Just moved in from Washington and this was our first choice in Vegas. I must say Im completely overwhelmed with the staff help from Evelyn & Sam, they gave us optimal customer service from the moment we stepped into the office. Loved the way they were empathic about our needs and wants which allowed us to find the best unit that suited us, we couldnt pass up. Everything went perfect highly recommended apartments !

My husband and I love it here! We first moved in at the beginning of the pandemic, and have been living here for just over a year now. We are pleased to have found this place. I feel we have an ideal spot and we enjoy everything Mountain Gate & Trails have to offer. Our favorite amenities are the 2 pools with BBQ stations and the awesome Gym☺️ But they have so much more!! So come visit and they’ll show you around hehe There is also walking trails directly behind our buildings which leads to Exploration Peak Park where you can hike the mountain for views of the entire Mountain’s Edge, or Paiute Park for basketball, volleyball sand courts, and open field to play football etc. I love that everything is within walking distance. We have one car and while my husband is at work I can go to Albertsons, Starbucks, Burger King, Crumbl Cookies, Del Taco, Pet Stores, Nail Salons, etc. and Dairy Queen just opened, more shops to come! Just thought I’d share and hope that this helps anyone looking for a place.

Applied online for this complex and received an immediate response from one of their leasing managers Evelyn! I was further assisted with me the online process and kept up to date with everything promptly! I followed up and took a tour of the complex and a tour of the apartment I applied for and Evelyn in particular made the whole process feel very welcoming. She went above & beyond and exuded such a cheerful, courteous & uplifting attitude the entire time I was there. Her contribution definitely made this transition feel like it was the perfect choice after visiting multiple leasing offices. From the moment I stepped on property I was met with the most friendly energy, both from the staff as well as the neighbors! I knew this was the place I wanted to live right away. Samantha is THE BEST! She helped us overcome a few obstacles moving in with ease, she was always available and so kind and personable. Weve loved our experience at Mountain Trails! Plus the property is in a stellar location with every convenience just outside your door :)

The location has an abundance of entertainment and resources around. Id like to talk about whats not obvious with a Google maps search though. Ive been living in these apartments for 3 years and every problem I have ever had with this place has been resolved or is WIP by the new management team.But it doesnt stop at polite. A good example of what Im talking about is when we called maintenance and got Tyrone to fix our doorbell. He was missing parts so it couldnt be fixed right away but he really went the extra mile with frequent updates on when the part was coming in as I see him often on my walks. Its so obvious his care is genuinely sincere and thats the feeling I get from pretty much all the staff around here. 5 stars

This apartment complex is in a great location. Park, dog walking path and grocery store all within a 5 minute walk, as well as tons of restaurants nearby. The maintenance team is punctual and polite. Tyrone was friendly and thorough when we requested our patio to be power washed.

I was so impressed with my experience touring this property. Allison the manager and her leasing crew made my decision to apply very easy! She is extremely kind, respectful, knowledgeable and pleasant! The community is affordable, quiet, it is close to restaurants and shopping, it is pet friendly and everything you could want in one convenient location! Plus after touring all of their apartment sizes they are very generously sized for what I was looking for! Thanks again for the great experience Allison...

Moving is never fun. But the staff here is like no other. Xolani went above and beyond. Her customer service skills are excellent! Ive been touring multiple properties in the Las Vegas area and let me tell you, some of the places I declined to even tour due to the attitude and response given by the managed staff. However this staff made me feel welcome. Xolani greeted me with a warm smile, professionalism and made sure all my questions were answered. I was very pleased and am looking forward to moving now!

Those rating this place 5 stars have clearly not been here long. Coming from a year-long tenant, I can assure you it is not. I spent my night last night anywhere but my apartment Im paying near $2000 for to escape an HOUR AND A HALF LONG fire alarm. Ive lost count as to how many times this has happened. Might I also mention managements less-than-mediocre communication regarding just about everything within the community and incompetent maintenance staff which have both been ongoing. Only thing theyre good at is putting on a show for potential new tenants. SAVE YOUR MONEY & LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Dear staff, give new tenants complimentary ear plugs! If you choose to live here there is a very high chance that you will experience the infamous fire alarm issue. It is so severe, staff has hired individuals that walk the grounds who are responsible for FIRE WATCH and a tenant DISCONNECTED their alarm. This issue occurs in various buildings at various times. 2pm, 7pm, 10:15pm-12:30a, you name it. The best part is, nobody seems to know how to fix it (see letter). Our neighbor has been here for the past decade and stated that the fire alarms have been an issue for the past 5 YEARS. Within a 6-month span, we have experienced a handful of fire alarms, our first being 4 days into moving in. Some even last an HOUR AND A HALF. We were told by the fire department themselves that ONLY MAINTENANCE has access to the fire riser to turn the alarms off. That being said, if the alarm goes off at midnight, you must wait for staff to arrive. Staff communication with tenants regarding this issue is nearly non-existent unless you walk your happy a$$ down to the office and complain. Typically you’ll only get acknowledgement of the issue from staff when you do so. You’ll get payment emails like they’re going out of style, yet it takes near a month of complaining for management to acknowledge the recent near 2-hour fire alarm escapade. As the office staff most always consists of solely leasing agents and new staff members every other week, they’re just as much in the dark as tenants are. Then when you ask to speak to a manager or someone with simply a clue, they are conveniently never there. If there is ever a legitimate fire, I GUARANTEE you that will not cross tenants’ minds. This place desperately needs more action & less talk. On a side note to readers, keep in mind that a good majority of the 5-star reviews are from new tenants or individuals who have only visited the property.

