This property is so clean, the office staff is more than professional and went above and beyond although i wasnt looking for a 55+. i came in for a tour about a week ago, immediately at first sight the community gave off a good feeling. I was initially looking for an apartment for myself however the leasing agent Asia Rocha explained to me that this property was specifically for seniors only. she went ahead and took me on the tour anyways and made me feel like when i retire that this was a place where i could be. Thank you Asia !
I came to visit a friend of mine at the property and let me just say ooooh child! the poool here ! its to die for ! theres i went a joined in a water aerobics class that one of the other ladies had hosted, her class was a WORKOUT! i dont come to vegas often but when i do its to visit my girl !
This property does not enforce the no smoking rule!Ovation property management change so many times and the latest group makes no effort to do anything!Dont move here if you expect this property to be a no smoking!
Beautiful development the rooms remind of Hotel or Dorm room. Wouldnt mind living here when 55
CIGARETTE SMOKE......After numerous complaints of cigarette smoke coming into my apartment the ever charging office staff specially the current staff seems to have an oh well attitude!!!No smoking is part of this properties policy.
They get two stars because its important to keep the grounds neat and well maintained to make a good first impression on the next potential resident... other than that one will quickly realize this place is not worth the price... here are a few reasons why they dont get any more stars. They were too cheap to put covered parking all around, there is no assigned parking and competition for a covered parking space is at a premium, so be prepared to let your car sit in the hot summer sun, and it will also be quite a trek to get from your car to your apartment. The walls between apartments are thin and uninsulated...so thin one can hear your neighbor snoring, farting, having a bad dream or the constant drone of whatever oxygen machine they use all night long.Ovation managements response to covid-19 was to close everything including the pool, the jacuzzi, the outdoor grille...basically everything that is worthwhile... the pool has reopened but is only open during office hours (the hottest time of day) and one must ask permission from the front office to use it... the jacuzzi and grille has remained closed for over a year now because all us +55 adults are not mature enough to avoid contact with the covid‐19 virus on our own...this is the same management company that left its residents without water for over a week at another +55 property in town.
Well kept.Nice layout.I may move here one day.
Toured here in search for my mother. I fell in love with the community and the 1A model was beautiful. Huge kitchen with great peninsula. The staff has continued to reach out to me and I will definitely come back when my mother is ready to sell her house and move.
I have truly enjoyed living at Radiance at Rock Springs as it is a great community and the management staff is very professional and very welcoming. It is like living in a beautiful resort. For those who say that the mask requirement is not enforced; I have never seen it not being enforced. There are signs all over the property and everyone I see has complied. Like with anything else there are always going to be one or two who don’t follow the rules; but that is the minority. I feel very safe living here. Kudos to the staff and to Ovation Property Management.Furthermore, to the person who said we are a high risk community I resent that; we do not know everyone’s medical history which is a HIPPA violation. We should not include a whole demographic as a stereotype. Some of us are under 60 and I do not consider myself high risk.
Lived Here for A Year . 3rd Floor Pool View Studio with Terrace.Everything is Top Notch.Management was terrific, always well Maintained.Great Amenities.Hope to move Back to a Radiance property when Covid is in Check.
Regarding COVID-19....Property manager wrote a letter to the community and admitted there are residents who REFUSE to wear masks while in common areas in the community. At the pool you will see little to no mask wearing or social distancing and that also goes for the fitness center!
I have lived here for over a year. Lovely building...helpful staff...I feel like I am on a constant vacation.
Shady neighbor. No assigned parking for residents.Covered parking is hard to find. Many residents here dont wear masks or social distance.
Pleasant, clean and friendly. Active community.
Patiently awaiting for some sort of shade in workout room. Blinds?
Clean, quiet and smoke free community.
CIGARETTE SMOKE10.04.21The generic reply was expected...The office staff DID NOT:send out multiple emails (Ive received only (1) emailsend notice through the Community Activity postings (shows no postings)target the side of the building I live in with flyers/door noticesI dont know who you are but the office staff here on the property has done nothing as far as I can see!10.02.21Property does nothing about people smoking on the property or smoking in the apartements.Smoke comes into my apartment and whenever I have contacted the office staff they do nothing!!!No community emails stating this is a No Smoking Community or door flyers on tenants doors in my apartment building. One area the cigarette smoke comes in is the fuse box next to my bed and I taped it to seal it off.The other areas are my bathroom cabinet and the washer/dyer area in the kitchen. No Smoking is part of the lease.I have contacted the office staff over and over and over about this issue!I had to wake up this morning with the smell of cigarette smoke!!!!!
