Not a good place for insurance they wont let you cancel when you want to cancel I still draw out your account and the staff is really rude

I used to would recommend loya insurance until this month when I went to pay my insurance on my van . It lapsed one day so the agent said she needed pic of the inside of my van where my husband had work tools inside. Because of this they raised my insurance thirty dollars the Agent reminded me of a cop trying to make his quota . I was there 2 hours. Ill never go here again to pay although Im keeping them as my insurance way better than Simple Insurance. I highly do not recommend them.

Oh how I appreciate the ladies on Charleston. No matter how frustrated I am or annoying I may be, they are ALWAYS accommodating and sweet.Very professional and friendly.I absolutely recommend this insurance company... as a matter of fact, I already have...my sister is a customer here as well.
