My wife made reservations to pick up a car on Saturday and wants we arrived we we told by the new manager that we needed a major credit card to rent from them. We tried to explain that we have been renting cars from this location for year with the same bank debit card .His associate even showed him that we we already in their system. But he assistant on that we need a major credit card to rent from his location what kind of power trip is this guys on. I think he has the small man complex I must have intimidated him by my size or something. I dont recommend anyone rent from this place as long as this guy is still manager there.
This is the second time I have rented from this Enterprise location on 3401 W Sahara Ave in las Vegas NV.The personnel there are very professional and courteous. On the phone, they listen to your needs and assure you that they will do their best to accommodate you with a vehicle of your choice if available. They are all well polished and versed and treat you with respect.The vehicles I have received from this location were not washed or vacuumed. One car had pet hair and smelled like smoke inside. There was even a lighter left under the driver side seat. They also did not have a full tank of gas but they made sure that I received a discount due to their unavailability to provide a clean car when I arrived to pick up my reserved vehicle. I am very pleased with Enterprise. I do not want to use any other rental car places.
Rented a 15 passenger van. Eric and his team assured it was clean and ready to transport participants of a wedding. It was an awesome experience renting from the Sahara location! Thank you Eric for your great hospitality. When in Vegas again, I will definitely search here first for any car rental needs.
The staff at the location on W. Sahara in Vegas was very nice and efficient. But as far as the vehicle, it was horrible. It wasnt really cleaned, even though I reserved it more than a month in advance. The front align was clearly off, the stirring wheel was so hard to turn. The tires were low. The vehicle was a total disaster in my opinion. I could have rented from Dollar Rental for that quality of a vehicle.
After experiencing a bad car accident W. Sahara Enterprise helped me to find the perfect rental car for me according to my insurance policy & what was safe for my son & I. When I needed to extend & they were always happy to help me. The process from beginning to end was great & customer service as well! :)

Very unfriendly service. As it turned out a reserved car for me was given to someone else due to a messup in the office. Then the two very unfriendly workers played the game of we dont accept your german driver´s licence which is ridiculous. I have rented about 15 times before at different car rental companies in the last 5 years and of course it was never a problem with them. Entersprise, I will never do business with you in the future! One star only because zero stars dont work.
Awful experience and service. We reserved a car a week and a half in advance at this location. When we arrived my partner handed his license to woman assisting us. Unbeknownst to us, my partner was on a no rent list because a flat tire that was a case that was resolved with insurance and thought he had rectified the situation 2 years ago. We thought problem, I will be main driver. The supervisor proceeded to lie and say she now could not rent me a car because I was the passenger of that vehicle 2 years ago??? We also offered to pay the amount needed to resolve the issue, she proceeded to say he will never be allowed to rent a car there and that he can never step foot in that location..... This was a scam and absolutely awful experience during Memorial Day weekend when there was a shortage of vehicles everywhere. Stick to airport enterprise, their service was excellent.

