The staff is amazing! These are great apartments in a great area.If theres any issues with your apartment the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time spend here learning new skill and earning a paycheck at the same time and will always recommend it to others.
I had a wonderful experience living at Vintage Pointe. The staff at the office is extremely helpful and maintenance has always completed work orders very quickly. I can sincerely recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a resident since 2018, I have seen lots of changes. I have to give props to Francisco. I see this kid cleaning and picking up garbage all day long. He is all over the place. Last weekend, he washed the garbage container, but the best part is that he is always happy. Thank you for all you do, Francisco! To the residents, PICK UP after your pets and trash; we all live here; let’s do our part.
I’ve been living here at Vintage Pointe for a year or more. Everything within the staffs control; they seek to have under control. I relocated here from out of state; Georgia. It’s been a very great place to call home thanks to them. My only issues is out of their hands which is loud stomping inconsiderate upstairs neighbors, idiotic’s breaking the security gates to visit someone who must not know how to let their visitors in or resident drivers/visitors driving extremely fast. Those are my only complaints and as you can tell nothing to do with how Vintage conducts its business. During the difficult time of Covid they were very understanding and never came off rude or lacked professionalism when times got hard for individuals like myself. Daisy has been my go-to person within the Leasing Office and has always helped me feel like this is home. Mike is one of the guys you can count on for repairs and very insightful of letting you be more aware of the place you call home by providing you with all the useful information you need.
Office staff is awesome!! They always help as much as they can and keep you updated with process! The maintenance men are soo nice and are on top of things ! Soo far best community I’ve lived in ! 😇

This was the third apartment Id found here in Las Vegas. When we came to talk with someone and view the apartment, Andy was great from beginning to end. Before the move-in he informed us of issues two weeks in advance. The people in the office were just as helpful. Ive recommended this complex and the community to friends. My only issue is, the residents are not picking up behind their animals. Outside of that its a great place to live.
Love how the staff is here, person that helped me the most was Daisy . Through out the whole process she was very professional, greatly mannered, always had a smile on her face . No issues at all, customer service was on point .
Andy Creager who works in the office was very helpful to me this morning when my car battery died. He used his own car to help me jump the battery and get me started. I very much appreciate his kindness and willingness to help.
So I moved to vintage pointe apartments in April of 2021 and it has been an amazing 5 months! I love my apartment!!! Not only is the office staff and maintenance staff very friendly, professional and prompt with their tenants but also the vintage pointe community is one of a kind! Neighbors are super nice and the upkeep of the building is immaculate! The Maintenance team was great once they were able to get to me. I dont know if it was a misunderstanding or a miscommunication, but the office told me even if my A/C wasnt fixed that first day they would at least stop by to drop off a portable air conditioner, which did not happen. I understand many other people were having the same issue I did, however I had expectations based on what the office told me that were not met. Otherwise, service was great and I have not had a problem since.
I haven’t been living here a full month, my washer went out I put in a worker order 3 days ago, no one has came to look at it then my refrigerator is making a loud weird noise I haven’t even been able to sleep because of the loud weird noise I don’t wanna unplug my refrigerator because I don’t want my food to go to spoil but this is ridiculous rent is way to much for my appliances to not be working! I called the office multiple times and they don’t care they just put in a work order! These apartments are not the big for them not to get to me the same or next day I am not happy with these apartments at all.And also I have a moth problem or something this is ridiculous!!!!!
Was great until we found out went Section 8 without warning. Place seemed to go downhill from there. Some maintenance were good, others were lazy. Most of the office staff never relayed messages to maintenance. I enjoyed the apt for the time I had it, but I did not care to live there for the last 7-8 months

I was moving from out of state. Daisy and her ‘crew’ were helping me. They took over 9 days to get my background check back, which has no discrepancies.Ezekiel made me and my family feel extremely uncomfortable because we looked around the outside of the unit I was going to rent. You can’t look at something your going to spend $16,000 a year on? This place is shady! They are stealing admin fee money from people. BEWARE!!
This was our first apartment and Overall this place was great. The people in the office were so helpful and very nice. The maintenance men were great when we moved in but came and went so quickly it was hard to get to know them. The apartments were very nice and clean when we moved in.Not sure why the bathroom door opened outward and took up the entire walkway but it wasn’t the worst thing.As nice as the units were we had a lot of issues with our appliances. At least once a month we would have to have someone come in and fix our dishwasher that wasn’t installed correctly. Our hot water was messed up the first few months despite telling them what was happening they sent people in to fix it that just made it worse. Finally they brought in a real plumber to fix it.When we first moved in the people were great but slowly the area got pretty rough.
They are very unprofessional! My hot water wasn’t on but I turned on my gas before moving in! No handles on the cabinets! No refrigerator light! Move in date was changed day before moving, the people in the office is so last minute! Communication is horrible! Office manager is NEVER IN! and when she’s in she’s RUDE!
I love living here. My wife and I has lived here for over a year. My apartment is quiet, spacious, no problem at all. Maintenance is fast and courteous. My wife and I enjoyed living here. Thank you, Carla, and Daisy, for your help doing this rough times. We appreciated you guys. Office and maintenance are amazing!