Been living here for a few years now, love the staff. Evelyn and Sam are my favorite! They are always so helpful and always greet with a smile. Juan and Tyrone are the best maintenance. I really love living here.

Weekly fire alarms, flooding, and lack of decency are just some of the fine amenities youll have available as a tenant at Mountain Trails & Mountain Gate. Weve had 2 fire alarms so far this week between 10p-midnight, a unit flooded, and the hallways/pathways are left a mess following maintenance work. Cant blame the tenants who continue to disconnect their alarms, this place is a joke. Its especially reassuring when there is a continuous lack of updates from management regarding the severe alarm problem (last update was a month ago, August 18th) & maintenance is disruptive in the hallways speaking profanity and such. Save your sanity & look elsewhere for housing.

Having visited many leasing offices I must say how impressed I was with the staff at Mountain Trails & Gate. Evelyn especially went above and beyond my expectations. An absolute pleasure to speak with, always cheerful and courteous she really went the extra mile to keep me informed on every step of the process. My experience with Mountain gain trail apartments has been phenomenal to say the least. I love the area very quiet and very friendly neighbors all around and I personally feel safe. The leasing staff is very professional as well Maintenance workers, Evelyn in particular, that works inside the front office from day one, hands down has been expectionally great. From touring the complex, being very informative of the neighborhood and the resources that are around, her attitude is very uplifting and also welcoming. She definitely has a wide perspective in all angles of what it’s like to be in the shoes of renter. She has been a huge contribution that led, my process of elimination quite easier in search of seeking for a home. I love it here honestly!!

This community is amazing. I have lived here on and off since 2012, It isn’t perfect but close to it. Patricia and Evelyn in the office are very nice and helpful and the maintenance staff is nice, responsive, while getting the job done. Great place that is close to everything, literally while feeling away.

There is currently water coming out of my ceiling because they are power washing the hallways and flooding them. The water is coming through my ceiling air vents and pooling on my floor. I called maintenance and they came quickly but all they told me was that its because they were power washing (something I already know) and that it should stop soon (it isnt stopping). Im glad I was home in the first place to set up towels and buckets but Im going to work soon and cant babysit this all day. I politely asked if they could stop doing this but they havent. I dont understand.

Dont move here and if you live here..move!! The effin fire alarms going off again. Happens every week!! Upsets whole household for the rest of the night...ive had it...im contacting a lawyer to see if theres any recourse...immediately.So..it happened again last night...ruined my whole nights sleep..nerves are on edge. Has to stop! Dont move here!

Issue after issue from the start! We lived here a couple years ago, moved out for a year and then moved back to these apartments. The first time we lived here was great, which is why we returned. It is now under different management since last time. On move in day, they had not processed our papers in time and could not move in on time. We had to rearrange our movers and arrangements because they lost our paperwork and they had to rush to gather everything. Randy was nice and helpful, but the other workers were very dismissive and had an oh well attitude. There were maintenance issues upon move in that have been reported, and they came to fix several times, but still not really fixed. We have had neighbors all around us who blast music and bang on the walls up until 4am, waking our baby constantly. And, of course, the infamous fire alarms that go off every couple weeks in the middle of the night or in the middle of our work days at home, in the middle of video meetings with the community that have to be rescheduled during the alarms. They are very eager to send when money is owed or send out violations to the tenants but never want to fix the issues in the community. Issue after issue with Mountain Gate/Trails and our experience today was the last straw. We are so glad our lease is up soon and very disappointed with our stay.

Best Apartments in Vegas! Very clean! Very Safe! everyone here is friendly ! The apartments are really nice with new appliances! Shopping stores everywhere!! Mountain hiking park right next door with a trail leading to the apartments! Never had a issue here and it’s been four months!! Very peaceful and the best decision I made in 2020! I want to give a huge shoutout to all the staff at the leasing office mainly Evelyn!! she’s responsible for me moving here!! Thank you Evelyn! I know when I first called in I didn’t know what to do. I’m new to the Las Vegas area and I feel like Mountain Gate was the best choice for me! It’s close to everything I need and the staff is friendly and thorough. Patricia in particular helped me and was extremely patient and very pleasant to deal with. Overall, I was a bit nervous before moving in but I’ve quickly come to live the community here at Mountain Gate.

Ive been living here at the Mountain Trail apartments for 3 yrs. Everyday I wake up I feel like Im on a vacation. Its very quiet, clean and peaceful. Im surrounded by many eateries and lots of accommodating services. I also wake up to snow capped mountains during the winter.But most of all, the staff is warm, kind and friendly.....from the office staff to the maintenance guys. Samantha is one of the ladies that work in the resident office and she is EXCEPTIONAL !!!!!!!Sam (as I call her) is very knowledgable, helpful, considerate and one of the nicest person you could meet. Knowing that Samantha is here makes it just that more of a better living enviorment.