Worst location for enterprise. These people scrutinized every little detail. They always have some extra charge on my credit card after I rent. Any other enterprise location is good this one sucks!
Good experience. Pick-up of car was quick and easy -- we would rent there again. We found it to be an easy to find this location at 3401 West Sahara Avenue, Las Vegas; the location is along a major road, but Not so much traffic as to make it difficult to access location.
I have been going to this location for over 6 years now. I live all the way in Southern Highlands but will drive to pick up and drop off at this location. Ive always been treated above my expectations. Great staff, clean cars, excellent customer service. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff.
The 3 star credit goes to Shane. If it was not Shane I would have rated this agency 1 star or less. Eric was not in mood to provide service to us, rather in the mood to dictate us as to this is what we have if you want.Shane on the other hand was very polite and understood our need for the higher roof 15 seater van and immediately switched the keys but as soon as he went back to clean the van, Eric went backside and instructed Shane not to clean the van. WE WERE DELIVERED A DIRTY 15 SEATER VAN. Who does this to a family in this pandemic times? Only a psycho???
The process for car rental was so smooth!! I prefilled info before the appointment and was in and out within 10 minutes!!!! It was great! My drop off went even quicker! Definitely recommend using enterprise the prices were lower than anyone else in the area too!
I am giving this place one star only because zero stars is not available,the people here would not help us they would not call other locations to find us a vehicle when our rental was faulty and almost cause us to roll over, they did not care and were rude . Im was beside myself at the lack of empathy or concern for the safety of our family. Absolutely Discusted with customer service at this location. Thankfully the staff at airport location were so helpful and actually cared.
Social distancing ha where, enforcing mask wearing ha not here. They spent the money on the signs but don’t actually follow started rules. Beware .People are nice though.
The car was not available until 30 mins post reservation time. The Enterprise reps were friendly and were able to answer my questions about all the buttons because I drive a 2003 Honda Element. I called four times in the 22 hours I had the vehicle to ask questions about the buttons and what they did as I was trying to do something, i.e. close sun and then moon roof.lower radio volume etc. So I would strongly suggest that Enterprise should offer a couple of pages -- pictures/diagram of the dashboard and steering wheel with explanation of what the buttons do. OR at least provide a website or page that would assist the renter of the fancy vehicle.
Was able to check in online (very nice!). Car was there and ready. Very helpful and friendly staff. The only car rental company Ill use.
Today has been my second worst experience at this location The best part about this location Is Lauren Unfortunately she was not working today Because of the service that I received from one of the employees Is the reason why they are not getting five stars In all honesty Lauren Should be able to Fire and hire her own people at this location I could not believe I was pushed to the side and yelled at by one of the employees here I have never in my life been treated like this At an Enterprise Rent-A-Car location Hopefully when I go back in next week to rent another two vehicles That employee will not be working anymore

The Enterprise Rental employees are always very courteous, helpful at the location on Sahara and Valley View in Vegas. I have never had a negative experience at this location. The employees are very knowledgeable and provided details as to the whole process of renting the vehicle and adding the needed insurance and other additions to the service.
Service is always great, however cars were not available, better reserve online before picking up vehicle .
Honestly one of the best rental car experiences. Josh was cheerful, polite and easy to work with. The price between my reservation paperwork and their system was slightly different and he corrected it without me even asking. He got us in and out relatively quickly (10-15 min wait), without any hiccups and all with a friendly attitude.While we were waiting we witnessed some very difficult customers and everyone working there handled the frustrating situations very calmly and professionally.
Reserved an intermediate car with a free upgrade. They did not have the next car class available. No upgrade. No apology. Had to return first car the next day due to a leaky tire. Enterprise uses a fuel system that is subject to guesswork and I would surmise is the source of the most customer complaints. Not a great experience. Will consider the competition the next time!
Overall I value Enterprise Rent-A-Car for the companys service and quality of vehicles. However I have a major issue with the local Sahara Rent-A-Car location at 3401 West Sahara in Las Vegas. At first the manager Kaloney and her associate Harrison what courteous and made me feel welcomed. After five weeks and over one thousand dollars, the company started slacking. It started where in Harrison gave me a dirty rental car to pick up when I was trading the one I had in for maintenance concerns. I brought the car back clean and fueled and I got an a dirty car that was low on fuel. The following week I went in to extend my rental as I had done so in the weeks prior, they gave me problems and would not accommodate me as a valued customer. Not only that but they decided not to accept my payment from the same card that I been using which is linked to my bank account. To make matters worse, Harrison insisted that I walk 15 minutes away to transfer funds into my account when I could have just drove there in 3 minutes and been back in 8 to 10 minutes tops. Instead of accommodating me they ruined my day by insisting I come back the following day when I had business to attend to. I ended up having to call my wife to come get me which was a huge inconvenience. This inconsideration and unprofessional conduct ruined my whole weekend and made me regret that I ever spent my money with them. At the end of the day they became very rude and unprofessional and if it wasnt for my respect for Enterprise as a whole I would never spend my money with this company again. The manager kehlani and her associate Harrison need to be reprimanded behind this experience that they took me through. I will make an effort to contact corporate about this situation. Other than that if I can get a response and know this something is being done about this I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.
This place did a great job taking care of my rental needs, and got me a very good car. Quick service.
Never an issue when needing a vehicle. The staff is always willing to help me out when ever I have questions. The only one issue I could say I had was that they changed their cash deposit policies in the middle of my rental time and asked me for an additional deposit after that had already gave them one. Out of several years of renting and never been asked for a 2nd deposit was rather annoying and inconvenient. When I would call to ask about this situation I was put on hold then hung up on no one ever returned my call and I had to keep trying to call back never getting the same person I had talked to.
Great service, Good cars. They are consistently service oriented and keep COVID-19 safe. Highly recommend the Las Vegas Sahara/Valley View location.

