Checked in and I was next in line according to their digital board. Another guy who was also checked it was two places below me on the board. The stylists completely skipped me and had him and his son get their haircut while I’m sitting there waiting additional amount of time. Wasn’t in a hurry however it was extremely rude and it wasn’t fair since I was already signed in and was next to get a haircut. Waited long enough and decided not to wait any longer and left. Never coming here again and not gonna bother ever going to this sports clips.

Need a haircut when I was in Roseville! I checked out a few places and ended up going to SportsClips! Always worried that when I have to find a new hairstylist they are going to mess up my hair! However Jeanne at SportsClips in Roseville did an Amazing Job! Also Very reasonable! It’s been a few days and really enjoyed my haircut! She did a VERY GOOD JOB!

Highly depends on who cuts your hair. Two times in a row they cut my neck diagonally and I had to go back in. Not very attentive staff and pay more for what value you get.

Ive been to friendlier Sport Clips, but they got the job done quickly and affordably!

Most of my haircuts have been fine but it is highly dependent on your stylist, which is a roll of the dice. I just got a very bad haircut.I feel bad posting this because I think the stylist must have been new. I had hair 4-5 inches long and asked for a trim of around 1 in. My hair is gone on the sides, and this took her over an hour. I was turned away from the mirror and so I couldnt see what was going on either. She kept going over the same places with increasingly lower buzzer guards, it seemed she couldnt make up her mind on what to do. Her hands were shaking and she seemed very nervous so I felt bad, I just closed my eyes and tried to let her figure it out. I have engagement pictures with my fiance tomorrow and honestly thinking of shaving my head.After going to sport clips for the last ~3 years I will never go back.

Like most similar places, your experience will depend entirely on your stylist. I have had the best and worst haircuts of my life here. Now that I know who to avoid I keep going back.

I came here to get a beard and neck trim. Arrived at 7:45 pm (closes at 8pm) and was told they were closed once I got inside. Well, damn. If youre closed, lock the door. And if you close at 8pm, good customer service dictates you take customers UNTIL 8pm. It was rude and quite an inconvenience for me to drive all the way there expecting to get in and then be turned away.This was at the Cliff Rd, Eagan, MN location.

I came in for a basic short haircut, one i could gel up to make it look nice. Having a free coupon for a 18$ haircut is nice too. However she only griped about my long hair thinking I wouldnt catch on to her passive aggressive complaints. She cut my front end completely crooked diagonally. I look like a complete idiot or a character from dumb and dumber. I also hear first time customers get a shampoo wash, she was the only worker and it seemed like she wanted me out of the store. She didnt give me a shampoo wash at the end either. NEVER coming here again. I do not recommend this location to ANYBODY. Imagine if I actually came in and paid for an 18$ haircut, GreatClips has haircuts for 10$ and could do 3 times better than this.

Been going here for a while now as it is close to my house and convenient. Went in today, 25 min before closing and was told they were no longer taking walk ins. I guess I will no longer be walking in to that store any more.

I moved here from Texas and needed a new place to cut my hair and i have had terrible hair cuts. i cont to go back to try out the other stylist these place sucks i have been to the two in my town. this is the first 2000 Rahncliff Road Eagan, MN 55122 they suck at cutting her the black lady who keep saying how she loves to cut her jacked up my hair by leaving lines and strands of long hair and the other sports clips. 1270 Promenade Place Eagan, MN 55121 i was dump enough to go back 3 times for a hair cut and they were just at bad on cutting there then to top it off they rush though the whole thing like they are in a race. THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR!!! This other guy must not have mirror for him to be saying he had a good experience..

The change to the automated check in system is less personal and moves them in a direction away from the friendly service they had before. Rather than greeting you, the stylists see you enter and flatly tell you to use the ipad to check in.
