We found Lonnie Warren, of the Warren Farmers insurance to be very knowledgeable about the Insurance business, pleasant and thorough. In addition to quoting a new plan, Lonnie made recommendations that would not only improve our existing insurance but would make the new insurance plan top notch. It was obvious to us how much Lonnie loves his job and helping clients/customer get the best insurance available. We have already recommended him to our friends. After discussing insurance plans with Lonnie, it was an easy decision to change insurance companies to the Warren Farmers Insurance and Lonnie Warren.

I just wanted to take the time to THANK Lonnie Warren for being such an outstanding Agent and for treating my Father with absolute respect and for going above and beyond.My 2 babies and I went to visit my Father from out of state and while we were out there my father needed to have Lonnie modify his existing policies and create 2 more. Mr. Warren was aware we’d be bringing my daughters along to our appointment and he being a Grandfather hisself could foresee my daughters having little tolerance for sitting for an extended period of time. Mr. Warren called prior to our appointment to gathered as much information as needed so when we arrived everything was prepped and ready to go. He was so extremely thorough with the paperwork and explained everything in a way we could understand. While there was a minor computer issue that had to be resolved he assured us he was on top of it and communicated daily until it was taken care of. After only a couple day we get another call saying Mr. Warren was in route to my Father’s house to finalize and to deliver copies of the policies. We were soo pleasantly surprised as my daughters primary focus was playing, swimming and enjoying every second lovin’ on their Papa while on vacation; staying safe, preventing exposure amid the covid19 pandemic. Mr Warren executed every safety precaution while he was in my Father’s house as my Father is considered high-risk. I’m so impressed with the time and care Mr. Warren put forth and we appreciate him going above and beyond to get my Fathers needs met. Thank You Mr. Warren, God Bless.
