I’m looking for a place to live and had an appointment with Marina today. She was so helpful and patient, took the time to answer all my questions and addressed my concerns. This place is definitely a contender.

Dont move here my moved in a mnth ago it took 16 days to fix a leak n her living room still looks like this is bn a mnth . And the door only closes if u lock it cus it only has. Lock and a door knob

I see alot of bad reviews on here but Ive been here 2 yrs and I love what they are doing here. Office is great and Maintenance is so helpful. And this new owner is really changing this place. My advice would be not to belive all the bad stuff you read, theres probly a reason they are bitter.

If you like bugs, and no maintenance services live here. There idea of fixing things is coming over saying they need whatever and never seeing again until next time you complain. And their main office doesnt respond either. Alk they say is email us. SLUMLORD IS PUTTING IT MILDLY.....ENJOY YOUR STAY.

You can see their past reviews are not too favorable. The new property management seems to be improving this location, and its a slow process given this past years unexpected pandemic. I would like to see the lighting improved, and the sidewalks cleaned or resurfaced, and something done with the landscaping to keep it that way. Its an older property, so budgeted maintenance and improvements should be at the forefront of their goals.

Dont believe the pictures!!! They arent real!! Do yourself a favor and just keep on looking because this place is beyond awful! The manager here, Cassie is incredibly rude. At first I thought it was just with me but then I witnessed her attitude towards an elderly resident. Nothing ever gets fixed here and they charge waaaaaaaay beyond the market value for the place. Ive lived here almost a year now and have been waiting for an air filter for my heater/AC unit since December.... it is now Sept.....really? Someone needs to just burn this place down already! Now watch them respond with some automated response like weve noticed you left negative feedback and would like to contact you....miss me with that BS...Do your job in the first place and fix your sh*t! There is more negative feedback, so do something to change it.

Cassy is a great landlord. She made my experience as a first time renter awesome. She made sure my things were fixed and communication was great! Cassy is great!

Has a pool and clean grounds. Lots of kids.

Very horrible management, unprofessional by divulging past personal data, non responsive when needed service and kept my deposit for bogus stuff to avoid paying. My vehicles and other tenants have been stolen from this place. Bait and switch on rent renewal by quoting one price and swithch at a higher price when lease nearly ends. Avoid this place, dont fall for the low rent price.

I live there a year and I love it, I move out because I needed a 3 bed apartment, Manager was a Great person, ! Thank you

Ive live here for couple of years and now they are trying to have a clean app and now they wont let u have plants out in the patio or chairs crazy as rules not worth living in

My Only complaint of living here is the Security they just do a drive by one time a day so theyre there like 2 minutes and gone never seen again the clean up crew and maintenance are amazing

We started the the application process March 26th . Came in ready with paystubs, and both the money orders, one for the application fee and one to hold the unit. Since it was my wife and I applying it was a total of $190. $45 for each person to apply and again $100 to hold the unit. We decided not to go through with the apartment since it took them over 3 weeks to get back to us. We called the day they said the apartment would be ready only for the phone not to be answered, I left a voicemail and no one got back to me.Finally we asked for our $100 holding fee.Cathy the manager was rude and unprofessional from the beginning. We asked for corporates number more than once and she refused both times.

If I could give 0 stars as a rating, I would. The manager is absolutely horrible and gets nothing done. The apartments are pricey and for no good reason because they are small and management fixes nothing!! Do not recommend.

The got strippers selling their own crack instead of using it! Its downright ghetto just look for the apartment blasting their music with smell of some downgraded weed, guess they dont care to buy recreational? 🤢 Gross

My moms apartment got broken into after maybe 4 months living there and no one saw a thing..it was day time

The worst apartments in Vegas !! Horrible management and staff both front office and back office. The only thing nice here Are some of the maintenance workers. The ladies in the office are rude and never on time on the days tenants need to pay rent,they give half information. I would not recommend these apts to anyone !!!!!! I would stay at a weekly before I think about renewing my lease.

This place was absolutely terrible. Roaches all over your home, inside and out. People were trashy and there were so many occasions where helicopters would shine their flash light at this place looking around.

Rasist. Wonder why you don’t see any other people besides Hispanics. I went in to view a apartment a lady came in saying she couldn’t pay her rent, mind you this was the 12th of the month the lady said all she had was $200 and the front office took the $200. I’ve never heard of a office taking a partial payment because once they take a partial payment it’s difficult for them to evict you if you don’t pay the remaining balance. I’ve been getting the run around the past 2 days about my application when I make waaaaay more than 3x the rent but they are giving me a hard time moving in

Absolutely horrible. Trashy disrespecting people that live there dont care if you like there loud music at 2am or not. On the bottom floor all you hear is kids running and jumping all day and night. If anything is not working dont expect a new one. The Bathroom sinks and Tub are Painted over and after a while you can see the Rust. Roaches are there to but can be maintained. Management doesnt care about any complaints, they only care about that Rent Check!! I personally recommend dont move here. Its a waste of time and money!!

I waited nearly a month for an upstairs corner unite, but i got the unite next to it.. Then I was told to bring in a certain amount for deposit and other fees, only to need more when i got here, the unite was not even cleaned, It was not what id call ready for rent.. Staff hardly pick up the phone and never call back, bad bad bad business .

This apartment complex is absolutely horrendous. If you have an upstairs unit, the roof will almost certainly leak, and the company that they use to repair it, doesnt. There is an infestation of roaches, and the walls have mold. Also, there is no longer a laundry room, since it burned down. I will not be renewing the lease. The entire complex should just be razed, and rebuilt new

Do not rent here, the apartments are so dirty and filled with repairs, roaches everywhere the women in the office are rude. Our vehicle has been burglarized on multiple occasions. The property itself is always dirty.

The Manager of this place is the worst person, she does not attend, she only takes her smoking, she always answers in a bad way, they pay her for sitting all day with her face of few friends and the apartments full of cockroaches horrible place

Very quiet there are no children making noise it has a few cockroaches but they spray for free nobody makes noise after 8pm recommended if you are looking for something good and cheap.

This is the third time that we have a problem with the drainage plumbing, the emergency maintenance phone never answers it and we have to be all night enduring the smell of the drainage, very bad service

Pity, infested with cockroaches, the manager does not solve anything, he really does not care what he does there if he is paid to handle the complex and does not solve anything. I do not recommend anyone to live there and much less with children is dangerous with so much cockroach.WHAT A CHANCE THAT THE 5 STAR RATINGS ARE ANONYMOUS
