I refuse to attend any appointments there and its the closest to me. The 2 called they made to me it was harable. The lady on the phone did not state her name. She was telling another lady that she will be getting rid of most benefits of people if she had to be calling them that she is tired. Then I said hello excuse me. She was rude and angry of her day it was a bad first time for me. I rather not even go to the wic office. People need to be mindful one day they may need tables turn.

Great place for some shopping and good deals food is expensive

Everyone is really pleasant and welcoming in this location, especially Sharnea Vinson. She is the front desk receptionist. Always friendly, warmhearted, considerate, emphatic and makes my day just by being herself... She is AWESOME!

I really dislike this place. Constantly want me to go in person and make people Proxy my daughters father should be an automatic proxy. I have work and dont have time for this ish. I am not the type to write a review but when I really dislike something I go for it. This is my second review ever.

Since the Lehigh location is currently shut down I had to come to this location, this was my second time here and I must say the lady who works in the ticket desk when you first walk in is very unprofessional and lack customer service skills! I said “ hello”very happy and upbeat and she didn’t say anything back and sounded very miserable the whole time she spoke to me. All I have to say is if you dont like your job just quit and if you having a rough morning don’t take it out on us we have nothing to do with that. Leave the attitude at the door.

They changed their system around, there is now a longer wait time even if you are just picking up checks. You have to take a number like you are placing an order at the deli counter, they call numbers from different areas and be prepared to be sitting there all day.07/02/19 I have to edit my review and take away one of the 2 stars that I gave them. I originally had a 1pm appointment, I called to confirm and the woman that answered said if I like I could come in at 8am since I am just picking up checks. I thought this was better for me so I can go in, get out, and get to work. Wrong! I only had to pick up checks.... I walk in, take a number, wait ten minutes to be called to the front desk for literally 10 seconds; Is your address and phone the same? yes, ok sit down someone will call your number shortly. I sit down, wait a while, I hear the number called after mines to come and get her checks, I go to the check station say excuse me to the lady sitting there not once but twice for her to say oh you messed up what I was doing on the computer. I asked her if my number was called she said no not yet that there system is a little slow. I go sit back down, finally they call me JUST TO PICK UP CHECKS. I explain what happened to the girl getting my checks together she apologized, but really she could care less. She explained they dont really go by number because people have to go to different stations, I told her its pointless than to even have it because it took me an hour just to pick up checks, and thats time Im losing from work. Also, while in the waiting room the front desk lady wanted to start an argument with one of the moms because the mom was never called up to the front desk and the front desk lady said someone did call her. The mom said she was sitting there since she walked in and no one called her. Than the supervisor had to come in and explain their number system to use like we are a bunch of toddlers, shes lucky a hormonal pregnant didnt woman didnt get up and knock her out. Im just disgusted with this whole office!

Worst than ever, personnel carelessness about you. If wasnt illegal I will post theyr pics playing on their cellphones while people are waiting for service. And you complaint they answer you back that if I dont like it I can leave the place. Very professional, yeah, right45 mins to pickup checks, only on this office.and I arrived 15 mins early. My past visit I came 10 mins late and they dont want to give me the checks because I was late, I have to wait 20 days(almost the end of the month) for the same month checks.Unbelievable...!But like the big woman on the front counter said: its not their obligation to provide me this free resources...

I take my youngest child there, they need to fix the play area for the kids

First time here and the Hispanic lady in the front is very rude shes worried about entertaining the security guard Instead of helping with questions... Coming from a true Hispanic its an embarrassment on how people been acting in this city .

People need to learn how to watch and control they kids js

Gave me diarrhea. The coffee from there. I felt like i smoked crack after i drank it. Unfortunately couldnt tell you what drink it was. A home owner bought it for me and i dont remember what they said what the drink was called.

Kind of slow in their some staff are nice some are rude especially when calling to make an appointment your on the phone waiting for a long time and then when they answer they are rude.
