I been with American Family Insurance for about 3 yrs now and they truly are a great company. Very professional no hidden agendas fees or surprises. Everyone I talked to is very nice and helpful.

No one ever answers the phone. You have to leave a message and wait for them to call back. I asked for a business quote and they were double what everyone else charges. My husband used to be an agent here and said that quote was incorrect and done wrong. I needed to change my policy but no one will get back to me. So now my property is sitting with no coverage if anything happens. I have had many amazing agents with this company and this is not one of them. I was assigned here when my amazing agent retired. This is a good company but find a different agent.

Apparently this is a shared office with polar opposite agents in the same space. After having challenges with the other agent staff I received exemplary follow up from Ruben. Thank you Ruben for your character.
