later to exchange the car because it was due for sale ( what is the point of paying more for a long term subscription???)- FINALLY I left a large item worth $200 in the trunk and they never found it or contacted me about it and insisted they wouldveSHADY!!!!

I had such a great experience with sixt and my rental! the vehicle was brand new and in great conditions! i was surprised to know that they only keep their vehicles for six months. this is good since they are new they don’t have any issues and very low miles. from their fleet i had the santa fe and it was just amazing. i almost didn’t want to return it! it had ALL the bells and whistles! the lady at reception was so kind and helpful too! it was such a better price for the vehicle type and length of rental compared to enterprise or budget too. they also include unlimited miles in your booking! i would definitely recommend sixt and will only use them from now on!!

Overall it was OKAY. I PRE-PAID for the rental only to find out upon picking it up...I had to pay ANOTHER $200😡. Then with being spring break, no vehicles were available at the airport (McCarren/Las Vegas). So I had to pick up a vehicle from downtown and PAY EXTRA to drop it off at the airport!!! I feel this IS wrong. Its not the customers fault that you ran out of rentals for a location. I was very unpleased by this.

There was a minor issue with my rental upon picking up, which I was not going to make a huge fuss about, since things happen. But, I was very impressed with her service recovery, Marcela was very professional and eager to make things right, so that the remaining of vacation was nothing more than a breeze. We’ve rented with Sixt before many times, across Europe and here in the States, and this was the BEST and FASTEST checkout experience thus far.We had a prepaid reservation and the team from the branch reached out day prior to pickup - I thought that was a nice personal touch.This email gave us direct phone line to the branch which came in very handy the next day as I didn’t have to fumble through the main call routing when I called to move pickup time.Sarah was super helpful, ensured me we still had the car, and precisely explained how to get to their desk the best way to get me out quickly... & with two rambunctious toddles I sure needed help.And I when I did get there, it took less then 10 minutes to complete paperless checkout and I was on the way with my Lux SUV.Needless to say we’re gonna rent at this location again.Superb!

Absolutely horrible experience. I have rented cars all over the United States and abroad in 10-12 countries and know what to watch out for when renting a car. The reviews for this location seem to be either doctored or at least a lot of them were probably written by the location itself.I can confirm the branch manager, Georgios, is a liar and cannot be trusted. On pickup of the car, I put in writing terms and conditions that I was not clear on and refused to accept the keys unless we were on the same page and was assured on recording that we were. Now, there is an attempt to charge me fees of hundreds and hundreds of dollars which is almost half the whole cost of the 28-day rental.You cannot trust this location and if you have seen this review, take the 2 extra minutes to go to Enterprise or Hertz and save yourself time and stress because there is nothing more important than trust in this industry.Unprofessional, fraudulent, and degrading.

Booked through a third party app. There seemed to have been a gap with the vehicle advertised by the app vs the vehicles that the company had available but it was handled smoothly by Georgios and his team. It was quickly addressed. Excellent customer service, smooth and easy pick up! He even followed up via text after drop off to make sure everything was okay and taken cared of. Would definitely use them again!

My experiences at SIXT Downtown Las Vegas Location have all been really good. They offer only newer model vehicles, quick service & their staff is friendly & competent. The General Manager (Georgios) even handled a couple things for me so I never had to call the corporate office for them to do it, which is rare for any rental car company. That kind of service & competitive pricing had kept me with them for nearly 5 months now.

Unusual location. But especially suited in the Plaza, for locals, wanting to avoid the airport. Was able to choose from a handful of non cookie cutter options.Definitely ask for George while you’re there. He worked with me throughout my extended rental.

Sixt Rent A Car has always been my favorite rental car service in Las Vegas. Great prices, excellent service, conveniently located downtown inside the Plaza Hotel & Casino on Fremont and the selection of vehicles are quite impressive in my eyes. Ive yet to be disappointed with any of my vehicles and the services and Ive been using them now for over a year. Definitely, check them out if you stop in Las Vegas and if you go downtown hopefully youll be lucky enough to have Sarah helping you out.

Rented an SUV for the week while my boyfriend and I were traveling to multiple national parks. George and Sarah were extremely helpful with our car rental and also with giving us some local tips for places to eat and where to hike. We upgraded to a luxury SUV last minute and they had the car ready extremely fast for us. Will definitely be using them again next time we are in town!