This place is one of the best places I have lived in the valley! Since day one, my living situation has been nothing but comfortable and amazing. When I got there, the apartment looked brand new and extremely clean. As time has gone on, I feel a real since of community from the office workers, maintenance workers, and neighbors. I would definitely recommend living here!

Apartment is nice. Had a gas leak on the stove but Alex (supervisor) was very knowledgeable and attentive. Other guy didn’t know what he was doing. Thank you :)
01/02/2021 - I am new to this complex, the experience of moving in was less than I would of liked... the communication from the start was up and down. I was told the rent would go lower (voicemail) and it seems they did not go through with that. I was not really given the proper greeting as I walked in someone was screaming about lack of security and her car being vandalized. I’m not really understanding why the front gate is not closed to prevent unwanted guests. First night in woke up freezing.. not sure why my heater isn’t working...Overall the apartment is nice (visually), but I am still very new.
When you put in a maintenance request they always come out within a day or two and fix the problem that you have and I would like to thank them for doing that
Update: weve now been here over 2 years and the property has gone down hill quite a bit, its like they arent screening residents and letting in anyone. A lot of police coming in and out for loud, messy, people. The pools are always closed because these residents are always breaking glass in the pools and vandalizing things. The gates are always inoperable. The gym is supposed to be open until 8pm, but you cant get in past 6pm even with your key fob. The amenities are what we came for, what we pay for, and what we can never use.Such a beautiful place. Patricia and Evelyn in the office are the sweetest and so helpful. Maintenance is friendly, professional, and super prompt. The grounds are squeaky clean. We love the tropical pool setting, high vaulted ceilings, and upgraded appliances. With internet and cable packages, this place is a steal!!! It has made our move to Vegas a breeze. Plus, the bathtub is massive and luxurious. I am really happy we chose to call Vintage Pointe home.

Have lived here for 3 years and since it got taken over by a new owner and management it has been absolutely awful!!! NOTHING gets done in an orderly time, ever and there have been so many additional charges to our rent that should not be there. Down to the point of an electric charge on my rent....for what? we pay our electric bill apart from our rent and now here is yet another mysterious charge. Not to mention the awful office staff that they have brought in with their horrible attitudes no matter what the reason for speaking to them is. We absolutely CANNOT wait until our lease is up to move out!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Literally pick anywhere but here!!
Since day 1 I have only felt with Patrica. Always been very helpful with my many questions getting started. Also love the maintenance team always taking care of any thing I needed help with. Love living here. I feel safe with my family in our upstairs unit.
I received an email confirming I leased a downstairs apartment. However, without any notice or phone call, they placed me in an upstairs apartment, without my consent. The apartment was not cleaned prior to my arrival. Maintenance staff were still working on my apartment when I arrived. And now, because of the rise of Covid cases, maintenance is on hold, except for emergencies. Most electrical outlets in the kitchen and bedroom are not working. Fireplace is dirty and not working, I have no microwave and still using the old refrigerator. The bathroom was disgusting and not cleaned.
The homes are beautiful and the grounds are clean and well maintained. Patricia in the office is amazing. Moving from Ohio I had some issues getting approved and she stuck by me and helped me the whole way. My experience was simply amazing. I’m super excited to be moving in.
Lived here for 2 years, left to live closer to work but then I ended up moving back here after my the other lease was up. I did not realize how much management paid a big role in apartment living! Evelyn and the girls in the office have never failed me. Community is kept clean & maintenance always arrives promptly when called.
So, I resided at this apartment complex from October 2018 to September 2019. I moved out early because I had purchased a house. I paid ALL of my move out costs, the early move out fees, the fees for any damages, and my prorated rent, utilities, etc. I have all my receipts for these payments. The fee for damages was $372. I mailed a check to their office for this amount. A couple days later, I get a call from the office saying they dont accept checks any longer. So I went and got a money order and paid with that. The leasing agent chased me out of the door cause Id forgotten to sign it. Everything was paid and I was squared away with everything. Now August of this year comes, theres an amount in collections from Jetty for $372! In which I absolutely paid. This has caused my credit score to drop 25 points! I have no derogatory marks on my credit report. Ive contacted Vintage Pointes office several times, Jetty, and the collection agency. Vintage Pointe keeps sending me on the run around, saying they have to request the information, or the managers not available. This is completely ridiculous and very unprofessional! Id expect more from a business with so many properties! They know as well as I do, that that amount was paid!! This is unacceptable!
Lived here for 3 years and now I finally bought a home. Thank you for all you guys did for my family and I. The office and maintenance are amazing. I had aa emergency recently and maintenance was super helpful and took care of it at 2 in the morning. THANK YOU!

