Im so glad I called. Selena was very professional and friendly. She set me up w/a better rate than I had w/my current insurance. She answered all my questions for future what ifs happened. Well, few days later, I had purchased new vehicle. I called her back but she was away at lunch, and so Maria was able to take over and went over options w/me. I feel like Ive grown up with her since i was only about 23-24 yrs old back then. Yes Im 43 going on 44 in August. Thats 20 yrs of service from Estrella now named A Abana. I have never had any issues and they have been there for me in so many ways I cant even explain to you all how much they care about their clients. They dont do their job to scam you or get over on you, they want you to also be a 20+ yrs client. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement and trust me when I say I have willingly referred more than two handfulls of people to them. They are also very pleased and long time clients.