Josh and Gustavo are my people to go to when i show up. The African american girl tries to get over on you and she tends to play dumb. She has a horrible attitude when I come to this enterprise location. She dont have a welcoming spirit. If she is the only one there I would just walk out and go to another enterprise for better customer service. As for the other people they are pretty damn cool. Its better to book on line that way you only have to go down there in pay. They are okay if you want a another car. The people that smile at you when you walk in gives you great energy. This company was amazing. They helped us with no problem. Becca was wonderful, she was very professional and helped with everything we needed. We were in major need of a rental car and no other companies around Vegas would help us because we just needed it for one way. Becca had a car ready within 30 minutes. I utilize my local Enterprise location regularly during the year and experience great customer service. I use the online system to reserve my car which is an easy, quick, and streamlined process. My car is always ready when promised. The check-out process is fast and the service is friendly. I sincerely appreciate the ease of check-out since my time is usually at a premium. The return process is super easy as well. The prices are fair. No improvements needed in these areas.The reason for my 4-star rating: The car I rented most recently was impregnated with cigarette and/or marijuana smoke and then heavily saturated with a perfumed car deodorizer. The perfume did not mask the smoke and both smells were offensive; so much so, that our in-town driving was with the windows down. However, this was not possible for freeway driving. As an adult, I was irritated by the odors, but my traveling companions were 4 children! I should have returned the car immediately, but for the sake of time, did not.For my next rental, I will request a non-smoking car, if possible.

We went in to Enterprise Rental to pickup a car to use while our car was being repaired from an accident.The details were handled by our insurance company. The rental agreement was signed at the Counter and from walk in to finish, we were there maybe 15 minutes.The customer reps were friendly and helpful. They seemed to appreciate our business and made the process simple. Every detail was explained and our car was clean.We live in the neighborhood and will be using this location again. The whole experience was positive.
2 other rental companies over promised and under performed. Both cancelled orders saying the car I requested was no longer available.I called enterprise, not only were they able to supply me the van I needed but they did it cheaper than the others quoted and even discounted me further to earn a regular customer... Long story short, it worked, I will be calling Enterprise when I need my next rental!

No complaints about the car but the facility was terribly under-staffed. It took a half hour to get waited on to rent the vehicle and waited in line 45 minutes to check out
I like Enterprise however I think once you have a vehicle for longer than the expected time (reserved for a few days which turned into over 1 month) it should automatically convert to a monthly basis. The local one I go to says it cannot be converted.
This review if regarding an August 2017 rental. The staff was very helpful, and the cars provided were clean, and well taken care of. I have no complaints. We had no problems getting the car I reserved. The manager (I forgot her name) was very helpful, along with her staff. She was able to offer an upgrade which made sense for our trip (family road trip to and from Yellowstone.. Plus, this location was cheaper than renting from the Airport (Airport local is fine too - no complaints there, I just like this one better). Ill be sure to rent from here again when Im in Las Vegas.

