Walked in this afternoon to get a quote on 2 homes and 1 car and the young woman didnt even greet me. The place was dark and she said she forgot to turn the light on up front. I had to ask if they were open. She then said yes but came to the front without a mask. Handed me a card that said Tina but she didnt ask questions or seem like she wanted my business.First impressions are usually a good indicator of the way you will be treated as a customer. Based on her lack of greeting and not seeming to be interested in my business and no mask, Im not interested.

Ive been with Dave and the team for over 25 years, and I have always felt like part of his family. My wife had a blowout on the highway during rush hour a few years back. She called Dave to get guidance on the next steps, and before the tow truck or I got to where she was Dave had left his office and was already helping her with the situation. He stayed with us until her car had been towed away from the highway, tire changed, and the tow truck had left. I dont know of any other agent that would have done the same.
