My partner & I contracted to purchase homeowners insurance with this State Farm on a property in Las Vegas, Nevada that we had not moved into yet. We were given a binder on 04/16/19 with a dollar amount of insurance for the year and had cancelled our other policy and informed the mortgage company of the switch of agencies. At the end of day 04/25/19 my partner was emailed a cancellation notice stating that they could not insure THAT property because he had made a minor claim to our condo insurance in December 2017 on our Brooklyn apartment that was under a different insurance company. When he tried to ask what does one property have to do with insuring another property, he was told that it was their policy NOT to do business with anyone who has made a claim of any kind within the past 3 years. Then why should people buy any insurance if they get punished for using it in the way it was meant to be used for? Why would anyone want to deal with a company like this that has discriminatory practices against people using the insurance they purchase?

I am a previous employee of Mario Gianninis office. Him and his wife are great people. Very hard working and family oriented. Mario and Krista are both very knowledgeable on how to properly protect their clients. They have top notch customer service and know a lot of their cleints on a first named basis. One thing I loved about working there is that they care about the little things. Mario has the office make personal phone calls to every client on their birthday, service is very quick. If you have questions about your policy mario will persoanlly sit down with you and review your coverage. Everyone in the office will take the time to answer quesions and educate clients on their coverages and how they work. The phone rarely rings twice and messages are returned usually within the hour. Their clients are highly valued.Evan is a rockstar representative he is amazing at follow up. He is funny, caring, friendly, and knowledgeable in auto, business, and life policies. He is definitley someone That can help guide you in protecting your personal and business assets.I really enjoyed my time working with this office. Prior to coming to work here I had little to no knowledge about how insurance worked. Now I am covered properly by the #1 insurance company and I would highly reccommend anyone who wants an honest, hard working agent to back them in their time of need to go here.

Great customer service. Mario Gianinnis assistant, Brandon Vanlandingham, has proven himself to be trustworthy by keeping his commitments to follow up with me. Brandon was willing to take the time to go over all my insurance options in detail. Most importantly to me, Brandon is willing to be my single point of contact for all my needs, rather than going through other customer service specialists over the phone, which is why I left my other insurance agency of over 35 years.