My insurance sent me here when I had my accident in February 2015. When I had another accident a week ago, my insurance asked me where I wanted to pick up a rental car. Without any hesitation, I chose this location. The employees here are top notch. Super friendly and always there when you need them. The quality of the cars are top notch as well. Both this location and the one farther up Sahara have the best cars and employees, and those employees need to be recognized for their excellent service. Thanks again Enterprise!!

This store and enterprise is horrible they do not honor your reservation Chad the asst manager at this store told me that they would not honor my reservation that I made two months ago It doubled in price so I called the enterprise support and talked to a lady their she told that they had to honor it and so put a report In about this still have not heard anything enterprise is a horrible horrible place to rent a car from I would not recommend them to anyone because of this I may have to cancel my vacation I am serious thinking about suing them for false advertising and failure to fulfill contract This is worse

Rented a minivan from the Enterprise folks at their 3401 W. Sahara location. The young lady who checked me in was awesome to work with. The minivan I rented was great and was like new. Only issue I would have is the van was a bit dirty not having been washed. Other than that, the people and equipment from Enterprise was great and I would definitely use them again.
I recently returned a suv from a three day weekend trip to California, car was a little dirty but other than that 👍🏾
Great Service and Staff!I rented a car from Enterprise and did not realize that they were not directly on the strip. All of the staff were very accommodating and worked with me to arrange pickup.After a day at the Red Rocks, I was on my way to return the car and was running late due to traffic. I called them and let them know. I returned the car by 6pm, and because the driver had already left for the day, Jaime, the branch manager drove me to my hotel! The driver, cashier and manager were all very personable and professional, which makes it easy to write this review.I definitely recommend going with this location.Thanks again.

Hi my name is Bryon Shay, we have been renting cars from you guys for about 3 or 4 years now. We have had no problems. We have been upgraded not because we had asked but just because you guys want to make sure we are comfortable. My wife is disabled and we have been able to travel in comfort. Thank you for all you do for us.
The only problem we had with the car was that it smelled like old dirty diapers when we turn on the A.C. everytime we got in the car and the back back seats was dirty with food other then that everything was good
Our rental for the most part with Enterprise went pretty smoothly. The only issue we had was that the registration sticker on the license plates showed that it was expired so we were pulled over by a cop until he was able to run the license plate and verify that they were ok. But Enterprise gave us a discount on the vehicle for the inconvenience.
I made a reservation a few days in advance and I was in a rush, they asked us to follow them to another location because they after waiting 20 mins they realized they didnt have a car in lot. Then instead of a compact car they gave us a pickup truck which cost me a little over $130 for a day for the gas. Terrible service, rude staff, If I could give a 0 star I would!

The car provided to us was in a very dirty condition. The pickup of the car sucked, on a highway with a speed of ~70MPH, the car was wobbling.I was a very sad experience, and that too for the first time with Enterprise. I have used Enterprise on multiple occassions before and each time it was great. Unfortunately, this time it seems the local office did a shabby job.
My car was being repaired and I had a rental from here. They staff was super friendly. I believe the persons name was Brandon. He was very nice, knowledgable, and professional. I accidentally left my garage opener in the rental and they saved it for me.
My car needed to go to the shop for repair. I called this location to make sure they had a car and told them I would be needing a pick up that morning within a few hours. They gave me a number to call when I needed a pick up. After getting to the shop, I called for a pick up and waited 30 min on hold before calling another Enterprise. The other Enterprise immediately answered, said they would pick me up within minutes, and was able to transfer my reservation to them.
This location, get the job done! I was in/out within 10 minutes (OMG); I must admit I was shocked. Everyone at the location was well dressed, professional & great customer service. I will be back & thanks!
I was very satisfied with the customer service. They were very helpful and even let me drop the vehicle off at another location right across from the hotel I was staying at for no extra charge.
Ive rented from this Enterprise office a few times and if I could give 10 stars I would. The staff is real friendly and very helpful. They greet you with a hello and a smile and they make the rental experience very pleasant.
It was a nice car. Clean and well mannered. The only issue I had were with the drop off rules. There was a $100 charge if I dropped the car off at the McCarran Airport Enterprise facility instead of the pickup location which was exactly 7.8 miles from each other. A $15 Uber ride took care of that. Just a minor issue and not a problem. Enterprise is still my first choice.