Lived here for the past 9 months, really clean and beautiful apartments. No bugs whatsoever. Audrey, Patricia, and Ezekiel have all been fantastic. Gym is huge. Only downside is pool is super cold and was closed frequently during my time here. AC has broken a few times but the maintenance people comes quickly and fixes it. Would definitely recommend!
Vintage Pointe is great, recently moved in, the process was such a breeze Daisy was great, made sure everything was ready upon move in, I had an issue but maintenance team was fast to respond! A plus that everything is so conveniently near by!
Im updating my review to reflect upon my time here at Vintage Pointe. The maintenance and office staff have been Great!! When I had a problem or issue it was taken care of in a very timely manner. My apartment is huge for a 1 bedroom and the complex is just lovely. But its time for me to move on. Thank You to the Staff. You guys have been Awesome!!
The entire move-in process has been incredibly seamless. Patricia has been more than helpful during the entire process. She (and the rest of the staff here) have been very friendly, quick to respond, and very accommodating. I have had such a wonderful moving-in experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone!
Really great building, the apartments are very nice with beautiful floors and kitchens, with awesome appliances. My leasing agent was Patricia, who has been very helpful and responsive. Patricias professionalism played an important role on my deciding factor on whether or not I should reside here.
I toured the community over the weekend and had the a pleasant tour. The leasing agent Patricia was very thorough and helped me with all of my questions. The place was clean and so was the community. I loved the main pool. It looked relaxing. I am excited to move there in the near future.

They are very understanding towards a person with physical disabilities and the help me out a lot when i run into problems and they respond to every issue that I have. Patricia at the office staff is really professional when I come into the office either to put in a work order or to check my mail. The leasing office is very caring and kind.
I had a great experience looking for a new place to move into, Evelyn was so helpful and easy to talk to and made the trouble and stress of moving that much easier. The apartments are really nice and will definitely make a nice home for anybody. Come in and Evelyn will answer any questions you may have and show you exactly what you’re looking for.
Very responsive to maintenance requests. Nice fitness facility. Convenient location. Massive rent increases for lease renewal. Main pool closed often due to glass, takes a long time to reopen.
Patricia was wonderful to deal with. Gladly showed me a tour of a 1 and 2 bedroom apartment. Easy process to go through application and approval. And once I moved in and found a few things needed to be fixed in the place, they were addressed within a day. I’ve had a great experience at this complex this far and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place, with great room sizes for affordable rent and personable management staff.
I toured the site for my mom and I found the staff to be very helpful. Patricia took her time to show me around and all of what the property had to offer. I think my mom will be happy here. Even the manager and assistant came out to introduce themselves and asked if I like the place. I thought that it showed they cared. Definitely will enjoy living here.

I loved how the main entrance is really big and gated, The pool and the gym are my favorite part because theyre so big. Plus theyre both 24 hours so thats great for me and my schedule. I genuinely like these apartments and would renew my lease again.

