Good place to park for car dates or if your looking for other
The details posted by poor reviews are grossly over exaggerated. No, this place isn’t filled with bugs. My unit was repainted and had new carpet when I moved in. The courtyard looks great, and I don’t see trash lying about. Some of these reviewers probably don’t like the office manager, Valarie, because she refuses to take people’s s***. Pick up after yourself, act like you have some sense, and I doubt you’ll any problems out of her. As far as the property goes, it was built in 1963, and hasn’t had any major remodels, so no, it’s not going to look like a brand new apartment. That’s why you have affordable rent; This place hasn’t been gentrified. It has been well kept, though. I love this place.
Just one word. ROACHES! Lots and lots of roaches. If you ask, they have a fumigator once a week. Doesnt help much. Buy a gallon jug of pro roach spray and spray your pad every day. That helps some to keep your neighbors roaches at bay.
Evicting people illegally manger rude very mean
Ive lived here for a year now and have never had any issues. Any maintenance requests Ive had have been taken care of quickly, I have never felt unsafe at any hour. The area is not the best but the rent is cheap and it seems like they dont just rent to whoever applies but make sure it will be a good tenant.
Its still a bargain and repairs are done promptly. Probably one of the last truly affordable communities left in the city. One cant help but notice that different people tend to hang out and walk the alley all hours of the day but after all its not an upscale gated community. The apartments were built circa 1963 so by Vegas standards theyre old but not much of vintage Vegas is left. If it were up to me Id completely remodel the buildings and update their look because you just cantt beat the convenience of being so close to the Strip, accessible bus routes, restaurants, and the night life of Paradise Road. The management does their best to maintain the property running and solving challenges and emergencies. Bottom line, if you dont like it there, well, there are other areas one can choose from and pay way more. Smart people watch their overhead and save for the future.
Not safe place to live
We hope management will be understanding of how much family is able to cause damage to your paper identity, and appreciates all the great allowances the department of human services grants for giving shelter to families like ours, disabled, below 30% poverty level, fleeing domestic abuse, in FUP, and working for advanced intellectual pursuits, reunited families inviting minority children with special needs, students full time over 30, and retired disabled veterans all under one roof in a mere 4 individuals and that is a family with old world values, work hard, be active together, and improve your surroundings no matter where or how much.
Just moved in last week and love it. Karim and Val are amazing and I love my apartment..Great move in special, location, clean and nice people. Maintenance is great, and I mcved in in a day..no big hassle. Love walking to the strip, Smiths shopping and buses
Affordable with a safe neighborhood. Management is professional and gracious. Maintenance is done promptlyandcorrectly. A hidden gem.
Definitely when it recommend this side of town but this place is worth the budget if you need it somewhat safe somewhat quiet at times want to go wandering around at night but just lock your doors and youll be fine
Very kind and professional, havent yet moved in, but are waiting, Ive probably called a million times, asked a million questions, and theyve been really nice. Martha is amazing and definitely patient, so far I am in love with the place and management.
Not the greatest neighborhood, but large modestly priced two bedroom apartments.
Had to rate to ask a question, are these actual condos or weeklys? And what pest issues are currently here?
Great place with a nice and professional staff
I am ready to move there
Theyre pretty nice apartments I have a pool and a super nice
The office manager Valerie Robertson has proven to me as a racist. Who lies in court and perjures the Judge. She is very rude and unprofessional and needs to be fired. She doesnt handle apartment concerns with any type of moral compass. She also talks about her pass, with anyone who listens and believe me, when she dicussed it with my daughter I wanted to give her a piece of my mind. However, someone likes that doesnt know any better. The place has a continuing bed bug problem along with roaches. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone at all!!!!
I havent lived here only visit and the cu curb appeal is dead but seem to have good deals but management seems off according to others Valerie needs a 401k plan lol
Better on the inside than I expected
The place was okay. But from different Lyft driver all I heard was that area was not safe.
Whats a great place to live I love it here
Horrible place to live and the office is absolutely rude !!!
The women who was working yesterday was not so nice
Visiting my friend here.
We love our home
Even though there are multiple units available Valerie continues to lie and say there is a waiting list she has shown me the stack of four and yes I counted four applications to the over twenty open units she seems to dislike people of color unless you appear to be shady in character
Awesome apartment complex
Very rude help and raise rents beyond affordable reason.
These apartments are old and a lot of crazy people walking around.
Valerie. Nicest
Do not rent in this complex riddled with bed bugs and sand fleas they will not take care of the problems the carpet is got to be 15 years old filthy and full of bugs the walls are patched with cardboard pieces and in desperate need of painting these people give slum lords a new meaning
Blah. Looks like its riddled with Crack
Cool thanks
Horrible, cockroach ridden,poor management

Clean and quit
Niiiiiiiice