The staff is so rude and dry. I made a reservation for next week and called to make sure the pick up location (not the rental car shop, but the hotel I will stay). I expected them to pick up and drop off me near my hotel, but they said they cannot do that. And he could transfer my reservation to different location of Enterprise, but he suddenly hung up without confirming the transfer and listening to my additional request. Im so upset about his attitude.

Jin, the manager is absolutely the best, her staff that includes Jordan Alex with always a smile on their faces with the best attitudes and 10 out of 10 in elite customer service. I would only recommend this Location for all my rental needs
When think the people are good. It was a Big surprise to call for a pick up and was told that they do not pick up. That is as big change if you read your current reservation it says to call 24 hours in advance for pick up. It cost us to get transportation to and from Enterprise. This will make us consider who to rent from in the future!

Do not go here. Enterprise went against their own contract and started charging me when my insurance company on my contract says they will pay 100% since I have full rental coverage. All the workers are toxic, dont know how to do customer service, know how to do things, and rob you without noticing how much they have taken out. They dont know how to do their jobs and best part the 24/7 customer service cant fix it either. They expect you to sit tight and make sure to steal enough money from you before you are helpless. The worst organization I ever seen. Beware of Enterprise and the illegal practices they do. They owe me a lot of money, and will do the same to you all.
The west sarah location was just fine and I hod no issue with them. I did, however, have a problem with the 4517 W Flamingo Rd., Las Vegas, NV location. I made my reservation for pick up at 5:00 pm and, I will admit, I was 10 minutes late. I didnt realize the location actually closed at 5:00 pm and when I got there the guy was still inside, but said he was locking up and wouldnt help me. Hs suggested I go to another location to see if theyd honor my reservation. i did this and it was the West Sahara location. They did rent me a vehicle, but claimed not to have the one I wanted so they rented me a different class of vehicle at a higher price; almost $100.00 more then my online reservation was. I was in a jam and needed a car fast so I paid it, but I didnt find Enterprise particularly helpful and would avoid them in the future.

I was in a car accident while in Vegas, the insurance company set me up with a rental at enterprise on sahara ave, the customer service there was outstanding and couldnt ask for more, we did our walk around and all was good and went on my way. Returning the car was a nightmare at the enterprise on 6th ave in Aurora, co. The young man that did the walk around was good with things, then the manager a young lady did a walk around and said there was a broke windshield and i had to pay for it !!!! I told her im returning the car in the same condition i got it. She showed me i chip on the windshield the size of a pin head and said i had to replace it. I said how is it that 3 people did a walk around the car and no one else seen it even your own employee, i then walked out and said do what you have to do then ill do what i have to do. This young lady was the worst person i have ever dealt with in the biz ever. I will not EVER return a car to that location if i ever have to use enterprise again. But to the Las Vegas Branch great good, to the Aurora 6th Ave Branch young lady go get some customer service training in another field of service.5 stars to Las Vegas------- 1 star to Aurora and thats pushing it.
I had a great customer service experience in the store however I was charged the whole 300$ deposit because they failed to process my car in a timely matter causing me to receive an overdraft fee of 25$ and I also couldnt get the remainder of the balance for 2 days. Other than that service was fine💁
Cars are sanitize from inside especially with the circumstances that we are having with the virus.

Rented a car at this location between x-mas and NYE of 2012. The rep. (I think David) was quite helpful and no BS you can sometimes get with car rentals. Went over the car to indicate any scratches accurately and was more than fair. Overall, a good experience with no games. Would rent from them again....