I cant say enough on how little they do to support our issues. My biggest issue is sharing my apartments with filthy pigeons. I live in a second floor unit. The stairs leading up to my apartment are cover in bird droppings. Day in day out bird matter is tracked into my place. Ive asked for help and the support is not consistent Recently after sending a negative email they tried to help by putting up a little bit of spikes but not enough close enough to resolve my issue. They just do the least possible while raising the rent ever lease renewal. The sage continues while being a resident here and no one seems to care enough to go above and beyond to help. #birdsparadise.
I visited this property and spoke with Evelyn, she was extremely helpful, professional and very present. Great experience. Oh yeah, I can’t forget about the amazing 24 hour state of the art fitness center and the beautiful spacious 2 bedroom with the Jack and Jill bathroom access to the guest bedroom or that the master bedroom has a patio.
The office staff was awesome, let me use the business center to work on some homework, Vintage Pointe rocks!
The Gym is the fist amenity that I saw and I was sold! It is HUGE and visibly clean. I work out 5 days a week and a fully equipped fitness center is highly important to me. Plus the fact that I am able to work out at any time or day or night is a huge plus.
I loved the hospitality that i was shown when i came in. Evelyn in specific was really generous and helping. She made sure my experience was top notch!

Aim not gonna lie... 1.) flooor plane was amazing very spacious 2.) Ezequiel Fernandez was amazing, informative and he made it easy to understand all the apartment lingo 3.) quality of everything was fantastic over all would recommend.

These apartments are amazing I’ve been living here for a few months now and I have nothing to complain about when something does go wrong they are quick to fix it. Located in a beautiful area also I would’ve never found this place if it wasn’t for Patricia thank you so much.

Always have a great experience with Patricia and the staff at Vintage Pointe. The residents are nice, and there are some crazy drivers but youll get that anywhere. Great ammenties, spacious apartments and cost of living is much more modest than competitors.

Extremely pleased with the tour I received from Patricia. The entire site as well as the unit I saw were super clean and well maintained. I’ve toured quite a few apartments and this is the first time I’ve been able to meet both the assistant and the manager. Looking forward to moving in, in a few months!
I moved in here on August 15, I relocated from California when I was showed the apartment it was perfect tip top shape was told the if we like the unit it would be available August 15 and the unit would be remodeled and look like the one we were shown and we were sold and which work with are plans from re locating so we applied and got the apartment we were stoked me and my husband — move in day we get here they don’t have all are keys ready have one house key and have to wait till Monday for the rest didn’t do a walk through with us we had to find the unit alone get lost and not know ware to park because we weren’t told and when we found out someone was parked in are spot for two days the apartment was horrible nothing like we were shown it was filthy hot the air didn’t work toilets were leaking are dryer was broken we couldn’t use one of the showers because they worked on are unit last minute when we applied July 29 and got approved had plenty of time to get the unit ready for move in but nothing was ready it smelled horrible inside screen door and sliding door didn’t lock we continually called and went into the office to express concern with what we were dealing with and didn’t get no feed back the people that were sent to fix the issue were lazy and Unprofessional one of them even tried putting a wood board behind toilet instead of using silicone to stop it from leaking and moving and when we told them about the ac he replied he’s busy he will get to it when he can WOW! And just made excuses to everything we needed fixed We werent assured it will get fixed ot nothing I’m appalled how we were treated at this place the service here and the living conditions totally unprofessional and unacceptable I’m really considering breaking the lease to leave I’m completely un satisfied un happy to be here and live here I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone they trick you to get it but there model unit they show is nothing what they offer this place is horrible totally disappointed ☹️
I visited recently and must say, its pretty quaint. Seems like a very lovely community. I love the look of the pools, very inviting. The leasing woman Lenny was super nice. The racket ball areas are very unusual in a good way, its not something you often see provided in apartment communities. Would recommend for sure.
Nice welcoming place to live, reasonable, maintain excellent, the staff in the office always pleasant and helpful makes you feel like its a family and that’s what makes a home. The office manager always smiles always treats you with dignity and respect.
Well my wife and I went there and Patricia Bundy helped us out, she was truly helpful and very professional, great sense of humor and we are truly looking forward to moving in. I truly recommend people to go and ask for her if they have any questions.

Vintage Pointe Apartments just got bought by Pinnacle Property Management last week.I went on Tuesday to go look at their units and Audrey assisted me. She was absolutely AMAZING! She was very friendly not only on the phone but also in person. She was very informative, detailed, and you can see that she takes pride in the property and her ability to provide great service. She kept conversation while showing me around the property and showing me all the different amenities. Audrey showed me the 1bd apartment model and it was gorgeous! Its very spacious and the upgrades are very appealing. Audrey sent me a welcome letter later that day and she followed up with me the next day with the details I needed to proceed with starting the application/move in process. I look forward to moving there and having Audrey as one of my leasing agents as a go to because she was GREAT!Thank you Audrey for making my experience a great one that I am looking forward to calling Vintage Pointe home!
