I was lied to and forgotten about at enterprise and they had me ubering all over town. And sent me to airport after I asked multi times. Until I started looking around for other rental companys and it brought me to Ark Cash Car Rental.. and they saved me, kept me up to date, have me a great great deal. The office staff is super friendly and great.And they accepted debit cards too... I found my favorite rental service for here in town. Thanks Ark. You gained a loyal customer.

Rented a car from ark autos while I was visiting Las Vegas! The service was great the staff was friendly. Clinton answered all my questions and it was a fast process. Prices are cheap cars are good unlimited mileage around the Las Vegas area. No credit card required just cash and a driver license! Will return again soon

These fool are a bootleg company. They have vehicles that look as though they were stolen or purchased at an auction. There not in well condition. While waiting to be assisted the lady spoke with so much aggression and annoyance. Meanwhile a woman who just rented a car was having the battery die constantly. No ma’am, I grab my Id and Insurance card and left. $200 non refundable deposit on a vehicle that is not in the best condition, and rude service.I usually don’t write reviews but I thought maybe I can help others to think twice before spending their time and money.

I was shocked to see what appeared to be a manager screaming profanity at a mechanic. The lady behind the reception desk told me they were not selling any cars today.

I will give them 2 stars to start. If I make it home and get my deposit back I will give them 2 more. In Cali right now and on the way down here the light showing the oil popped up and the dash board read oil low shut engine off. I thought hell no, not now, please not now. I was in the middle of no where, snow coming down hard then breaks locked up when I pressed on the breaks to keep from slamming into a diesel truck. The ABS and 2 other light go on the check engine light went on when we were still in Vegas. She said all the pills had been checked. If they were then why did the oil light go on? I called the place up and said I wanted my money back I was taking it back in the morning. But how could I miss my sisters funeral? I couldnt so I kept going. The last said she have us that car cause she knew it would make it, well ok then, lets prove her right and I did.a Lol. Now I hope I make it back.

I have rented cars many times in U.S and this is by far the worst experience ever;After my call they called me demanding large sum of deposit. I was forced to buy their insurance because I did not carry my own car insurance document (who carry this?) In such process, a female staff showed quite an attitude. The vehicle, especially the seats were so dirty, stained, burnt and smelly I didnt want to get in. I was surcharged for driving outside of the city (Los Angels). they ended up charging me $150.This is a company actually think its reasonable to charge $100 a day for using their dirty car.

Ive been with them about a month and theyll take care of you fast and easy. Come with cash and leave with a car asap

This place is an aweful place to rent cars from!!! They do not specify any stipulations when they take your money BUTTTTTT have a million and 6 excuses on why they can’t give you your deposit back. I’m completely disappointed and disgusted.