I dont even know where to begin on explaining how amazing the office people are. They are so genuine and kind and really take the concerns of the tenants to heart. Evelyn did everything to make us feel comfortable as possible. I feel so blessed to have found our new home and have genuine conversations with the office people. The property is well maintained. This community was my first apartment I lived in when I first moved to Las Vegas from New York. Sam was here then and now and has been nothing but amazing every time. I made a mistake leaving. I never found anything else like it. I even moved back and recommended my friends move here as well. Definitely a great community. There are always emails about anything major coming up so we know what to expect and we live across the street from crumble cookie 😍 how could you beat that .

They are amazing, currently live here and they always beyond expectations.! They answer all my questions and always help me with anything I might need or be concerned about . I mean the apartments are beautiful and always so clean .! We have amazing views from our place . I recommend this apartments 💯.! Highly disgusted and disappointed on how my brother was treated by management. He went away for two weeks to come back to someone living in his apartment and all his belongings they discarded in the trash without any steps toward an proper eviction . They violated the federal eviction Covid-19 laws in which evictions are suspended. My brother is now displaced with none of his personal belongings. No clothes, furniture, personal items etc. Managements response was very unprofessional and presented no awnsers or solutions. Tenants beware. To make matters worse he was one of few minority tenants leasing in the complex. Shame on you. Enjoy the suit!

I lived here for two years and had very few maintenance issues with the apartment. The maintenance team was very friendly and professional. The lady, Sam, from the leasing office was always very helpful and respectful. I would rent from here again because of Sams service and help.

Cannot find the words to describe my experience. I stopped in and was automatically greeted by two pleasing young women, evelyn and Patricia. They were great to work with, easy to talk to and interested in finding the perfect home for me. Both of these women are a great asset to the company.

Touring with Evelyn was one of the first great experiences I had during my move to Las Vegas from Pennsylvania! I remember feeling welcomed and comfortable like I was hanging with a friend. What an AMAZING way to start a new adventure! It was confirmation that I had made the right decision.

I moved to, Mountain Gate/Trails 3 years ago. I really love living here. I love the staff, Sam and everyone is so nice and pleasant and go out of there way to assist you in anyway they can and I love and enjoy the amenities when Covid is not restricting us and its very close to shopping.. Its just a very great place to live!

My experience at Mountain Trail apartments has been nothing but phenomenal. The property is amazing and a great staff is always there to help specially Evelyn. If youre looking to improve your quality of life this is the place for that. Well worth it!

5 stars in beyond an understatement! I love living here considering how close and convient parks, grocery stores, and town centers are. Considering living here is my first time renting a apartment Evelyn helped me out the whole way. Not only did she explain EVERYTHING to me in detail she also helped me understand the extra things I needed in order to become a renter. Ive been here 4 months now and am signing a new lease to extend longer 10/10 for Evelyn and Mountain gate!!

My washer/dryer broke and Juan came and fixed it same day. Hes very efficient . Would recommend moving here just for how great the maintenance team is.

Moving in here Feb 2020, my wife and I were happy with our decision. After a few occurrences with blaring fire alarms at odd hours we have finally felt above satisfied with our stay. We actually recently decided to stay another year as the area has been invested with a surplus of retail and restaurants in walking distance.

I’ve had the best experience with this property. It is always very well kept. The management is always responsive and so nice. The maintenance team is on top of any issue I have. Overall I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking!!

Had to wait a day to get my heat fixed but the two gentlemen were very proficient and was done in 30-44 mins. Both wore masks, one thing I would recommend is they should wear shoe coverings but overall a good experience.

New monthly fees pop up on your bill from time to time with no explanation. We’ve had random car break ins just about every other month. Random people loitering through the neighborhood and people dumping their garbage. Do yourself a favor and go down the street about a block and rent there!

Awesome community. We have been living here for years now. It is a very quiet area. Friendly neighbors and it is very close to everything from market Albertsons, gas stations, restaurants, star-bucks coffee, Ross clothing store and across the streets Is Autozone, there is also a ER hospital, dentist, you name it! It is the perfect apartment for you. Pools, Gyms, parks and even a kids school. Management are very friendly and helpful, great service employees are very friendly especially Samantha she’s always been very helpful. What more to ask. I Highly recommended this apartment, come and check it out. Move in anytime I guarantee you will like this apartment 🥰

Charges an “HOA FEE” and Valet Trash fee which are mandatory. No upgrading for long term tenants. No new paint, floors. Will not let you put in own refrigerator or stove. If you want to move to upgraded apt you have to reapply, pay deposits, etc. but apartment is big with big kitchen, nice pools and exercise room and maintenance comes fairly quickly. Clean no bugs. Tradeoffs, as all apartments. Rent reasonable for area.

I love my community, I only had 1 bad experience .. I was awaken by a alarm super loud! I mean ear busting loud. I stopped but it went off again . I never want to hear it again. That’s why it’s a 4 instead of a 5 but besides that, it’s very nice here
